<div></div><br> <br>Infront of the Solacious Manor stands a Wolfess, panting hard, daggers in her hands as she looks down a Rhino and a large Bull. They laugh at her, "Little girl, The Solacious are very busy today, come back for an audiance some other time, now, stop fighting and let us take you in." Angel shakes her head and looks to the door again as they both close in on her for another strike! Left dagger up to parry the Rhino's sword, side step left to avoid the spear of the Bull. She seems to be doing fairly well, but there is blood dripping from her face, both arms, and there is a gapping wound in her left leg. As she paces them, she swings her right dagger as if to cut through the Rhino's spine, but draws it back short, not even leaving a mark on him, Angus' command to not hurt people overriding long practiced instincts. "Come now, stop this and we will be gentle." They make for another pass at her, both daggers to move the spear out of the way, roll right after to... TOO SLOW, the sword connects to her left shoulder with a yelp, and she leaps forward slightly, tumbling away before another strike can be made.<br> <br>Amelia pushes her way through the crowd, frantically waving her staff around. "No, no, stop! Everyone!" She tries to plant herself near Angel. "Stop the fighting. She is with Angus Solacious." The canine leans on her staff, out of breath from her run. "What is going on here?"<br> <br>On his typical afternoon walks, Dio strolls through the city, a bit curious as to how the Solacious manor was doing. It's been a few days since he last visited the manor after all. Peering through the gate, he manages to catch some of the fight, along with Amelia, and rushes in without regard for consequence. "Whoa there," he shouts. "Gettin' awfully violent with the poor lass. Just grab 'er so we can talk instead of the stabbin'."<br> <br>Lidiya had been returning home after a day of breaking things. Can't get rusty in damaging property value and beating up cultsits. Spotting the fight on her way by, ignoring the fact that it's outside of some snooty noble's house, she looks for something to bang on so she can find a way to place bets. She rubs her chin after knocking on the wall didn't work well enough and using earth math would probably break things that she'd actually have to pay for. At the woman's words, she scowls. That's the one that shoots random sorts right? Well, maybe colateral damage won't be so bad. She raises her foot and prepares to stomp down in her usual way of doing the knocking everything over thing, but stops just shy at Dio's words. And the realization she might still have to pay for things after all.<br> <br>Having been leaving the manor at the time, Ictus blinks at the fight and shakes his head, before he looks to the guards and calls out, "Stand down, she won't hurt anyone." then he looks to Angel curiously,  "Angel... What is going on here?"<br> <br>Sveta had been on her way back from the beach when there was Angel, being accosted by two of the Solacious guards right outside the door...fearing the worst and seeing everyone else, she steps up despite knowing Angel's animosity towards her.<br> <br>Angel is up after her tumble, but limps lightly, her left leg. "Ignore the pain.. there is only your mission and your mark." she says to herself and they make for another pass at her, "Sorry Lord Ictus, but no one is to bother those in the manor today, and she refuses to leave. She said she was with Lord Angus as well, but we have our orders." they say. Slight hop right, avoid the spear, duck down to, NO, Amelia standing near her, that would let the sword hit her! Both daggers, block instead, but that leaves her guard open to take a left cross to her muzzle. Her world starts spinning and she is sent to the ground, "Have to warn.... My Lord..." she says, struggling to get up a moment before darkness takes her. "We'll take care of her now Lord Ictus. If she hadn't of struggled, we could have ended this without blood sheed." they say, approching the down'd wolfess.<br> <br>Ictus sighs and grumbles something about stubborn guards before he shakes his head, "Did she say why she was here? Other than to see Angus I assume?" he looks to Angel as he moves over once she is down, "I'll take responsibility for her." as he tries to lift her up himself before looking to Amelia, "Are you ok?"<br> <br>Dio notices a blow heading straight for Amelia and attempts to push her down to the ground! However, he stops in his tracks as Angel gets in the way a takes the blow for her. "Watch where yer swingin' those things," he shouts, slowly approaching the guards and looking upon the hurt wolfess. "Did you hear that lads? Sounds like she 'ad a message to deliver. Someone get some of those potions and fix 'er up. She was hellbent on deliverin' it, so it must be important."<br> <br>Amelia glares and stands over Angel. "I said enough! From all three of you! This is absurd." She does allow Ictus to get near her, however. "I'm fine. Thanks to Angel, at least." The scowl is turned back towards the guards again. "Fortunately for everyone involved."<br> <br>"What on Promise..." Sveta murmurs as Angel goes down. Familiar faces make themselves known to her - Amelia, Ictus, Dio..."Damn you, Angus, if you're responsible for this..." she steps forward to Angel, and looks to Ictus. "Lord Ictus Solacious, maybe I can help. I've some skill in medicine..." Realising something, Sveta hurriedly pats down her pockets and curses. "Does anyone have any field medicines on them? Tinctures? Ointments? Bandages? So much as a dulling potion? That one on her leg's dangerously close to her femoral artery. Come on!"<br> <br>Still out cold, the wolfess is up on Ictus' shoulder and groans, still not aware, "That... hurts..." she says, "Daddy... don't... it hurts.." The guards move to block Ictus' path though, "I'm sorry Lord Ictus, but we can't let non-house guests into the manor, we have our orders." They say and look determined to follow them. "We have no collateral damage, but she will need a healer, the Saints Square should have many." They say, almost coldly. "We are sorry that we had to get so rough, please, forgive us, but you can't bring her in here."<br> <br>"Orders from who exactly," Dio questions, cocking his head to the side slightly. "I don't know too much about yer family, but what orders are THIS important? Or is that a regular thing here..." After thinking for a bit, he looks towards Ictus and begins walking over to him. "You can go inside if ya want. We'll take care of Angel best we can."<br> <br>Amelia adjusts her glasses and shakes her head. "If we can get her patched up and awake, maybe she can tell Ictus, and Ictus can carry the message?" She looks towards Sveta. "I do have some medicine, yes... It's not the best, but maybe you can do something with it?" She digs around in her robe-coat pockets.<br> <br>Lidiya steps up to the gates, then looks between the various sorts gathered. Nobility doesn't really matter to her and it's not like they know her face. She looks at the two guards, the injured person, the walls, the desire to break something and grins, reaching behind her to heft her hammer to her hands, resting it on her shoulder. Unfortunately she can't give warning. Fortunately a woman with a hammer at the gates is there. There /is/ a Solacious here. She waves at him, waves her hammer around, then gestures at the guards and tilts her head. <br> <br>Ictus hmms? at the guards and nods at that and sighs, "Very well... Who gave you your orders though?" he ponders that a bit and nods to Sveta as Amelia hands over the medicine, "Thanks, I'd like to get her up as quickly as possible. I'm curious as to why she was so worked up."<br> <br>Ictus hmms? at the guards and nods at that and sighs, "Very well... Who gave you your orders though?" he ponders that a bit and nods to Sveta as Amelia hands over the medicine, "Thanks, I'd like to get her up as quickly as possible. I'm curious as to why she was so worked up." he looks to Lidya and shakes his head with a frown, "Don't do anything stupid Lidiya." he frowns as he gently lays Angel down on the ground for Sveta to tend<br> <br>Angel mumbles again, but goes completely out as her blood pressure drops, dyeing Ictus' clothes a new coat of red. The guards look over to Lidiya and ready their own weapons, "Stop, none may pass." they say to her, then one looks to Dio. He looks over to his fellow guard, who nods to him, "Orders by .... The head of the house himself, none may enter, they are... going through offical records, and don't want any eyes on them. On the ground now, Angel's breathing is slow and labored....<br> <br>Lidiya glares at Ictus and shakes her hammer at him now. She's not doing anything stupid, just wreckless and she draws a clear distinction. At the guard's reaction to her, she laughs, a very faint wheezing sound at best, then draws a line on the ground with her foot and gestures at the guard. He said she couldn't just thump them, nothing about taunting them. The comment at the end, she shakes her hammer one last time for permission, unless the guard does something stupid, which she's mostly hoping for. <br> <br>Sveta takes the field medicines from Amelia. "Lord Ictus, please set her down somewhere safe so I can tend to her. Yes, like that." She switches soul gems, waiting for the full minute to pass before beginning to work on Angel's wounds. She staunches the bleeding and applies various strong-smelling tinctures to the worst of Angel's injuries before taking needle and thread to them, concentrating furiously as she sutures the wounds. "There. That's all I can do, on short notice. She's still out cold, but she'll live."<br> <br>Amelia folds her arms. "Can't you see this is important? Yet here you stand; roughing up an associate of one of your employers, denying another one of your employers, to his face, no less. The other priests shall hear of such belligerence, certainly. I'll be sure to include this in my reports. You are most certainly not being upstanding citizens and good samaritans!"<br> <br>Ictus sighs as his clothes are dyed red with blood and winces at Angel, before stares at the guards as they lie to him and frowns, "What..." he shakes his head and glares at them as he looks them over, "There were no orders like that given..." his frown deepens as he scans them and shakes his head, "Who are you two?" he looks to Lidiya and nods in a 'go ahead' type gesture before he looks to Sveta and frowns<br> <br>Sveta checks Angel one last time to make sure she's stabilised, and then sighs as she swaps her soul gems back. "Problems, Lord Ictus?"<br> <br>Angel continues her labored breathing, head rolling this way and that. "Sister.... warn....." she mutters, still refusing to fail in her mission. As she talks though her muzzle gives some very grotesque sounds, more then one part fractured. The guards look to Lidiya and one of them takes a step forward, only to be stopped by the other! They look to Ictus and now they really start to sweet, "Lord Ictus.. we... the orders were given just this morning.. and.. you may not have..." they both break stance and try to run for it!<br> <br>Amelia looks down at Angel. "I will." She straightens up and starts towards the manor, herself. "Someone stop those two from getting away!" She knows she wouldn't stand a chance at doing it herself, but that's not the first thing on her mind right now.<br> <br>Lidiya watches the one coming forward and starts to wind up her hammer, then they stop and run the other way. She makes a rude gesture and grips her hammer in both hands and slams it into the ground. With a boom, the ground splinters, then the ground beneath the two fleeing 'guards' would begin to violently shake and splinter. If someone didn't know before, well, her specialty's known now. Before it's even finished, she then bounds after them, hammer across her shoulders as a counter balance to a.. rather weird run. <br> <br>"Do you lads recall perhaps anythin' interestin' happenin' on this date? Besides that Yerita Heavyhoof bein' born and gettin' the irrigation setup" Dio looks down at the unconscious Angel and crouches down next to her as he watches Sveta clean up the wounds. "This lass is a curious one," he says, gently tapping Angel's face with a finger. "She saw somethin' and just immediately took off with air magic. We gotta wake 'er up somehow... If any of ya could get some cold water or somethin'. Maybe even give 'er a good bonk, just avoid that nasty blow she took there... Huh?" He looks towards the running guards. "What are ya runnin' for?" The shaking certainly catches his attention as he places his hands on the floor to hold his balance.<br> <br>Chaos, outside the Solacious house? What in the name of the Creators was going on? Angus slams the front doors of the manor open as he quickly belts on his Rapier. "What in the name of the Creators is happening!" He snaps, only knowing bits and pieces that he had picked up from a few panicing servants as he storms out the front doors.