After the most... Unusual visit she received last night, Cassidy already knew what to expect. And expect it she seemed to be! Standing out in the court yard, dressed in one of her form-hugging ball gowns, hair done up in a little bun, and... Tired. The sleepy fennec having just woke not long ago, and leaning against one of the pillars at the top half of the cloister, the gate to the lower already having been left open in anticipation of 'Elise's' arrival.

Fenris comes swaying into the cloister, having been directed by the butler to come this way. He- er, She was still trying to get used to people calling her Miss. And these stupidly wide hips of course. She has been knocking over chairs and bumping into people all morning! The trek here had been rather embarassing. The Kangaroo is dressed in a rather ill fitting leather vest and a pair of men's trousers with slashes cut in the sides to make room for her wide hips. "Hello?" she calls in a melodic alto, "Is anyone here?"

Natska steps out of the manor's front door, carrying a pair pair of thick mugs, filled with hot tea. The jaguar, wearing a more casual, comfortable blouse and trousers, hands a mug to her wife and gives her a kiss on the cheek, then perks her ears at the voice. "... so that is what that visit last night was about?" she asks quietly. "I'm sorry I slept through it."

Cassidy returns the kiss with a smile, taking her mug. "Yes, you'll see soon! It's quite interesting," she says before raising her voice. "Up here! Come on up!" A gust of wind blows the gate closed behind Fenris and Cassidy straightens up a little, adjusting the collar of her dress. "Jera and Fenris ended up in a bit of a... Situation. Jera came to me last night, and I've agreed to give them an alibi, a place to stay, and... Proper education on how to properly act like a lady."

Fenris looks up to see Cassidy and Natska in the upper collonade, then looks around for the stairs. The feline turned kangaroo carefully navigates his way up the stairs, being especially carefull of his thick tail. "Um," she says when she finally stands in front of the couple, "I'm guessing that Jera told you about what happened?" The curvy roo is uncharacteristically embarassed. Well. There are a lot of things that are uncharacteristic about him, her, today. She unconciously rubs her hand along one of her wide, womanly hips.

Natska quietly considers that for a few moments, giving Fenris a small, welcoming smile as the kangaroo approaches. "Huh. If it were anyone else who told you, or anyone else it had happened to, I would have trouble believing it." She grins wider, then offers Fenris a hug. "Well! I am certainly willing to help them out however I can. What happened?"

Cassidy eyes Fenris over before letting out a low whistle. "Wow. It hit you hard, huh? You're worse off then Jera. Almost as bad as me! That'll take some getting used to, let me tell you. Fortunately, you're dealing with a pair of professional ladies," she says with a grin, sipping at her tea. "You look nice, though."

Fenris swallows hard and gives an uncertain smile. "Thank you?" she says, accepting Natska's offered embrace, though it is a little strange to feel all that. . . contact. "Jera's change was planned," she says, "I had the machine prepared and set up exactly to his specifications." She waves at herself. "Me? I was a fluke," she admits, "The thing was supposed to be deactivating but its machine spirit decided to play a joke." Fleshcrafters. The more Fenris worked with the things, the more he was convinced that they had minds and plans of their owns. In at least one case, this theory had proved entirely correct. "And I imagine I have a lot more to get used to than a few new curves, Cassidy," she says, pointing down to her ill fitting trousers."

Natska snerks and gives Cass a nudge with her elbow as she settles back in at her fennec's side. "As bad as you, love?" she asks. "You know you are beautiful." Her ear twitches, and she v looks over at Fenris, appraising her. "At least you are a cute girl. People will go easy on you." Natska nods. "Shall we move inside? Can I get you anything Fenris? Tea, water, juice?"

Cassidy giggles softly at that and nods. "Yes, I think you might be a little biased on that one! But thank you," she says, tilting her head towards the door. "Yes, the castle staff is preparing breakfast, and you are welcome to join us. I don't believe Jera is awake yet, so we'll get caught up with him later. And don't worry about your clothing. I'll have someone get your measurements later, and send to Firmament for a new wardrobe for you. I heard you were... Posing as one of Jera's dancers?" She asks, ears perked. "I made an offer to Jera that he... She, took. I'll make the same to you. If you'd rather a 'disguise' with less implication or expectation attached to it, you are welcome to pose as a member of our household staff. I figure it'd also give a good justification if anyone happens to wonder why you and she happen to be spending so much time here."

Fenris hesitates, then nods. "I have not really done anything yet," she says, "I mean, I spent the night at one of Amos's safehouses and sent a note to Sally saying that I would be away for a while." He lowers his voice. "And I recieved a letter this morning from Sirus explaining how he wants to take advantage of this situation," he says, "I honestly don't know how he gets his information." She produces a small envelope. "Letters of introduction," she explains, "For a young lady seeking to serve House Solacious and its ladies. It is a little terrifying sometimes." She sways after her hostesses, doing her best to adjust her clothes to be both modest and comfortable.

Natska frowns for a moment, but her smile quickly returns and she nods her head. "Mmmhm. Terrifying. I'll make sure to keep a sharp eye on the grins grounds while you're here." The jaguar moves into the dining hall, and then indicates the main table. "We want our friends to feel safe and comfortable here."

