After the most... Unusual visit she received last night, Cassidy already knew what to expect. And expect it she seemed to be! Standing out in the court yard, dressed in one of her form-hugging ball gowns, hair done up in a little bun, and... Tired. The sleepy fennec having just woke not long ago, and leaning against one of the pillars at the top half of the cloister, the gate to the lower already having been left open in anticipation of 'Elise's' arrival.

Fenris comes swaying into the cloister, having been directed by the butler to come this way. He- er, She was still trying to get used to people calling her Miss. And these stupidly wide hips of course. She has been knocking over chairs and bumping into people all morning! The trek here had been rather embarassing. The Kangaroo is dressed in a rather ill fitting leather vest and a pair of men's trousers with slashes cut in the sides to make room for her wide hips. "Hello?" she calls in a melodic alto, "Is anyone here?"

Natska steps out of the manor's front door, carrying a pair pair of thick mugs, filled with hot tea. The jaguar, wearing a more casual, comfortable blouse and trousers, hands a mug to her wife and gives her a kiss on the cheek, then perks her ears at the voice. "... so that is what that visit last night was about?" she asks quietly. "I'm sorry I slept through it."

Cassidy returns the kiss with a smile, taking her mug. "Yes, you'll see soon! It's quite interesting," she says before raising her voice. "Up here! Come on up!" A gust of wind blows the gate closed behind Fenris and Cassidy straightens up a little, adjusting the collar of her dress. "Jera and Fenris ended up in a bit of a... Situation. Jera came to me last night, and I've agreed to give them an alibi, a place to stay, and... Proper education on how to properly act like a lady."

Fenris looks up to see Cassidy and Natska in the upper collonade, then looks around for the stairs. The feline turned kangaroo carefully navigates his way up the stairs, being especially carefull of his thick tail. "Um," she says when she finally stands in front of the couple, "I'm guessing that Jera told you about what happened?" The curvy roo is uncharacteristically embarassed. Well. There are a lot of things that are uncharacteristic about him, her, today. She unconciously rubs her hand along one of her wide, womanly hips.

Natska quietly considers that for a few moments, giving Fenris a small, welcoming smile as the kangaroo approaches. "Huh. If it were anyone else who told you, or anyone else it had happened to, I would have trouble believing it." She grins wider, then offers Fenris a hug. "Well! I am certainly willing to help them out however I can. What happened?"

Cassidy eyes Fenris over before letting out a low whistle. "Wow. It hit you hard, huh? You're worse off then Jera. Almost as bad as me! That'll take some getting used to, let me tell you. Fortunately, you're dealing with a pair of professional ladies," she says with a grin, sipping at her tea. "You look nice, though."

Fenris swallows hard and gives an uncertain smile. "Thank you?" she says, accepting Natska's offered embrace, though it is a little strange to feel all that. . . contact. "Jera's change was planned," she says, "I had the machine prepared and set up exactly to his specifications." She waves at herself. "Me? I was a fluke," she admits, "The thing was supposed to be deactivating but its machine spirit decided to play a joke." Fleshcrafters. The more Fenris worked with the things, the more he was convinced that they had minds and plans of their owns. In at least one case, this theory had proved entirely correct. "And I imagine I have a lot more to get used to than a few new curves, Cassidy," she says, pointing down to her ill fitting trousers."

Natska snerks and gives Cass a nudge with her elbow as she settles back in at her fennec's side. "As bad as you, love?" she asks. "You know you are beautiful." Her ear twitches, and she v looks over at Fenris, appraising her. "At least you are a cute girl. People will go easy on you." Natska nods. "Shall we move inside? Can I get you anything Fenris? Tea, water, juice?"