<br> <br>Sveta scowls at Dio's words, clearly frustrated by the limitations of her efforts. "If I could without risking her condition, my dear Lion of critical comments, I would have. Perhaps if we had some smelling salts...but they weren't in the kit Amelia had on her." She mumbles something about cheap goods never being reliable and tests Angel's bulk in a fireman's lift.<br> <br>Ictus glares at the two as they run and chases after them as Lidiya chases as well, "Stop!" he growls as he pulls out his dagger and pins it to the fake guards throat after he tackles them, "Tell me what you what is going on, or I swear I'll kill you now."<br> <br>Amelia reaches for the door, only to have it thrown open into her face, knocking her flat on her arse. "Dammit, another distraction?" She scrambles for her glasses, placing them back on her face. "Angus! We need you. Something... Bad is happening. Angel took off earlier, something about a warning. She tried to get to you, but a couple of guards stopped her, saying they weren't to be allowed in! Or any guests!" Her mouth is running wild, but she keeps her voice calm and clear. "I think they were imposters, but they're being dealt with. Something bad is happening. Angel is out cold, last I checked."<br> <br>Angel moans again, "It hurts.... My... lord... sister..." and groans as she is picked up. The pair are shaken up a lot by the earth magics. Unable to keep their footing, they make easy targets for anyone able to catch up to them! And Ictus does, tackling them over. As they are pinned they look up to Ictus, but say nothing. Angel's weight is easily cared. "Warn..... My Lord..." she says again, poke poke poke by Dio.<br> <br>Lidiya doesn't bother with a knife, she doesn't carry anything smaller than a bastard sword anyway. The second guard would find her foot on his chest and she seems to be lining her hammer up with his head like she were readying a golf swing. She winds back and grins cruelly behind her mask. It's not like she can question them anyway. <br> <br>"Sorry about that, Bird of Trauma Ward," Dio says, rubbing at his mane. "Yer the doctor here after all, but if worst comes to worst..." The lion begins to think about why Angel would suddenly act the way she did, much a change of character just chagrining in and leaving in a huff. "Hmm," he whispers, tapping his chin before getting up and looking at the door. "Wait!" He shouts. "Angel was looking at the ocean when she left and said somethin'! What if there was somethin' comin' for us from the ocean and Angel wanted to warn us 'bout it?"<br> <br>Angus stops in his tracks as soon as he realizes that he hit someone. "Oh, Amelia are you okay?" He turns to offer her a hand up, and blinks as he hears something happened to Angel and that she was warning him. "Wait what? Where is she now?" He turns, searching around before he notices Dio and Sveta, and walks over to them.<br> <br>Sveta's eyes flash at the simple sight of Angus. "You! Look at...look at...this! Can you not even keep a pet safe, Angus Solacious? Is there no end to your..." She clicks her beak and draws herself straight up. "I will tolerate your presence. For now. Because it is unavoidable. And for your pet's sake. After what she's told me...I pity her. And I'm not sure if I pity you more."<br> <br>Ictus growls low as they stay quiet and shakes his head, "Idiots." as he knocks one out, then looks to Lidiya, "Can you keep an eye on him?" as he drives his dagger into the others neck, before getting up ooc ...<br> <br>Angel groans out her ears twisting a bit, slighty waking up, "My... Lord.... Sister..... Ass... E.. Eldr..." her jaw won't seat right and each word causes a spark of pain to shoot through her, barely able to say one sylible, let alone a full sentance. The Rhino is knocked cold, but the Bull still won't say anything. From inside the manor some crashing can be heard! The wound on Angel's shoulder drips a small bit from being hefted up by Sveta, but it is nothing serious.<br> <br>Amelia pushes herself up with her staff and trails after Angus. "Do you have any idea what would be worth warning about? Cultists? Shadows?"<br> <br>"Sister?" Dio looks over as Angus begins approaching them. "Glad yer here Fox-kit. Things 're goin' a bit crazy around 'ere. Or perhaps that's normal for the Slof-adciouis family..." He looks over to the down guards, happy they were able to handle them without too much effort. "We were at the beach with this wolfess 'ere and it seems like she saw somethin' on the ocean and took off in a hurry! Where's your sister," he questions, looking back at Angel and her continued sleeptalking.<br> <br>Lidiya looks down at the bull and looks to Ictus, trying to remember if this one knows sign language like the rest. She swings the hammer, swinging wide, making sure the bull sees it going past, then she spins and slams it down between his legs while laughing that strange laugh again. Then the hammer slowly rises back up as she looks to adjust her aim.<br> <br>Angus blinks. "I...wait, what? How is this...." Sighing he just shakes his head and walks over to them. "I don't know Amelia, i still have no idea what is going on." He glances at Sveta just slightly before he turns his attention to Angel. He then stiffens as he ehars Angels words. "Wait what...My sister.....Son of a. I think I might have an idea who is behind this..."<br> <br>Something clicks inside Ictus' head as he hears Angels words and he pales a bit, "Mira..." He looks at inside the manor at the crash and dashes inside, "Take Angel inside!" is called back as an after thought while he dashes towards the sound<br> <br>Sveta's furious expression turns a cold blank as she begins advancing to the manor's door. "Very well, Lord Ictus Solacious. I'll see what can be done for Angel here inside the manor - I'm sure some kind servant can give me directions, backed up with your name, of course. I'll rejoin you all later."<br> <br>Amelia glances after Ictus and grips her staff tightly. If Mirana is in danger, she didn't really need to hear any more. She turns and sprints into the manor, as well, chasing after ictus.<br> <br>"Very well then lass," Dio waves as he watches Sveta depart. "Good luck to ya. As fer you, Not a Lord... Perhaps a warning should be given' to the crown to watch the ocean if ya have any pull." The sound also catches the lion's interest as he turns around and runs in to join some of the others!<br> <br>The Bull trembles a bit but still stay silent, something must be scaring him more then mutiliation and death. Angel slowly rouses, "Put... down..." she reaches up and grabs her jaw, forcing it back into place with a loud yelp, "Put.. me.. down... please..." she says laboredly. She moves her shoulder a bit, testing it, it doesn't seem too badly hurt, but her leg... Once inside Ictus and Amelia can see a figure running off toward a window and out it! A blur of speed, though he drops a note...<br> <br>Angus just stands there, watching the chaos go by him before he turns to follow everyone else. He had an idea of who it could be, but it was only a vague one. "I'll see what I can do Dio, I'll probably have a messanger sent."<br> <br>"No. I don't think I'm going to put you down. If something terrible is going to happen, then there's no way you're in any position to see it done. You may be suicidal in loving 'your lord' and his kin, but I won't have that happen. The Lord Ictus Solacious will settle matters, and just in case, I'll go to help once you're somewhere safe. Now be quiet and come along." Without further ado, Sveta strides up into the manor and demands of the nearest cowering servant the location of the house physician.<br> <br>Dio sees a figure burst past the window and attempts to go after it! However, whatever it was, was much too far gone for anything to be done about it. "Damn," he murmurs under his breath before joining up with the others. "I think ya should send word /now/ fox-kit," he says, patting Angus on the shoulder. "If it's an invasion, the crown's gotta know immediately. Also, where is Mirana? It'd be best too find 'er quick as well."<br> <br>Lidiya mutters and kicks the bull between the legs then tries to kick him in the head to knock him out. She's really not too good at the subtle thing. She stand up straight after and looks around, trying to figure out what exactly's going on now. Maybe she should pay a bit more attention.<br> <br>Ictus growls more as he spots the figure sprinting away and shakes his head as he looks to Dio, "No, not an invasion yet..." he picks up the note to read quickly<br> <br>Amelia pauses midway in the room, looking at the figure as it leaves, before turning her eyes to Ictus. "What's it say?" She glances over her shoulder. "I need to know how serious this is. If this is some kind of large scale conflict on the horizon, I need to include it in my reports to Shralesta. Where is Mirana?"<br> <br>Dio watches as Ictus picks-up the mysterious note left by the figure, quite curious as to what it might say. "Hope that isn't some sort of ransom note," he mutters, looking around the room and straightning out his coat with a few tucks. "And what do you mean by 'yet', I must ask. It seems you fox-kits have an idea of what may be happenin'."<br> <br>Angel struggles softly for a bit "Please... My Lord.. Tell her to ... put me down.. You.. don't understand.." she says as a servant points Sveta toward the triage room. Another reports to Dio, "you have need of a messanger?" says the cheetah. The guard groans loudly as he is kicked and battered! He grumbles loudly as he is knocked out. "Mirana..." says Angel, "F.. Find.. her.."<br> <br>Issi possibly showing the worst timing, enters from the front door peeking around at the manor and the clustering of people gathered around. She gestures (What's happening here?)<br> <br>Ictus stares at the note a second and shakes his head, "No... It's a bounty." he growls as he clenches the note in his hand, "We need to find Mira, now. I'll explain later." as he sprints back to the entrance<br> <br>Angus nods to the servant and points to Dio. "I want you to listen to what he says, and report to the crown. As fast as possible." Turning to Sveta he frowns. "Angel you are going to the Triage, that is final. I am going to send a servant there with a pad of paper and something to write with, if you have anything that is important write it down and he will send it my way. You have done enough, thank you." Turning around he looks to his Cousin, before sprinting out the door.<br> <br>"I gotcha fox-kit," Dio nods as he looks back at the cheetah with a very serious looking expression, a high change from his typical happy demeanor. "There's a high chance somethin's comin' towards us from the ocean as seen from the beach. Warn the navy 'n' army for any impendin' attacks, scan the ocean, and alert the crown. A lad named Lord Eldric was also mentioned. I'm sure you know what that means. Ya got it all, lad," he questions as he pats the cheetah on the shoulder.<br> <br>Amelia adjusts her glasses and turns to dash after Ictus. "Does anyone know where she might be? I haven't not seen her in a few days..." She looks a little troubled. "What are they after her for?"<br> <br>Lidiya looks around for a moment, then takes her time following along, pausing a moment to sign to the snake woman. Then she shrugs and picks up the pace a little at least. Though she does stop and use earth magic to entomb most of the body of the guard, leaving enough room to breath and move their head. A little. Easier that way when they're caged in, sort of.<br> <br>Angel reaches out a hand to Angus, "No.. my lord... y... understand.. m.. house... proof!" she says but Angus is far too far gone to hear her straigned words. She is carried to the triage and given paper and some ink with a sharpened stick. She writes on it furiously and hands it to Sveta, "Lord Eldric is sailing in, I saw his ship. He will likely be addresssing the court here today on accusations of falsifying merchent records for the Debhar Merchant Company. I have proof in my house, of that an more! I could fly there and get it! Please let me go!"<br> <br>Sveta shakes her head. "No. Do you truly love your lord?" She feels rotten at twisting the proverbial knife like this, but common sense and practicality wins in the end. "You said you would obey him, wouldn't you? Then obey him. Give me the location of this proof. I will get it and reconvene with them."<br> <br>After saying his message, Dio turns around and heads out the door to join with the others, reaching into his coat to see if his... Whoops, it would seem he forgot about happened to his knife. With a shrug, he runs to join the others at the entrance.<br> <br>Everyone is settling in for dinner at the inn, things are mostly quiet. In the center a pure black eye'd skunk plays some song, it sounds fast and furious on a harp. A few beings talk over some unusual ships arriving, "From Cliffside, what do they want?" "I hear someone is coming in to address the courts, what could they want?" "To demand more restatutions from the war I assume..."