Cassidy nods slowly and turns for the door. "If you serve house Solacious... Well. You might actually be expected to do work regarding that. I, for one, think you're better than that. So I am likewise extending my offer to you. You are welcome to stay here as long as you'd like while we help you adapt, and in the process you're perfectly able to tell anyone that questions you that you're house-staff or house-staff in training for us. Unlike the Solacious manor, nobody here will have the chance of denying it. Nor will they get suspicious about the sudden disappearance of Fenris and the sudden appearance of a new Solacious servant. I will leave it up to you, which you wish to take, though. Here, you won't actually be expected to -play- the part, so you can keep your dignity intact." A nod to Natska as she steps into the ballroom. "Yes, we'll make sure you're well taken care of. It's really not so bad! We'll have fun. No one here is judging you. At least, I'm not. Do you want to join us for breakfast?"

Fenris shakes her head at the suspicions. "It was only a cover for now," she explains, "I don't think my assignment will have anything to do with House Solacious. It is just a place that he could keep an eye on me and vouch for me himself if necessary." She follows along meekly. "I really am grateful for all thi-" she starts to say before her swaying tail knocks into some piece of furniture, sending it wobbling! The kangaroo swears under her breath as she quickly steadies the near accident. "Like I was saying," she says, "I am really grateful for the help, and breakfast sounds like a great idea." She smirks down at her makeshift clothes. "Then maybe clothes after?" she asks, "I was only able to grab a couple of things before I locked everything up."

"Of course!" Natska replies, in answer to Fenris. "And besides. Imagine if Miss Sally knew and asked to have you for her handmaiden. Or if the manor's chief of staff assigned you to her without her knowing, anyway. I hear she goes through them." Natska reaches the table, pulling a chair out for for Cassidy and another for Fenris before being seated. "Hmm... I will have to talk to Jera. I certainly enjoy being a woman, but I would like to know why someone would want to change!"

Cassidy starts to open her mouth, then closes it and nods at Natska as she takes her seat. "Yes, you'll... Have to ask Jera. It was sensitive information, I think, and while I'd never withold information from you, it'd be improper of me to speak of it in her absence, you know? I am sure she'll tell you. At least as much as she told me." She folds her hands on the table and nods at Fenris. "I'm afraid you're a bit too tall for my clothes. While you might fill them out well enough, there's no way they'd fit on someone as tall as you! But! I do have robes you can wear. It'll have to do until we can get a tailored wardrobe brought in." She says, glancing back towards the kitchen. "Breakfast should be ready soon. And it's no problem! As I was telling Jera, I'm glad you two have come here, and I'll be even happier if you stay. Having more company and friendly faces around the place is something we can both appreciate, I'm sure! And you're welcome to remain here until you're back to normal! Whenever that time is. You're free to come and go as you please, but there will always be a bed and a meal here when you require it, and you've got mostly free run of the place. Excepting our chambers, of course, but there should be little need to go up there anyway."

Fenris goes to take a seat, but inadvertently knocks his chair aside a falls hard on her plush backside. "Ouch," she mutters, carefully picking herself back up and righting the chair, "I can already tell you that I need some practice walking and sitting." She manages to take a seat at the table, and squirms around a bit as she tries to find a comfortable position. "I would be happy to stay here for a while," she says, "I like the company and the freedom. I am already Sally's favorite punching bag. I can't imagine being her lady in waiting as well." She does frown at a distant servant, noticing the common mode of dress for all of them. "You aren't going to make me wear one of those maid dresses though, are you?" the roo asks, "And I don't much like masks. Well, not the masks you two are so fond of, if you get my meaning."

Natska makes a small wave with her hand. "I don't wear mine -that- often," she objects, grinning. "And I think your tail is giving you more trouble than your hips, but I imagine your balance is off." She sips at her tea and waits for breakfast. "Hmm... you are even a little taller than I am, Fenris! But never fear, we'll get you sorted."

Cassidy shakes her head. "Maid dresses aren't a thing here. All of ours wear tuxedos and masks. But... No, you don't. I won't make you wear the uniform, but it's there if you want it. In which case, if someone asks who you are when you're out in public and what you do, you can simply tell them you're a staff-in-training! It'd explain the lack of uniform. And why you're actually seen. If you've noticed, ours sort of... They're an elusive bunch. I'm quite proud of them," she says with a little grin, nodding towards one of the avian ladies bringing out the food. A bowl of oatmeal for each, along with a plat of bacon, fruit, and cheese. Small portions individually, but combined it provides a fairly balanced breakfast. With it, a glass of light, white wine and water. "Walking and sitting will certainly be among the things first covered. I think I still remember my own lessons well enough to be able to impart the knowledge. When we get some of the clothing in, it'll be easier to work on your posture. For now? Just settle in and adapt to your body. When Jera is present, we can start going over things. It's really not too hard! And it'll be a joy having you both here with us."

A nod to Natska. "Yes, your balance is off. But that is something we'll work on. You're... Ah, front-heavy," she says, gesturing vaguely. "But you've got a heavy tail, too. Try to use the two to counter balance yourself to keep you centered. I can also get you some wrapping to, ah... Bind with. It's what I use, and it's a great help."

