The warehouse doors wide open grant entry into a low roar of talking as good folks get to converse amongst themselves. The interior is coated with cloth covered mysteries which are gathered around with interest, though the long and generous table of foods and drink get a large portion of everyones attention. Outside the doors stands a large heavy can Walrus, tweaking his whiskers occassionally as he greets everyone who walks in happily, telling them all a rather tired out old joke and then laughing heartily about it. "Come on in! Those who have attended my partys before, I welcome you back heartily!" he says with a smile. "Great deals, think Rold!"

Kalt works her way to the entrance of the party, clad in... Unusual dress. For her that is, given that she's actually wearing a -dress-! It was borrowed from some aparantly, given the slight last minute alterations but it seems the girl actually understood it was bad manners for a lady to show up to a art show in pants.... Her hair that was usually tied back in a tail, was left washed and hanging down around her shoulders with a small flower set in it. The Vixen fidgets with a few metal bracelets as she approaches and bows to Rold, smiling at some of his jokes due to her own poor humor, before going to make her way inside to stand off to the side of the entrance and look over the party as she takes a deep breath.

Angus is not to far behind Kalt, giving the Walrus a nod in greeting as he listens to the joke...Even the young noble himself had decided to dress up for this, a waist coat pulled over his usual silk shirt and an elegant leather collar covering the scars of his throat to make him look less intimidating as he steps up beside Kalt. "How are you hodling up?" He asks her as he looks over the room to see if he could regonize any of the other viewers at the gallery.

Siyu smiles and makes sure that everything is perfect. He's a well to do merchant now, after all, so he has to have everyhing in place. His long silk coat, fine silk pants, gloves and shirt. All accent and highlight his features. Wide hips, delicate, beautiful face, and long hair. The long flowing black hair rests down his back. Some traditional silver bells have also been added. His glasses polished and the gold of them glimmers. The pleasing, gentle vanilla scent, mixed with jasmine waft around him, soothing and calming as he chats up buisnessmen. He blinks at Kalt chittering, "You look wonderful Kalt!" he compliments her.

Rahn stumps up to the warehouse with a formal, if unpracticed bow to the jovial walrus at the entrance. It felt strange to be wandering free of the cloisters after so many days in quiet meditation. He had hoped to run into someone he knew before arriving at the event itself, and he felt woefully under dressed. Why had he not worn the nice outfit that Siyu had given him? Speaking of. . . Rahn visibly relaxes when he sees the little rodent merchant in all his finery. "Ho! Siyu!" the rhino rumbles as he heads toward the familiar face.

The party is bustling as the walrus attracts more and more folks from all walks of life, be it by art or free food. A few of his employees stand about making offers on imported furniture, a few fine looking chests and dressers stand off to the side, rather fine quality from the looks of them. Rold comes in after a short time and taps some metal against one of his glasses and clears his throat. "WELL! I'm happy to have such a turnout!" he announces as he looks around. "I'll be greeting more arriving guests before you can all lhave the pleasure of my company in full." he says before a few folks laugh at the outright assuredness as he nudges them. "But I'll unveil something for you all to marvel at first! A statue, fashioned after a sea beast reported recently, has been sent to me for your viewing pleasure, it will be for sale at a later date but please, do let your eyes enjoy!" he says as he uncovers a rather peculiar carving of a shrouded beast. Most of it's features look to be that of water and waves, but a few details are spectacular, it appears to be the fabled levithan."

Kalt looks to Angus as she smiles and shrugs gently. "I uh... Ain't gonna be bad an' all. S'just awkward wearin' a dress an' all..." She fidgets for a moment as she looks over the room before speaking back to Angus. "How 'bout you? Ain't checkin' folks you should be goin' an' runnin' from eh?" She smirks before Siyu approaches and she does her best attempt at a curtsy, almost falling before catching herself. "Ah, thank you kindly Siyu. Lookin' dashin' an' well dressed yourself." her gaze snapping to Rold as he speaks once more, falling on the the statue in question with wonder as she remembers to cover her mouth before speaking. "... Ain't thinkin' artists can work fast an' such an' still make it so... Good."

Angus leans up against Kalt and nods, as he looks around. "No no, just looking to see who turned out for this. For example." He starts pointing at a few beings around the place. "For example those few over there are members of the court." He smiles at Siyu as he appears, giving him a nod if greeting. "Good evening Siyu, how are you?" His gaze flicks over to an older Bovine gentleman and the being he is talking to before he notices Rahn, giving him a nod in greeting as well.

Siyu turns and offers a gentle little squeek to the large Rhino, "Rhan, greetings and salutations, what are you doing here? Come to enjoy some art hm? Or thinking of bidding on somthing?" he inquires with a chittering laugh. He glances over to see what's being displayed, a Levithan? He idly reachs into a pocket to feel the tooth that's hidden in there, a bit of a prize, but he considers, "I wonder if the artist even saw the Levithan.." he glances at Angus and smiles, "How are you Lord Solacious, out enjoying some art. Planning on bidding on anything today?"

Rahn's face splits in a brilliant grin as he sees Angus as well as Siyu. "Hello my friends," he rumbles, then looks up at the unveiled statue. It is a remarkable piece, though he cannot vouch for its accuracy. "I've never seen anything like that," he says, "Is there really something like that swimming around out in the bay?" The Rhino shudders. Even more reasons to never ever ever get in the water. Rahn shakes off his dark thoughts and reaches down to pat Siyu on the head with a deep laugh. "I doubt I could afford any of these things my little friend," he says.

The old bovine and who she's talking to part ways, and a slick looking parrot makes his way towards Angus. "Hey! You're a solacious aren't you? How are we doing today?" he asks with a cheesy smile. The crowd around the statue thickens as someone goes over it in their expert opinion, a few others nodding in agreement. "I quite like the sense of mystery. We don't see the whole beast." one lady adds as he drinks some wine. A few people graze over the available foods, one woman coming near profanity when a gentleman drops a wad of meat between fancy delictables onto her fine dress.

Kalt shudders as she thinks about the levithan being in the seas, grimacing some as she mutters about another reason to stay on land. She quickly snaps out of it as Angus leans up against her, the Vixen fidgeting as she returns the lean and follows his pointing with a nod. "Right... Right... So, keep mindin' my manners an' all." She says this more to herself before giving a improved curtsy to Rahn. "G'day sir." She says in greeting before doing the same for the approaching parrot, not realizing her and angus were still leaning on each other when he approached and the implications. Her ears flicker gently as she listens in on the folks talking about the statue, idly looking back to it once more as she let out a slight hm sound. "... Wonderin' if'n they didn't make the whole thing, 'cause they never right an' saw it..."