Meanwhile Angel scribbles on some more paper and shows it to Sveta. It is a general layout of her house, and an X just infront of a dresser with the words "Pull up planks of wood, dig for 3 feet."<br> <br>Ictus pants as he looks about the inn and frowns as he hurries upstairs, "Mira?" he calls out breathlessly once he is at the room and looks around the room once he gets the door open<br> <br>Amelia leans on the wall near Ictus, perhaps even more out of breath than Ictus. Most likely. She's no athlete. "Is... Is she in there? Please say she is." She places her head on the wall, panting. "If we ran all this way and she's not here... I don't know how much more I can keep doing!"<br> <br>Angus follows closely, but does take the time to stop and look around the Inn before he moves to stand next to the stairs. His arms crossed as he watches the crowd, there was no need for a massive amount of people running up the stairs in his opinion. So he might as well watch for potential attackers.<br> <br>Lidiya doesn't fly, but she does run and she has an utter disregard for being polite so while she'll mostly dodge the crowd she'll just plow over whatever doesn't get out of her way or that she fails to dodge. Though there is a little voice asking why, she doesn't owe these people anything and they're not paying her..<br> <br>Issi ends up back in the Inn, where she started... And where she should have stayed, if she wan't trying to do something today. Apparently that was a bad idea.  She gestures to anyone, really, (Who or what would be brazen enough to cause trouble in the city?)<br> <br>Dio runs into the inn right behind the others, looking about and listening to the various rumors and what not that flow around the bar. "Hello there," he shouts, not much caring to be polite. "Has anyone seen a Mirana the fox-kit around here?"<br> <br>The people at the inn all look over to the people coming in, "Mirana? The Solacious Priest? No, I've not seen her." say a few, the others nod, or just get back to what they are doing. She isn't in her room either, the skunk continues to play but looks over to Angus and Ictus as they rush around. Someone gets up and starts walking toward the door though, after dropping some crown on the table.<br> <br>Angus frowns as he notices someone getting up to leave, before he stands up himself tapping Dio on the shoulder as he moves to the front door to block anyone from leaving. "Alright!" he shots, giving a smile. "Since it seems that everyone here is having such a good time why not continue, drinks are on me!" He glances to the figure who had gotten up, and takes out his crown purse to throw at the Inn keeper.<br> <br>Ictus blinks as he doesn't see Mira and frowns as he thinks a bit, "Where could she be?" he searches the room for any notes she, or anyone else, might have left while the others take care of the figure<br> <br>Lidiya leans against the wall near the door and crosses her arms, just watching the situation. <br> <br>After shouting, Dio feels a tapping sensation upon his shoulder and nods to Angus, putting the pieces together quite nicely. Along side Angus, the lion puts himself in front of the door, making it impossible for anyone to leave without going through him first. "Free drinks! You're much too kind." With a smile, he looks towards the skunk and gives her a wave, hoping the get her over towards him for a chat, and if not, she'd find leaving quite difficult.<br> <br>Amelia stares at the empty room, figdeting nervously. "This isn't good. Why isn't she here? She wasn't in the manor, was she?" She paces around. "I haven't seen her in days. I hope she's alright and they didn't already get her."<br> <br>There is a note on Mira's desk, something about helping out at the orphanage, then going shopping, heading to the woods to talk to Shaila again, then buying Ruby some nicer clothes, and that she would meet Ictus back in the manor tonight. Everyone in the inn gives a cheer and rush to the bar, save for two, who look like they have just been surrounded at a fair and don't have anymore tickets.<br> <br>A crash, a bang, and then the door flies open with the pointed application of a boot heel. No, it's not anyone out to harm the group, but instead Sveta, her feather-flames cooling off as she stops manifesting her sacred family - she strides into the room, Angel's notes peering out of one of her jerkin's pockets. Her hands, on the other hand are filled with a large bag containing plenty of papers...and most of all, a severed head, neatly preserved with embalming fluid. Good thing she's wearing gloves, although they're plainly soiled despite the spells to keep them white and pristine. "Lord Ictus Solacious," she says, pressing the papers and notes into Ictus' hands, followed by the bag with the head. "Some items Angel wished for me to present to you. She claims...yes, she claims that Lord Eldric is sailing into Sweetwater to stand trial for charges of falsifying merchant records. Of course, I have little knowledge of court intrigue, what with being a simple commoner and all, but I'm sure you do."<br> <br>Issi sits at the bar and takes out a pen amd paper, and starts writing, listening  quietly to the chatter about the room. Maybe something will come in handy, since few seem to reply to her.