Fenris nods, trying to absorb all the information she can, and laughs musically at the mention of her 'front-heaviness.' "You know," she says "I noticed that, believe it or not!" She hefts her breasts through the vest she wears. "I can't imagine that I could EVER get used to these girls all the time!" she says, "They caused me quite a bit of trouble today." She suddenly looks uncomfortable. "Then there are certain questions of, uhm, hygiene," the kangaroo says hesitantly, "I don't have much experience with. . . certain things." She nibbles at her breakfast. "I don't even know what you mean by Binding," she admits, pushing the wine away, "You'll forgive me if I don't drink wine? I find it is hard to tell if I am actually in my right mind on the best of days without any kind of alcohol."

Natska laughs! The jaguar sets her tea down, and pulls her porridge closer. "Mmm. I rarely drink anything but water or tea before noon myself," Natska says, nodding at Fenris. "And no. I imagine those are hard to ignore. I remember when I started growing there, myself, when I was young... even when my chest was barely noticeable, *I* certianly noticed it all the time." She smiles, and takes a few bites. "Mmmph. And binding is wrapping something around your chest to keep yourself restrained, and flatter, as opposed to a bra that supports and only restrains enough to keep you from bouncing as you walk down stairs or something."

"That's okay. That's why water was provided," Cassidy says, leaning against Natska while she nibbles on a strip of bacon. "As far as binding... Well, it helps keep them out of the way. And first lesson. Try to avoid, er... Touching yourself in public like that. Least of all at the meal table," she chastises half-jokingly, wagging a finger at Fenris. "It's kind of impolite and distracting to the other diners. You'll get used to it before it's time to turn back though, I'm sure. As for matters of cleaning..." Cassidy trails off and shrugs. "You'll forgive me if I'm not keen on getting in a tub with you as a married woman. But I am sure one of the women on staff will be able to help you just as much as either of us." Another nibble and a sip from her wine and she nods. "I don't drink much, but a single, light glass is okay with me. And ah, yeah. I was sort of a scrawny tomboy for most of my life. Then things abruptly changed into quite the opposite, well. It definitely took some getting used to. It's really hard to be athletic and all without the proper support. I think once we get that for you, it won't be so bad."

Fenris rolls her eyes. "Of course not!" she says, responding to Cassidy's admonition, "I'm clueless, not stupid." She grins and nibbles at a strip of bacon. "Nice to know that I'm not the only one who has had trouble with them though," she admits, "I thought I was just stupid or walking wrong. I still think those things, but at least I know that they are not the whole problem." She takes a spoonful of oatmeal, then frowns. The kangaroo searches the table and her ears perk up when she spots a small tub of butter and a sugar bowl. "I am not sure how long I will be like this," she confesses, "It might take me some time to get the fleshcrafter fixed." And even longer, since it has to be kept a secret from Sally, she ponders as she spoons sugar and butter in obscene quantities into her oatmeal. "Not that being a girl is bad," she observes, "But it is certainly strange for me."

Natska nods her head a couple of times as she finishes chewing her fruit, then dabs at her mouth with a table cloth. "Oh, I imagine!" she replies. "I'm scared of the Fleshcrafters, honestly. I am... very comfortable with who I am, Fenris, in the me-as-a-person sense, but the thought of suddenly being someone else unnerves me. Even as much as I love my wings and my feathers when I let those out, and being in total control of the change... well, it still -feels- weird. I do not think I would handle it as well as you are." She grins at the kangaroo, then collects another piece of fruit.

Cassidy nods at Natska's words. "Yes. I don't... Really care to dabble with those things anymore than I already have. I even rarely change through being a kitsune. I like being 'me.' And... You know. Why are you sneaking around using unauthorized fleshcrafters, anyway? Why not just... Use ones that you know are 'safe?'" She asks, head tilted. "But yes, being a lady certainly is not bad. And I hope that, by the time you're done, you've come to enjoy it and have some fun with it! We will certainly help in that regard. We'll do some fun things, too, so it won't all just be 'teaching' you how to act."

Fenris laughs again. "I am more and more convinced as I continue to play with the toys that were never meant for use, that there are no 'safe' fleshcrafters," she says, "And we had rather hoped to keep the whole thing under wraps." She smiles at the pair enjoying their breakfast. "I have no qualms about changing my shape," she says, "As you well know. I know who I am, and it has little to do with what I look like."

Natska finishes her breakfast, then reclaims her tea and drains her mug before before leaning her shoulder in against Cassidy. "Really, though... a tool is least safe when in the hands of someone who doesn't fully understand how it is used. Perhaps we should invite some scholars to visit Promise and teach us."

Cassidy nods slowly, quickly finishing up her own little meal and downing the rest of her wine. "Yes, there are... Specially appointed people for handling the fleshcrafters. It sounded like Jera wasn't too concerned about keeping it secret, so... I think it would've been okay to use one of those in such a situation. You wouldn't be in this mess yourself!"