Cassidy giggles softly at that and nods. "Yes, I think you might be a little biased on that one! But thank you," she says, tilting her head towards the door. "Yes, the castle staff is preparing breakfast, and you are welcome to join us. I don't believe Jera is awake yet, so we'll get caught up with him later. And don't worry about your clothing. I'll have someone get your measurements later, and send to Firmament for a new wardrobe for you. I heard you were... Posing as one of Jera's dancers?" She asks, ears perked. "I made an offer to Jera that he... She, took. I'll make the same to you. If you'd rather a 'disguise' with less implication or expectation attached to it, you are welcome to pose as a member of our household staff. I figure it'd also give a good justification if anyone happens to wonder why you and she happen to be spending so much time here."

Fenris hesitates, then nods. "I have not really done anything yet," she says, "I mean, I spent the night at one of Amos's safehouses and sent a note to Sally saying that I would be away for a while." He lowers his voice. "And I recieved a letter this morning from Sirus explaining how he wants to take advantage of this situation," he says, "I honestly don't know how he gets his information." She produces a small envelope. "Letters of introduction," she explains, "For a young lady seeking to serve House Solacious and its ladies. It is a little terrifying sometimes." She sways after her hostesses, doing her best to adjust her clothes to be both modest and comfortable.

Natska frowns for a moment, but her smile quickly returns and she nods her head. "Mmmhm. Terrifying. I'll make sure to keep a sharp eye on the grins grounds while you're here." The jaguar moves into the dining hall, and then indicates the main table. "We want our friends to feel safe and comfortable here."

Cassidy nods slowly and turns for the door. "If you serve house Solacious... Well. You might actually be expected to do work regarding that. I, for one, think you're better than that. So I am likewise extending my offer to you. You are welcome to stay here as long as you'd like while we help you adapt, and in the process you're perfectly able to tell anyone that questions you that you're house-staff or house-staff in training for us. Unlike the Solacious manor, nobody here will have the chance of denying it. Nor will they get suspicious about the sudden disappearance of Fenris and the sudden appearance of a new Solacious servant. I will leave it up to you, which you wish to take, though. Here, you won't actually be expected to -play- the part, so you can keep your dignity intact." A nod to Natska as she steps into the ballroom. "Yes, we'll make sure you're well taken care of. It's really not so bad! We'll have fun. No one here is judging you. At least, I'm not. Do you want to join us for breakfast?"

Fenris shakes her head at the suspicions. "It was only a cover for now," she explains, "I don't think my assignment will have anything to do with House Solacious. It is just a place that he could keep an eye on me and vouch for me himself if necessary." She follows along meekly. "I really am grateful for all thi-" she starts to say before her swaying tail knocks into some piece of furniture, sending it wobbling! The kangaroo swears under her breath as she quickly steadies the near accident. "Like I was saying," she says, "I am really grateful for the help, and breakfast sounds like a great idea." She smirks down at her makeshift clothes. "Then maybe clothes after?" she asks, "I was only able to grab a couple of things before I locked everything up."

"Of course!" Natska replies, in answer to Fenris. "And besides. Imagine if Miss Sally knew and asked to have you for her handmaiden. Or if the manor's chief of staff assigned you to her without her knowing, anyway. I hear she goes through them." Natska reaches the table, pulling a chair out for for Cassidy and another for Fenris before being seated. "Hmm... I will have to talk to Jera. I certainly enjoy being a woman, but I would like to know why someone would want to change!"

Cassidy starts to open her mouth, then closes it and nods at Natska as she takes her seat. "Yes, you'll... Have to ask Jera. It was sensitive information, I think, and while I'd never withold information from you, it'd be improper of me to speak of it in her absence, you know? I am sure she'll tell you. At least as much as she told me." She folds her hands on the table and nods at Fenris. "I'm afraid you're a bit too tall for my clothes. While you might fill them out well enough, there's no way they'd fit on someone as tall as you! But! I do have robes you can wear. It'll have to do until we can get a tailored wardrobe brought in." She says, glancing back towards the kitchen. "Breakfast should be ready soon. And it's no problem! As I was telling Jera, I'm glad you two have come here, and I'll be even happier if you stay. Having more company and friendly faces around the place is something we can both appreciate, I'm sure! And you're welcome to remain here until you're back to normal! Whenever that time is. You're free to come and go as you please, but there will always be a bed and a meal here when you require it, and you've got mostly free run of the place. Excepting our chambers, of course, but there should be little need to go up there anyway."