Maybe something will come in handy, since few seem to reply to her.<br> <br>Angus smiles as he notices the two that don't rush to the bar. Glad that his plan actually worked, and hopes that he didn't just fall into a trap. Turning to Lidiya and Dio he smirks, and points at them. "Would you both be so kind as to grab those two? I would like to have a chat with them." <br> <br>Lidiya scowls at Issi for a moment and makes a rude gesture towards her, then she looks to the figures pointed out. She could do the same trick, sort of, but she's sure breaking her drinking hole would be a bad thing. So she leans forward and makes her way over to the figure, clenching and unclenching her hand as she goes. <br> <br>Feeling the door about to collide on his back, Dio hops out of the way and sees Sveta with an interesting bit of items. "Oh my," he murmurs, as he takes his place in front of the door once more and looks at the two remianing people not enjoying a free drink. As Lidiya goes for one figure, Dio goes for the other one with a smile. "Mind answerin' a few questions fer me?"<br> <br>The pair that Angus indicates are quickly caught up, "What questions? We didn't do anything?" they both say in varous methods. The inn is very very busy and loud now! Drinks are being slammed together, people are getting very roudy and well, drunk on Angus' gift. "Why would you want to talk to us? What could you want with us?" they both. ask again, a raccoon and a skunk. The dark eyed skunk watches all this go on, and sighs.<br> <br>Angus nods and smiles at both Dio and Lidiya. "Thank you both very much." Also, did you see where Mirana went at all?"<br> <br>Issi keeps herself quiet in her little flurry of papers and scribblings, writing down everyting she could possibly hear, as well as notes and equasions.<br> <br>Dio takes a hold of the individual he was after, nothing too threatening or painful, but certainly something to keep them in their seat. "We're just wonderin' if you've seen a certain noble walk out of here recently. A pregnant and wide-hipped looking fox named Mirana. Maybe even she walked out with someone else? Now, it would be really unfortunate if you lied to us," he grins, squeezing his captive.<br> <br>Ictus blinks at thet note and hmms, "Let's head to the orphanage then..." he blinks at Sveta and winces at that head, "I see..." looks to the head and winces more, as he looks for a scrap of paper to wright a quick note on, "Take this to the courts, they should let you in."<br> <br>Amelia rubs her face as she leans against the wall. "Orphanage? Very well. Lead the way, Ictus. I will follow. I hope we're not too late."<br> <br>Sveta mock-salutes Ictus and retrieves both the evidence and Ictus' letter of permission into her possession. "Very well, Lord Solacious. These will be delivered posthaste. Good luck in your search for the Lady Mirana Solacious. She says without stopping, "And a lot of people have come in and out, a few up to her room, none looked too friendly. You aren't the only one looking for her Kitsune Warrior, so I'd hurry." she says and gets off the stool, "Now, I have a free drink coming to me." she says. The pair look to each other as the Skunk speaks, "Shut up!" And Ashley points to them, "Those two were the last ones to do so, they were a bit late." Meanwhile Ictus and Amelia head down the stairs.<br> <br>Ictus nods to Amelia and Sveta and blinks as he spots the block at the door, "She should be at the Orphanage. I agree with Ashley, lets hurry." he looks at the two the others caught and shakes his head, he'll deal with them later as he rushes towards the orphanage<br> <br>"Ah, thank you ver much Ashley." Well, at least we were getting somewhere. Turning around Angus smiled at the now captured skunk and raccoon. "Shall we bring them along with us? They would make excellent target practice for anyone trying to stop us." He then watches Ictus race off once more and starts to mutter. "Could of at least waited, Dio pass off one of the idiots to me, and would you mind accompanying me with the other one Lidiya? Turning his head he tries to get Issi's attention, as she might be of some help in...'persuading' these two to talk.<br> <br>"Oh?" Dio looks at Ashley and smiles. "Thank ya for the information, lass. I'll have to make it up to ya sometime." Looking down at his captive, he gives them a heavy squeeze before handing them off the Angus. "Good luck to ya, fox-kit. We'll get 'er back safe 'n' sound." At the Orphanage, thins seem to be all normal, priests and priestess walking around, children playing, there is no sign of the maternal vixen though. A priestess walks up, a cobra, "Hello? Is there ssssomething I can help you with?" she asks Ictus and Amelia.<br> <br>Ictus nods to Dio as he follows and looks at Amelia with a nod, "Yes, I hope so too." he blinks as there is no sigh of his beloved and nods to the cobra priestess, "Yes, has there been any sigh of Mirana here?"<br> <br>Not far behind the others, Dio walks into the orphanage, wearing his biggest smile possible and looking at all the individuals playing about. Infront of the Solacious Manor stands a Wolfess, panting hard, daggers in her hands as she looks down a Rhino and a large Bull. TOO SLOW, the sword connects to her left shoulder with a yelp, and she leaps forward slightly, tumbling away before another strike can be made.