Fenris shrugs her newly narrower shoulders. "But where is the adventure in that?" she asks, "And to be totally honest, they don't know any more about these machines than I do! The Creators might, but I have been brought to understand that the magic in the fleshcrafters is not generally acceptable. I don't know that they would ever send anyone to teach us about their use." She pushes aside her empty plate, then looks from Cassidy to Natska and back. "Now what?" she asks, a little tentative, and certainly curious about what she is getting herself into. Well, what she has already gotten herself into.

Natska quietly snickers. "I always enjoy a good adventure, but I prefer mine to be things like visiting a Creator castle above the sky to... well." She smiles. "But I suppose it is an adventure of a sort, still."

"They haven't seemed to make any mistakes that I have heard about," Cassidy points out, brow raised. "As for now what... Well... That depends. I could send you off with Sal here to take down your measurements and send for clothes, or if you'd rather, we can jump right into some posture work? Depends on what you're feeling... Elise. We can take this at your pace!"

Fenris or rather, Elise, rubs her muzzle. "I guess clothes come first," she says, "I only have to stand still for that, right?" She seems to think a moment on the comments about the fleshcrafting. "You are right, of course," she says, "The Creators understand the technology much better than we do. They made it. Trick is, all of our machines are less than reliable and our Creator friends are not likely to repair or replace them." She smiles at Natska. "You have visited Aran and the Skyway, haven't you?" she says, a touch wistfully, "Wasn't it beautiful? I would love to actually fly up in a Creator ship one day."

Natska nods her head. "Yes! It was amazing, and beautiful. And, right, all you have to do is stand still." She smiles, then rises up from her seat and, after a moment, offers Fenris her hand to help her up.

"We went to see it together!" Cassidy chimes, grinning as she starts to stand with Natska. "And yes, we can do clothes. Now, like I said, I don't have anything fancy that'll fit you on hand, but I have robes you can borrow while we wait for the order to be actioned. We'll get you aaaall taken care of, don't you worry."

Elise takes Natska's offered hand and carefully extricates herself from the chair without knocking it over this time. "Well," she says, "Lead the way, I can't wait to see what you have in mind." Honestly, the kangaroo is terrified. He- She has seen the look in Cassidy's eyes before on the faces of little girls with a new doll.

Natska gives Elise's hand a small, reassuring squeeze, then smiles at Cassidy. "To the guest rooms? The study? Either should have enough privacy... would you like me to go get a couple of our robes? Maybe some other things?"

"Guest rooms, work! We can show her where she will be staying in the process. But yes, please, get a couple of robes, maybe a night gown or something." Turning to the avian in the suit, she nods. "Sal, towels and soaps, please. Elise, this is Sal. I've tasked her with looking after both you and Jera regarding things that Natska and I cannot do. If you have questions of... Cleanliness, for instance, or just finding your way around the castle, she will be the one to ask. Or if you have need of something and we are unavailable for some reason or another." She turns, then, gesturing towards an open arch at the far end of the dining hall. "The rooms are just this way," she says, turning and moving off in that direction.

"Hello, Sal," Elise says with a nod, "I hope you can forgive me if I am rather. . . awkward." The curvy kangaroo sways off after Cassidy. "I really can't tell you how grateful I am for you both being so understanding," she says, "And for not telling Sally about this ever, ever ever."

Natska follows along with Cassidy and Elise. "It us nothing to worry about," she says. "It's not like you are going to accidentally injure yourself in the bath," she teases. "And no worries, your secret is safe! With me, at least. "

"Yes," Cassidy says, nodding along. "We will not share it, and the staff here are all sworn to secrecy." As they pass through the hall and descend the stairs into the high-vaulted guest room, the castle is not nearly as quiet as it was above and in most places. There are a not-insignificant number of families here. Most small, typically consisting of a spouse of one of the staff and any children they might have. They do not share in the uniform, either, it would appear. "Like I said, I'm plenty happy to have long-term company such as you two. It'll be a joy to have you at our meal tables and to hang out with! Maybe a trip to the hotsprings at some point. Natska and I are fond of doing that from time to time. Ah! Here we are," she says, stopping before a door and nudging it open. "This one will be yours. Next to Jera's. After you?" She asks, gesturing Elise inside.

The room is utilitarian and uniform, but not uncomfortable. Two beds, a hanging candle arrangement, a night stand, a wardrobe, and a wash basin behind a privacy screen. Enough to cover basic needs by default.

Elise looks around the room and nods. "It's a little bigger than I am used to," she says, "Will I need to share?" Those hotsprings sound really good right now after all the bumps and scrapes the cat turned kangaroo has had trying to get used to his new. . . dimensions. "So, um," she stammers, looking at the ladies in the room with her, "Should I undress or something for this?"

Natska gives Cassidy a quick hug, then smiles at Elise. "I will go get those things, since I know which room to use." She slips out, and heads down the hall.

Sal isn't far behind, stepping into the room with a bundle of folded towels and assorted hygiene products atop it. Placing it on the bed, she brandishes a length of measuring tape and nods at Cassidy. "You will need to, yes, to get proper measurements. Then you can slip into a robe. I will step out while Sal takes your measurements, and no. No need to share the room. These are typically meant to house our staff and their bondmates, if they have any, so they come with two beds standard. You don't need to fill it." She bows her head and steps just outside of the room, shutting the door til it's open only a crack.