Fenris goes to take a seat, but inadvertently knocks his chair aside a falls hard on her plush backside. "Ouch," she mutters, carefully picking herself back up and righting the chair, "I can already tell you that I need some practice walking and sitting." She manages to take a seat at the table, and squirms around a bit as she tries to find a comfortable position. "I would be happy to stay here for a while," she says, "I like the company and the freedom. I am already Sally's favorite punching bag. I can't imagine being her lady in waiting as well." She does frown at a distant servant, noticing the common mode of dress for all of them. "You aren't going to make me wear one of those maid dresses though, are you?" the roo asks, "And I don't much like masks. Well, not the masks you two are so fond of, if you get my meaning."

Natska makes a small wave with her hand. "I don't wear mine -that- often," she objects, grinning. "And I think your tail is giving you more trouble than your hips, but I imagine your balance is off." She sips at her tea and waits for breakfast. "Hmm... you are even a little taller than I am, Fenris! But never fear, we'll get you sorted."

Cassidy shakes her head. "Maid dresses aren't a thing here. All of ours wear tuxedos and masks. But... No, you don't. I won't make you wear the uniform, but it's there if you want it. In which case, if someone asks who you are when you're out in public and what you do, you can simply tell them you're a staff-in-training! It'd explain the lack of uniform. And why you're actually seen. If you've noticed, ours sort of... They're an elusive bunch. I'm quite proud of them," she says with a little grin, nodding towards one of the avian ladies bringing out the food. A bowl of oatmeal for each, along with a plat of bacon, fruit, and cheese. Small portions individually, but combined it provides a fairly balanced breakfast. With it, a glass of light, white wine and water. "Walking and sitting will certainly be among the things first covered. I think I still remember my own lessons well enough to be able to impart the knowledge. When we get some of the clothing in, it'll be easier to work on your posture. For now? Just settle in and adapt to your body. When Jera is present, we can start going over things. It's really not too hard! And it'll be a joy having you both here with us."

A nod to Natska. "Yes, your balance is off. But that is something we'll work on. You're... Ah, front-heavy," she says, gesturing vaguely. "But you've got a heavy tail, too. Try to use the two to counter balance yourself to keep you centered. I can also get you some wrapping to, ah... Bind with. It's what I use, and it's a great help."

Fenris nods, trying to absorb all the information she can, and laughs musically at the mention of her 'front-heaviness.' "You know," she says "I noticed that, believe it or not!" She hefts her breasts through the vest she wears. "I can't imagine that I could EVER get used to these girls all the time!" she says, "They caused me quite a bit of trouble today." She suddenly looks uncomfortable. "Then there are certain questions of, uhm, hygiene," the kangaroo says hesitantly, "I don't have much experience with. . . certain things." She nibbles at her breakfast. "I don't even know what you mean by Binding," she admits, pushing the wine away, "You'll forgive me if I don't drink wine? I find it is hard to tell if I am actually in my right mind on the best of days without any kind of alcohol."

Natska laughs! The jaguar sets her tea down, and pulls her porridge closer. "Mmm. I rarely drink anything but water or tea before noon myself," Natska says, nodding at Fenris. "And no. I imagine those are hard to ignore. I remember when I started growing there, myself, when I was young... even when my chest was barely noticeable, *I* certianly noticed it all the time." She smiles, and takes a few bites. "Mmmph. And binding is wrapping something around your chest to keep yourself restrained, and flatter, as opposed to a bra that supports and only restrains enough to keep you from bouncing as you walk down stairs or something."