Amelia pushes her way through the crowd, frantically waving her staff around. "No, no, stop! Everyone!" She tries to plant herself near Angel. "Stop the fighting. She is with Angus Solacious." The canine leans on her staff, out of breath from her run. "What is going on here?"

On his typical afternoon walks, Dio strolls through the city, a bit curious as to how the Solacious manor was doing. It's been a few days since he last visited the manor after all. Peering through the gate, he manages to catch some of the fight, along with Amelia, and rushes in without regard for consequence. "Whoa there," he shouts. "Gettin' awfully violent with the poor lass. Just grab 'er so we can talk instead of the stabbin'."

Lidiya had been returning home after a day of breaking things. And the realization she might still have to pay for things after all.

Having been leaving the manor at the time, Ictus blinks at the fight and shakes his head, before he looks to the guards and calls out, "Stand down, she won't hurt anyone." then he looks to Angel curiously, "Angel... What is going on here?"

Sveta had been on her way back from the beach when there was Angel, being accosted by two of the Solacious guards right outside the door...fearing the worst and seeing everyone else, she steps up despite knowing Angel's animosity towards her.

Angel is up after her tumble, but limps lightly, her left leg. If she hadn't of struggled, we could have ended this without blood sheed." they say, approching the down'd wolfess.

Ictus sighs and grumbles something about stubborn guards before he shakes his head, "Did she say why she was here? Other than to see Angus I assume?" he looks to Angel as he moves over once she is down, "I'll take responsibility for her." as he tries to lift her up himself before looking to Amelia, "Are you ok?"

Dio notices a blow heading straight for Amelia and attempts to push her down to the ground! She was hellbent on deliverin' it, so it must be important."

Amelia glares and stands over Angel. "I said enough! From all three of you! This is absurd." She does allow Ictus to get near her, however. "I'm fine. Thanks to Angel, at least." The scowl is turned back towards the guards again. "Fortunately for everyone involved."

"What on Promise..." Sveta murmurs as Angel goes down. Come on!"

Still out cold, the wolfess is up on Ictus' shoulder and groans, still not aware, "That... hurts..." she says, "Daddy... don't... it hurts.." The guards move to block Ictus' path though, "I'm sorry Lord Ictus, but we can't let non-house guests into the manor, we have our orders." They say and look determined to follow them. "We have no collateral damage, but she will need a healer, the Saints Square should have many." They say, almost coldly. "We are sorry that we had to get so rough, please, forgive us, but you can't bring her in here."

"Orders from who exactly," Dio questions, cocking his head to the side slightly. "I don't know too much about yer family, but what orders are THIS important? Or is that a regular thing here..." After thinking for a bit, he looks towards Ictus and begins walking over to him. "You can go inside if ya want. We'll take care of Angel best we can."

Amelia adjusts her glasses and shakes her head. "If we can get her patched up and awake, maybe she can tell Ictus, and Ictus can carry the message?" She looks towards Sveta. "I do have some medicine, yes... It's not the best, but maybe you can do something with it?" She digs around in her robe-coat pockets.