Elise chuckles at Natska and Cassidy's discretion. It really is very considerate, but hardly necessary. She strips off her ill fitting vest and trousers, revealing her smooth, soft fur and firm curves. "Creators," she sighs, "It feels good to get out of that stuff!" The kangaroo turns to face Sal, unabashedly. "How shall we do this?" she asks, idly rubbing a hand over her stomach, where a small bit of loose skin on her belly indicates a vestigial pouch.

Jera makes her way into the room next door in search for Cassidy. And then she eyes Fenris and is stunned at the door, blinking. "Urbh." She manages. Head still male, after all. And Fenris is quite beautiful.

Sal places her hands under Elise's arms, trying to get her to lift them. "Stand up straight, arms out, please. Try to keep your shoulders level and chin up." She wastes no time, assaulting the kangaroo with the measuring tape, taking down numbers for the width of the shoulders, length and bend of the leg, diamater of the tailbase, hips, arms, height and bust. It's thorough, but swift, the well-dressed avian jotting down the measurements on a scrap of paper as each is taken. Cassidy leans on the foor frame outside, peering at Jera as she emerges from the room. "Well good morning there, sleepy. We missed you at breakfast today."

Elise does her best to stay still as the bird takes her measurements. "So, where are you from, Sal?" she asks, trying to make conversation to distract herself. She has no qualms about being naked in front of this stranger. Not really. While she was a beautiful young kangaroo on the outside, on the inside he was still a rather old cat who had seen more strangeness than most people had ever imagined. Hearing voices outside the door, she calls out, "Is that Jera? Have you already been measured?"

Jera looks up at Cassidy. And takes a while to process thoughts before she shakes her daze off. "Yeah. Slept too much..." She scratched an ear bashfully. "I have not." By now, her face is red. "I have to undress, too?"

"Mossy Stone," Sal replies calmly, draping the measuring tape around her shoulders. "My home was lost there, so I moved in with my sister in Firmament while looking for a way to get back on my feet. Lady Solacious offered me employment here, and a free place to live to go with it. I'd never lived in a castle before, and I needed something to do. So here I am."

Cassidy rubs her chin, regarding Jera for a moment. "Relaaax Jera. I thought you said you knew how to take your own measurements. I was hoping you were going to do that for me. If not, I can send Sal in with you, next?"

"Good," Elise says, "I'm glad you are here. It will take a survivor to put up with me." The roo is only half joking. "So," she asks, still holding the pose Sal put her in, "How much do you know about my, uhm, situation?" Honestly, she had felt more awkward in ill fitting clothes than she currently did in the nude.

"I can take measurements. I just don't know what to do with my own breasts." Jera managed to bring herself to admit as she swallowed her pride for a bit.

Cassidy giggles softly and reaches out to pat Jera on the shoulder. "I'll send Sal in with you in a moment, then," she says, looking around for Natska's return. "Hmm."

Sal cocks her head to the side, taking up one of the towels from the pile to offer to Elise. "Wrap this around yourself until the robes arrive. And I know only that you are new to being female, the both of you, and that I was asked to help you both out with anything that the Ladies themselves cannot do. Being bonded, there are certain things it would be inappropriate to assist with. I am here to act for them in such cases."

"Thank you, Sal," Elise says, taking the towel and absently wrapping it around her waist. It takes a moment and a stern Look from Sal for the Kangaroo to realize her mistake. She grins sheepishly and wraps the long towel around her breasts and lets it hang down like an impromptu toga. "You can all come in," she calls, "I am as decent as I am likely to get."

Jera makes her way into the room. Stumbling a little bit more as paws get tripped and her thighs rub against each other painfully. She picks herself up with a grunt of frustration. Clearly upset with her adaptation so far. She brushes her robe closed before heading over to Sal. Walking slower this time.

Carrying a bundle of cloth, Natska returns to the guest quarters. She can't help but give Jera a curious look, but it is paired paired with a warm, welcoming smile. She passes the bundle to Fenris, then moves to Cass' side. "Jera? Are you alright? And I grabbed a pair of robes, binding wraps in both cotton and silk, and one of the servants with similarly sized hips was willing to donate a pair of undergarments, Elise."

Cassidy nudges the door open to allow Jera in, following in, herself. "You okay there, Jera? Goodness, it's like you two have forgotten how to walk! Having hips isn't -that- hard is it?" She asks with a teasing grin before patting Jera on the back. "Fenris, if you would like to try the binders and your robe on, feel free to step behind the privacy screen. When you are done, Sal can go behind it with Jera to take her measurements," she says with a little nod, smiling at Natska. "Thank you, by the way."

Elise looks at the pile of clothing in his hands and turns his bewildered gaze from the bindings and undergarments to Natska and Cassidy. "This is going to be a recurring theme, isn't it," she asks, "I have no idea what to do with these things. I mean, the robes I get, and maybe this breechcloth looking thing, but the rest of it is a mystery to me. I think I am going to need some help." She snorts at Cassidy's comment to Jera, a rather unladylike sound.

"It really is. I used to walk with that little jig in the hips. You can blame all those dances as a girl...and now they just rock a bit by themselves and it really. Nevermind. I have to be nude to take measurements, yes?" She just removes her robe and bares her chest with a quizzical look.

Natska lets out a short burst of laughter, then gives Fenris a big grin. "Come now, Elise! Surely you are not so old as to have been born before panties were invented. Breechcloth thing, really..." The jaguar leans forward then, and fishes out a long, wide strip of cloth. She raises her eyebrows at Jera's display, then grins and steps over behind her with the cloth. "Here, Elise. With the binding, you just wrap it around your chest," she says, doing so with Jera. "To keep everything in place! I am sure you have noticed how distracting it can be when there's an... unexpected bounce in your step!" She grins, then unwraps Jera and hands the cloth back to Fenris.

Cassidy quickly nudges the door shut as Jera stares to expose herself, snorting at Natska. "Right? I mean, really. It's not that hard to put on your undergarments. One leg in, then the other, then you pull it up. I'm sure you know the drill by now! And the binding... Yes, as Natska is showing. Sort of like wrapping a bandage. I wear them whenever I'm doing anything athletic or active. They're also pretty much one-size-fits all! I wear bras when... Doing more casual things, or going to formal parties. We'll cover those another time, when your clothing gets here. It's very important that those fit well, so no borrowing or sharing!" Looking to Jera, she grins. "And yes, they do, don't they? Which is why, especially if you have hips like mine or Elise, how you walk and what you wear is important. If you accidentally show off too much sway, you can send the wrong message!"

Elise sticks her tongue at at Natska. "It is rude to speculate on a lady's age," she says, stepping behind the screen and starting to dress, "Just like a bandage, right?" Her head sticks up over the screen as she tries on the strange underthings, then proceeds to twist and bend to make sure that she still has full mobility. "Huh," she grunts in her low alto, "that DOES make a difference. If there wasn't so much more of me down below, I might almost feel balanced again." She pulls on the slightly too short robe and sways out from behind the screen, showing her wrapping handiwork. "Look right?" she asks, exposing the surgical weave of the bindings she has made.

Jera rocks her hips a little bit. The toned flesh of her rump jiggling a little. Rocking again. Again. Giggling despite herself. She spreads her arms for Sal after giving Cassidy a piece of paper with all her other measurements scribbled.

Natska slips an arm around Cass' shoulders as she waits with her friends, and then when Elise comes back out she quietly applauds. "Yes, excellent job!" Her ear flicks then, and she smiles at Jera, before looking back over at Cassidy. "Now what?"

Cassidy passes the paper off to Sal, who promptly tucks the paper away into a coat pocket before setting about taking the rest of Jera's measurements, the thrasher-woman taking care to make sure it's all as accurate as possible. "Hmm... Well, now I'm not sure!" Cassidy says, giving a thumb up to Elise. "I hadn't thought this far ahead yet. I suppose we could start going over some things now, if these two wanted. Or we could just... Hang out? I don't know. Any ideas?"

"Some dinner would be nice. I want to cook but I'm afraid I'll burn things." Jera admitted. "I don't mind you teaching us the...basics, either!"

Elise hops lightly up and down a couple of times and even throws an experimental jab or two. "That's not too bad!" she exclaims, "Now I just have to get used to all this!" She waves at her ample hips and turns around. It looks like Fenris's large heart marking came through intact! Only it has migrated to her lower back. The roo slips the robe back over her shoulders and ties it off at the waist. "I am ready for Lady Lessons if Jera is," she says.

Natska grins at Elise's enthusiasm, although after a moment her ear flicks and she raises an eyebrow at Cassidy. "Goodness, love. What did you tell them they'd be doing?" she asks, tone amused. "And I am sure you will do fine, Jera. It is never a bad time to learn to cook."

"Put some clothes on first, Jera," Cassidy reminds before snickering at Natska. "Nothing! Just that I'd show them how to act and behave like proper ladies! Natska and I were planning to cook a dinner tonight, ourselves, so I suppose we could do that! Then I'll have to check your table manners, I suppose. After dinner... Well. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it?"

Fenris laughs melodically. "Just like Cassidy said," she chuckles, "No one has told us anything! The kangaroo sways over to join the others. "And I am not a bad cook myself," she admits, "I could help with dinner if you aren't afraid of me breaking anything in the kitchen."

Jera finds herself some bindings! Just wrapping them around her chest and seeming like she knows what she is doing. She gets them a little bit tight and her nipples are showing a little...but she gets the gist. Her robe goes on after, the belt tightened.

Natska grins as she observes the two newer ladies, then nods her head, satisfied. "Alright, then. Back up to the kitchen. And you don't need it to be near so tight in the future, Jera. Especially if you aren't as... hefty as Cass and Elise. I never wear bindings myself, I just stick to bras and undershirts." The jaguar nods her head, then offers Cass her arm and turns to head back up.

Cassidy nods at Natska, taking her arm. "Mhmm. They're pretty... Malleable, you know! You could probably do without them, Jera, and just use a bra most of the time. For the support. Also, uh..." She rubs her chin. "If you intend to be using your bow, well. You'll figure it out. It got really hard for me to use mine. And maybe, Elise! If there's something in particular you want to make. I'm thinking about grilling up a sauced steak tonight. What're you thinking Natska?" She asks, wandering towards the stairs.