Lidiya steps up to the gates, then looks between the various sorts gathered.

Ictus hmms? at the guards and nods at that and sighs, "Very well... Who gave you your orders though?" he ponders that a bit and nods to Sveta as Amelia hands over the medicine, "Thanks, I'd like to get her up as quickly as possible. I'm curious as to why she was so worked up."

Ictus hmms? at the guards and nods at that and sighs, "Very well... Who gave you your orders though?" he ponders that a bit and nods to Sveta as Amelia hands over the medicine, "Thanks, I'd like to get her up as quickly as possible. I'm curious as to why she was so worked up." he looks to Lidya and shakes his head with a frown, "Don't do anything stupid Lidiya." he frowns as he gently lays Angel down on the ground for Sveta to tend

Angel mumbles again, but goes completely out as her blood pressure drops, dyeing Ictus' clothes a new coat of red. On the ground now, Angel's breathing is slow and labored....

Lidiya glares at Ictus and shakes her hammer at him now.

Sveta takes the field medicines from Amelia. She's still out cold, but she'll live."

Amelia folds her arms. "Can't you see this is important? Yet here you stand; roughing up an associate of one of your employers, denying another one of your employers, to his face, no less. The other priests shall hear of such belligerence, certainly. I'll be sure to include this in my reports. You are most certainly not being upstanding citizens and good samaritans!"

Ictus sighs as his clothes are dyed red with blood and winces at Angel, before stares at the guards as they lie to him and frowns, "What..." he shakes his head and glares at them as he looks them over, "There were no orders like that given..." his frown deepens as he scans them and shakes his head, "Who are you two?" he looks to Lidiya and nods in a 'go ahead' type gesture before he looks to Sveta and frowns

Sveta checks Angel one last time to make sure she's stabilised, and then sighs as she swaps her soul gems back. "Problems, Lord Ictus?"

Angel continues her labored breathing, head rolling this way and that. "Sister.... warn....." she mutters, still refusing to fail in her mission. As she talks though her muzzle gives some very grotesque sounds, more then one part fractured. The guards look to Lidiya and one of them takes a step forward, only to be stopped by the other! They look to Ictus and now they really start to sweet, "Lord Ictus.. we... the orders were given just this morning.. and.. you may not have..." they both break stance and try to run for it!

Amelia looks down at Angel. "I will." She straightens up and starts towards the manor, herself. "Someone stop those two from getting away!" She knows she wouldn't stand a chance at doing it herself, but that's not the first thing on her mind right now.

Lidiya watches the one coming forward and starts to wind up her hammer, then they stop and run the other way.

"Do you lads recall perhaps anythin' interestin' happenin' on this date? Besides that Yerita Heavyhoof bein' born and gettin' the irrigation setup" Dio looks down at the unconscious Angel and crouches down next to her as he watches Sveta clean up the wounds. "This lass is a curious one," he says, gently tapping Angel's face with a finger. "She saw somethin' and just immediately took off with air magic. We gotta wake 'er up somehow... If any of ya could get some cold water or somethin'. Maybe even give 'er a good bonk, just avoid that nasty blow she took there... Huh?" He looks towards the running guards. "What are ya runnin' for?" The shaking certainly catches his attention as he places his hands on the floor to hold his balance.

Chaos, outside the Solacious house? What in the name of the Creators was going on? Angus slams the front doors of the manor open as he quickly belts on his Rapier. "What in the name of the Creators is happening!" He snaps, only knowing bits and pieces that he had picked up from a few panicing servants as he storms out the front doors.

Sveta scowls at Dio's words, clearly frustrated by the limitations of her efforts. "If I could without risking her condition, my dear Lion of critical comments, I would have. Perhaps if we had some smelling salts...but they weren't in the kit Amelia had on her." She mumbles something about cheap goods never being reliable and tests Angel's bulk in a fireman's lift.

Ictus glares at the two as they run and chases after them as Lidiya chases as well, "Stop!" he growls as he pulls out his dagger and pins it to the fake guards throat after he tackles them, "Tell me what you what is going on, or I swear I'll kill you now."

Amelia reaches for the door, only to have it thrown open into her face, knocking her flat on her arse. Angel is out cold, last I checked."

Angel moans again, "It hurts.... My... lord... sister..." and groans as she is picked up. The pair are shaken up a lot by the earth magics. Unable to keep their footing, they make easy targets for anyone able to catch up to them! And Ictus does, tackling them over. As they are pinned they look up to Ictus, but say nothing. Angel's weight is easily cared. "Warn..... My Lord..." she says again, poke poke poke by Dio.

Lidiya doesn't bother with a knife, she doesn't carry anything smaller than a bastard sword anyway. The second guard would find her foot on his chest and she seems to be lining her hammer up with his head like she were readying a golf swing. She winds back and grins cruelly behind her mask. It's not like she can question them anyway.

"Sorry about that, Bird of Trauma Ward," Dio says, rubbing at his mane. What if there was somethin' comin' for us from the ocean and Angel wanted to warn us 'bout it?"

Angus stops in his tracks as soon as he realizes that he hit someone. "Oh, Amelia are you okay?" He turns to offer her a hand up, and blinks as he hears something happened to Angel and that she was warning him. "Wait what? Where is she now?" He turns, searching around before he notices Dio and Sveta, and walks over to them.

Sveta's eyes flash at the simple sight of Angus. And I'm not sure if I pity you more."

Ictus growls low as they stay quiet and shakes his head, "Idiots." as he knocks one out, then looks to Lidiya, "Can you keep an eye on him?" as he drives his dagger into the others neck, before getting up ooc ...

Angel groans out her ears twisting a bit, slighty waking up, "My... Lord.... Sister..... Ass... E.. Eldr..." her jaw won't seat right and each word causes a spark of pain to shoot through her, barely able to say one sylible, let alone a full sentance. The Rhino is knocked cold, but the Bull still won't say anything. From inside the manor some crashing can be heard! The wound on Angel's shoulder drips a small bit from being hefted up by Sveta, but it is nothing serious.

Amelia pushes herself up with her staff and trails after Angus. "Do you have any idea what would be worth warning about? Cultists? Shadows?"

"Sister?" Dio looks over as Angus begins approaching them. Where's your sister," he questions, looking back at Angel and her continued sleeptalking.

Lidiya looks down at the bull and looks to Ictus, trying to remember if this one knows sign language like the rest. She swings the hammer, swinging wide, making sure the bull sees it going past, then she spins and slams it down between his legs while laughing that strange laugh again. Then the hammer slowly rises back up as she looks to adjust her aim.

Angus blinks. I think I might have an idea who is behind this..."

Something clicks inside Ictus' head as he hears Angels words and he pales a bit, "Mira..." He looks at inside the manor at the crash and dashes inside, "Take Angel inside!" is called back as an after thought while he dashes towards the sound

Sveta's furious expression turns a cold blank as she begins advancing to the manor's door. "Very well, Lord Ictus Solacious. I'll see what can be done for Angel here inside the manor - I'm sure some kind servant can give me directions, backed up with your name, of course. I'll rejoin you all later."

Amelia glances after Ictus and grips her staff tightly. If Mirana is in danger, she didn't really need to hear any more. She turns and sprints into the manor, as well, chasing after ictus.

"Very well then lass," Dio waves as he watches Sveta depart. "Good luck to ya. As fer you, Not a Lord... Perhaps a warning should be given' to the crown to watch the ocean if ya have any pull." The sound also catches the lion's interest as he turns around and runs in to join some of the others!

The Bull trembles a bit but still stay silent, something must be scaring him more then mutiliation and death. A blur of speed, though he drops a note...

Angus just stands there, watching the chaos go by him before he turns to follow everyone else. He had an idea of who it could be, but it was only a vague one. "I'll see what I can do Dio, I'll probably have a messanger sent."

"No. Now be quiet and come along." Without further ado, Sveta strides up into the manor and demands of the nearest cowering servant the location of the house physician.

Dio sees a figure burst past the window and attempts to go after it! It'd be best too find 'er quick as well."

Lidiya mutters and kicks the bull between the legs then tries to kick him in the head to knock him out. She's really not too good at the subtle thing. She stand up straight after and looks around, trying to figure out what exactly's going on now. Maybe she should pay a bit more attention.

Ictus growls more as he spots the figure sprinting away and shakes his head as he looks to Dio, "No, not an invasion yet..." he picks up the note to read quickly

Amelia pauses midway in the room, looking at the figure as it leaves, before turning her eyes to Ictus. "What's it say?" She glances over her shoulder. "I need to know how serious this is. If this is some kind of large scale conflict on the horizon, I need to include it in my reports to Shralesta. Where is Mirana?"

Dio watches as Ictus picks-up the mysterious note left by the figure, quite curious as to what it might say. "Hope that isn't some sort of ransom note," he mutters, looking around the room and straightning out his coat with a few tucks. "And what do you mean by 'yet', I must ask. It seems you fox-kits have an idea of what may be happenin'."

Angel struggles softly for a bit "Please... Find.. her.."

Issi possibly showing the worst timing, enters from the front door peeking around at the manor and the clustering of people gathered around. She gestures (What's happening here?)

Ictus stares at the note a second and shakes his head, "No... It's a bounty." he growls as he clenches the note in his hand, "We need to find Mira, now. I'll explain later." as he sprints back to the entrance

Angus nods to the servant and points to Dio. "I want you to listen to what he says, and report to the crown. As fast as possible." Turning to Sveta he frowns. "Angel you are going to the Triage, that is final. I am going to send a servant there with a pad of paper and something to write with, if you have anything that is important write it down and he will send it my way. You have done enough, thank you." Turning around he looks to his Cousin, before sprinting out the door.

"I gotcha fox-kit," Dio nods as he looks back at the cheetah with a very serious looking expression, a high change from his typical happy demeanor. "There's a high chance somethin's comin' towards us from the ocean as seen from the beach. Warn the navy 'n' army for any impendin' attacks, scan the ocean, and alert the crown. A lad named Lord Eldric was also mentioned. I'm sure you know what that means. Ya got it all, lad," he questions as he pats the cheetah on the shoulder.

Amelia adjusts her glasses and turns to dash after Ictus. "Does anyone know where she might be? I haven't not seen her in a few days..." She looks a little troubled. "What are they after her for?"

Lidiya looks around for a moment, then takes her time following along, pausing a moment to sign to the snake woman. Then she shrugs and picks up the pace a little at least. Though she does stop and use earth magic to entomb most of the body of the guard, leaving enough room to breath and move their head. A little. Easier that way when they're caged in, sort of.

Angel reaches out a hand to Angus, "No.. my lord... y... understand.. m.. house... proof!" she says but Angus is far too far gone to hear her straigned words. Please let me go!"

Sveta shakes her head. "No. Do you truly love your lord?" She feels rotten at twisting the proverbial knife like this, but common sense and practicality wins in the end. "You said you would obey him, wouldn't you? Then obey him. Give me the location of this proof. I will get it and reconvene with them."

After saying his message, Dio turns around and heads out the door to join with the others, reaching into his coat to see if his... Whoops, it would seem he forgot about happened to his knife. With a shrug, he runs to join the others at the entrance.

Everyone is settling in for dinner at the inn, things are mostly quiet.

Meanwhile Angel scribbles on some more paper and shows it to Sveta. It is a general layout of her house, and an X just infront of a dresser with the words "Pull up planks of wood, dig for 3 feet."

Ictus pants as he looks about the inn and frowns as he hurries upstairs, "Mira?" he calls out breathlessly once he is at the room and looks around the room once he gets the door open

Amelia leans on the wall near Ictus, perhaps even more out of breath than Ictus. Most likely. She's no athlete. "Is... Is she in there? Please say she is." She places her head on the wall, panting. "If we ran all this way and she's not here... I don't know how much more I can keep doing!"

Angus follows closely, but does take the time to stop and look around the Inn before he moves to stand next to the stairs. His arms crossed as he watches the crowd, there was no need for a massive amount of people running up the stairs in his opinion. So he might as well watch for potential attackers.

Lidiya doesn't fly, but she does run and she has an utter disregard for being polite so while she'll mostly dodge the crowd she'll just plow over whatever doesn't get out of her way or that she fails to dodge. Though there is a little voice asking why, she doesn't owe these people anything and they're not paying her..

Issi ends up back in the Inn, where she started... And where she should have stayed, if she wan't trying to do something today. Apparently that was a bad idea. She gestures to anyone, really, (Who or what would be brazen enough to cause trouble in the city?)

Dio runs into the inn right behind the others, looking about and listening to the various rumors and what not that flow around the bar. "Hello there," he shouts, not much caring to be polite. "Has anyone seen a Mirana the fox-kit around here?"

The people at the inn all look over to the people coming in, "Mirana? The Solacious Priest? No, I've not seen her." say a few, the others nod, or just get back to what they are doing. She isn't in her room either, the skunk continues to play but looks over to Angus and Ictus as they rush around. Someone gets up and starts walking toward the door though, after dropping some crown on the table.

Angus frowns as he notices someone getting up to leave, before he stands up himself tapping Dio on the shoulder as he moves to the front door to block anyone from leaving. "Alright!" he shots, giving a smile. "Since it seems that everyone here is having such a good time why not continue, drinks are on me!" He glances to the figure who had gotten up, and takes out his crown purse to throw at the Inn keeper.

Ictus blinks as he doesn't see Mira and frowns as he thinks a bit, "Where could she be?" he searches the room for any notes she, or anyone else, might have left while the others take care of the figure

Lidiya leans against the wall near the door and crosses her arms, just watching the situation.

After shouting, Dio feels a tapping sensation upon his shoulder and nods to Angus, putting the pieces together quite nicely. Along side Angus, the lion puts himself in front of the door, making it impossible for anyone to leave without going through him first. "Free drinks! You're much too kind." With a smile, he looks towards the skunk and gives her a wave, hoping the get her over towards him for a chat, and if not, she'd find leaving quite difficult.