Elise walks after Cassidy. "I could do veggies," she offers, "You have any asparagus? Or peppers I can do some great things with greens and tubers!" She pauses at the top of the stairs and turns to Sal. "Listen," she says, "Will you be around to help me get cleaned up tonight? I just have a couple of, well, awkward questions to ask."

Jera grins. Disappearing for a moment...to return with a case of five blades of vastly different designs. "Who said I'm using a bow? And yes. I can use all five at once, female or no." Seems like the mention of fighting still excites her.

Natska blinks, looking back over her shoulder as Jera disappears into her room; then she raises her eyebrows at the weaponry, and whistles. "All five at -once-?" she asks. "I will have to see that!" She turns back to Cassidy and gives her wife's arm a squeeze. "Yes, that sounds fantastic. Steak and some veggies, and perhaps baked potatos. And it's fine, Elise, all of us ladies have had to deal with awkward things at some point," she says, her tone dropping as she glances up and down the hallway. "Like your first period," she mutters. "But I am sure you will live through it!"

"Oh my." Jera stopped dead in her tracks as she realized the mention of a period meant that... "I hope...I uhh..." She tripped over her words enough that she just gave up. "Steak, then. That I can make..."

Cassidy raises her brow at Jera's swords, snickering. "Whatever works. And hey now, I'm making the steak! We don't -all- have to cook, you know," she says with a little snort before nodding at Natska. "And yes, you'll be fiiine through it. Though I guarantee you'll never look at women the same way again after it," she grins. "I'll be sure to have plenty of sweet things in stock for that time. And alcohol."

Sal nods at Fenris as the group sets foot back into the dining hall. "Yes, I'll be here all... Day. And night. I live here, after all."

Fenris nods her thanks to Sal and hurries off after the others. "I don't even want to think about that," she confesses, "I mean, I am pretty certain we will have to endure it at least once before I can get the machine repaired, but I still don't want to think about it." The lovely kangaroo makes her way carefully along the halls, trying very hard to be careful with her new tail. "Ugh," she moans, " How do you handle this ridiculous hip swaying, Cassidy?" she asks, the motion becoming more exaggerated as she hurries to catch up.

Natska perks her ears, pausing to watch Elise as she walks by, her tail intently swishing back and forth as she studies the kangaroo's gait. "You look like you are exaggerating it," she says after a moment. "Or over compensating. Just roll with it?" she offers, although her tone says that she knows she isn't exactly helpful. It's not like -she's- had to adjust to having bizzare new legs, at least not without the help of divine math to help her adjust. "Jera, how about we let Cassidy handle the steak and Elise can do the veggies, and you and I watch and I'll provide commentary? And then tomorrow we cook." She nods her head. "We don't want too many chefs working on it at once."

"Mmhmm. There was that old saying..." Jera nodded, grinning. Not that she minded not doing work. "But next time it is my treat." The kit vixen waits, tail wagging.

"Widen your stride," Cassidy says, ears flicking. "The close your legs are together, and the more... In line your feet are, the more sway you'll have. If you place your feet one right in front of the other, you'll have more sway. But if you move them apart, you'll lessen it. Of course, you'll always have -some- degree of it, on account of actually -having- hips now. But you get used to it. And that is a nice idea, Natska! You two can cook tomorrow, and -we- can watch!" The fennec's hands claps in front of her as she steps into the kitchen, tail swaying. "But yes, if you focus too much on it, you'll probably end up feeling awkward in your walk. Just try not to think about it much, like Natska said. Just sort of... Go with it. Act natural. Let your body move how it feels comfortable."

Elise frowns and tries to relax her gait a little bit as she follows Cassidy into the kitchen. Her frown turns into a smile as the rolling turns into a more gentle wave. "Say! That IS better!" she says, "But I guess most of it is just getting used to it still." The kangaroo goes and stands by a cutting block in the kitchen. "Alright!" she cheers, "I will need a sharp knife, veggies and a deep pan and some oil!"

Natska waves at the cook in the kitchen as they enter, then motions her head towards Elise and grins. While the castle's chef moves to help Cassidy and Elise, Natska grabs a pair of stools and plants them in a spot out of the way, with a good view of the kitchen. "Here we go." She pauses, then looks over at Jera, her ear flicking. "Soooo. Uhm. How are you doing, Jera?"

Jera gets an idea from Cassidy's talk and extends Natska a hand. "I'm feeling...inspired. Care to dance, while they work?" Evidently she has something in mind.

Cassidy raises her brow, glancing back at Jera and Natska. "Don't go sweeping my wife off her feet, now! That's my job!" She says with a wink before starting to prepare the steak for grilling. "So... Fenris. What's it like? The kangaroo thing. I won't lie, I'd totally love to try being a kangaroo for a week or something. Have you tried putting anything in that pouch yet?"

Fenris blushes under her fur. "Yes," she confesses, "It was one of the first things I tried. It isn't very big or deep, but is sort of sensitive." She starts chopping greens expertly into bite sized chunks while the cook fetches a deep pan and a bit of cooking oil. "I tried holding some of my extra soul gems in it, but they were uncomfortable," she explains and points at her throat where her soul pendant would usually hang, "Then I thought, why not just carry my pendant there? And it worked! Feels more than a little strange if I think about it, though." The curvy roo thinks a minute, then shrugs. "All I can say for certain is that it is very different from being a feline or a canine," she says. Or a bull, she does not say.