Amelia stares at the empty room, figdeting nervously. "This isn't good. Why isn't she here? She wasn't in the manor, was she?" She paces around. "I haven't seen her in days. I hope she's alright and they didn't already get her."

There is a note on Mira's desk, something about helping out at the orphanage, then going shopping, heading to the woods to talk to Shaila again, then buying Ruby some nicer clothes, and that she would meet Ictus back in the manor tonight. Everyone in the inn gives a cheer and rush to the bar, save for two, who look like they have just been surrounded at a fair and don't have anymore tickets.

A crash, a bang, and then the door flies open with the pointed application of a boot heel. Of course, I have little knowledge of court intrigue, what with being a simple commoner and all, but I'm sure you do."

Issi sits at the bar and takes out a pen amd paper, and starts writing, listening quietly to the chatter about the room. Maybe something will come in handy, since few seem to reply to her.

Angus smiles as he notices the two that don't rush to the bar. Glad that his plan actually worked, and hopes that he didn't just fall into a trap. Turning to Lidiya and Dio he smirks, and points at them. "Would you both be so kind as to grab those two? I would like to have a chat with them."

Lidiya scowls at Issi for a moment and makes a rude gesture towards her, then she looks to the figures pointed out. She could do the same trick, sort of, but she's sure breaking her drinking hole would be a bad thing. So she leans forward and makes her way over to the figure, clenching and unclenching her hand as she goes.

Feeling the door about to collide on his back, Dio hops out of the way and sees Sveta with an interesting bit of items. "Oh my," he murmurs, as he takes his place in front of the door once more and looks at the two remianing people not enjoying a free drink. As Lidiya goes for one figure, Dio goes for the other one with a smile. "Mind answerin' a few questions fer me?"

The pair that Angus indicates are quickly caught up, "What questions? We didn't do anything?" they both say in varous methods. The inn is very very busy and loud now! Drinks are being slammed together, people are getting very roudy and well, drunk on Angus' gift. "Why would you want to talk to us? What could you want with us?" they both. ask again, a raccoon and a skunk. The dark eyed skunk watches all this go on, and sighs.

Angus nods and smiles at both Dio and Lidiya. "Thank you both very much." Stepping away from whats left of the door he walks up to the dark eyed skunk, and crosses his arms. "Hello there Ashley, mind telling me what went on here. Also, did you see where Mirana went at all?"

Issi keeps herself quiet in her little flurry of papers and scribblings, writing down everyting she could possibly hear, as well as notes and equasions.

Dio takes a hold of the individual he was after, nothing too threatening or painful, but certainly something to keep them in their seat. "We're just wonderin' if you've seen a certain noble walk out of here recently. A pregnant and wide-hipped looking fox named Mirana. Maybe even she walked out with someone else? Now, it would be really unfortunate if you lied to us," he grins, squeezing his captive.

Ictus blinks at thet note and hmms, "Let's head to the orphanage then..." he blinks at Sveta and winces at that head, "I see..." looks to the head and winces more, as he looks for a scrap of paper to wright a quick note on, "Take this to the courts, they should let you in."

Amelia rubs her face as she leans against the wall. "Orphanage? Very well. Lead the way, Ictus. I will follow. I hope we're not too late."

Sveta mock-salutes Ictus and retrieves both the evidence and Ictus' letter of permission into her possession. "Very well, Lord Solacious. These will be delivered posthaste. Good luck in your search for the Lady Mirana Solacious. I shall be seeking you out as soon as I'm done."

Looking up Ashley answers while still playing, "Your sister? She headed out toward the Saints Square last I saw." She says without stopping, "And a lot of people have come in and out, a few up to her room, none looked too friendly. You aren't the only one looking for her Kitsune Warrior, so I'd hurry." she says and gets off the stool, "Now, I have a free drink coming to me." she says. The pair look to each other as the Skunk speaks, "Shut up!" And Ashley points to them, "Those two were the last ones to do so, they were a bit late." Meanwhile Ictus and Amelia head down the stairs.

Ictus nods to Amelia and Sveta and blinks as he spots the block at the door, "She should be at the Orphanage. I agree with Ashley, lets hurry." he looks at the two the others caught and shakes his head, he'll deal with them later as he rushes towards the orphanage

"Ah, thank you ver much Ashley." Well, at least we were getting somewhere. I want to go check to see if Dio's message got through, and want to personally ask these two questions." Turning his head he tries to get Issi's attention, as she might be of some help in...'persuading' these two to talk.

"Oh?" Dio looks at Ashley and smiles. "Thank ya for the information, lass. I'll have to make it up to ya sometime." Looking down at his captive, he gives them a heavy squeeze before handing them off the Angus. "Good luck to ya, fox-kit. We'll get 'er back safe 'n' sound." The lion waves to the remaining people in the bar and sprints off to join the others at the orphanage.

Issi looks up at Angus, nodding. She takes her papers and pen with her as she gets up and ready to follow him.

Amelia pushes her glasses up and moves to follow Ictus. "I hope she's there. And I hope we get there before the others. I don't want a fight to break out there of all places!"

As the group splits up, a few heading to the orphange, the others head for some kind of interregaation, the ship gets closer and closer.

At the Orphanage, thins seem to be all normal, priests and priestess walking around, children playing, there is no sign of the maternal vixen though. A priestess walks up, a cobra, "Hello? Is there ssssomething I can help you with?" she asks Ictus and Amelia.

Ictus nods to Dio as he follows and looks at Amelia with a nod, "Yes, I hope so too." he blinks as there is no sigh of his beloved and nods to the cobra priestess, "Yes, has there been any sigh of Mirana here?"

Not far behind the others, Dio walks into the orphanage, wearing his biggest smile possible and looking at all the individuals playing about. "And if she has," he adds on, "When did she enter and leave? And has anyone else tried to ask for her?"

Angus grins a little to sharply as he forces the captives hands behind his back, and walks him out of the room at knife point. "Now, first we need to go check if Dio's letter was received. Then we find a nice quiet place to make you and your friend talk. One preferable where we can remove of any unwanted Evidence, if we have to. Unless you want to talk now, and save us the trouble?"

Amelia smiles to a few of the children before looking to the other priest. "Yes, we need to find Mirana. It is most urgent. If you have seen her, we would greatly appreciate it!"

The Snake Priestess nods, "Lady Mirana wassss here, sssshe left not long ago, heading towardssss the Market. SSssssomething about new clothesss. Sssshe issss getting big really, can't be much longer before there will be more foxesssss." she says with a slight giggle before tending to the children some more.

The skunk and Coon look at each other and both start talking at once, in a cocphany of voices. It causes quite the commotion and makes beings turn to look at Angus and anyone fallowing him.

Issi stands behind Angus, hood still over her eyes, yet still keeping her sights on the two being held by Angus. She doesn't say anything but she does gesture to Angus (You think they'll tell the truth?)

Ictus hmms at that and nods, "Alright thanks." he looks to the others and frowns, "Hopefully she's not in the woods by now..." as he heads towards the market, to Mira's tailor to be exact