Natska laughs at Cass' question, then grins at Jera and nods her head. "Certainly, dear friend. And you do not need to worry, Cassidy, you are the only vixen for me! A shame to waste an inspired moment, though," she says, looking back at Jera. She reaches out and takes her hand, then bows her head.

Jera starts to walk in an imagined rhythm. And it gets easier for her. Having been practiced to pretend to be female...the moves come a lot more naturally...

Cassidy tilts her head to the side, humming as she nods at Natska. "I am sure that I am! And really, now, Fenris. That's a novel idea, certainly. Unfortunately, I think it'd weird Natska out if I suddenly turned up as a kangaroo for any length of time. Not to mention the political and familial issues!" She clicks her tongue and carefully starts to apply the first touch of seasoning and sauce-basting to the steak before starting up the grill.

"I did not suggest it!" Fenris laughs, stoking up a cooking fire with a touch of fire math, "My feet are huge, my ears are unruly and I feel like I am dragging around a rude, unruly child with the size of this tail!" She tosses the chopped vegetables into her skillet and starts to toss them around, adding oil and pinches of various spices plucked from nearby herb jars. The kangaroo barely seems to think about what she is doing as a pleasant, spicy aroma fills the kitchen. She smiles at Jera's new plan. "Good idea, Jera!" she says.

Natska takes a few steps after Jera, smiling, and settles into a matching rhythm, pairing her steps to those of the vixen. After a moment she starts bobbing her head in time, nodding encouragement. "After seeing... Elise, Jera, I had almost expected you to look different, too. But you were always an effeminate man. And you look like you are getting the hang of it!"

Jera gets confident enough to twirl! And that's a bit too much for her...she falls back and holds and tugs onto Natska for dear support!

Cassidy laughs softly at the little sight, but keeps her attention focused largely on the grilling meat. "I think it'd be neat, personally. There's a couple of things, were kitsune talents a bit more expanded, for instance, I'd not mind being for a spell. Like a snow leopard. Always thought it'd be interesting to be a feline like Natska for a bit. Or, for instance, a kangaroo. But alas, I cannot!"

:nods as she continues to toss the vegetables about, very nearly finished. "I have tried all sorts of things," she confesses, "though I am a little out of my depth with this whole female thing. There are too many things that I don't know about the feminine that keep me from really changing myself well, so I will stick with kangaroo until I get the hang of it." She lifts the skillet from the fire and slides its contents expertly into a ceramic bowl. "Vegetables are done!" she announces.

Natska is quick to step forward and catch Jera, one arm around her friend's waist, the other slipping around her shoulders. The jaguar holds here for a moment, then helps Jera back up to her feet, then offers her hand again as if it hadn't happened.

"Mmh. Not often someone teaches me how to dance." Jera smiled. Warmly. Taking Natska's hand and settling into waltzing in slow circles instead. A lot more comfortable now.

Cassidy rubs her chin and nods. "That's fair. Though I do think you'd have an easier time as a female fox, to be honest. Kangaroo is nice, though. Exotic." She glances back over to the other two and smiles. "Should not be much longer now! Hope you both have an appetite. ... This really is odd, to think of it. We're about to have dinner with two of our friends-turned-female."

Fenris laughs again. "Just let the strangeness wash over you, Cassidy," she says, "Else it will make you crazy." The kangaroo picks up the bowl of vegetables and moves them away from the cooking fire. "Honestly, I wonder what Sylvia would think if she saw me like this," she muses without thinking, "She would probably love it."

Natska grins and relaxes, doing her slow dance with Jera. Her tail swishes back and forth, and her head moves back and forth. "I think Cassidy would make an adorable, beautiful snow leopardess. Although she's amazing already," she says, glancing over her shoulder to wink. "I've seen her with spots, it was nice."

"Mmh. Thank you for the dance, Natska. Shall we set the table instead? Least we could do instead of enjoying ourselves..." The kit fox offered.

Cassidy giggles softly and rolls her shoulder. "If I could ever kitsune myself into a snow leopard, I definitely would. I am happy as I am, but I -do- get curious, sometimes. I think it could be fun, in moderation." She begins plating up the steaks, four slabs of sauced and seasoned meat, grilled to delicious and savoury perfection. Balanced on her arms, she carries the plates into the dining room to place at the table before skittering back into the kitchen to fetch mugs of cider for the group to go with it.

"Only water for me, thanks," Fenris says, carefully carrying the loaded bowl of veggies to the dining table. "I have been a lot of things in my lifetime," she says, placing the food on the table, "Soldier, spy, actor, musician, magician. I was even a cook once! I paid my room and board at a martial arts school for a number of years by working for the Grand Master's family restaurant." She chuckles at the memory. "The old man said that he taught me more secrets in the kitchen than he ever did at the dojo," the kangaroo samples a sauteed bit of asparagus, "And I tend to agree!" She carefully takes a seat, threading her long tail through the open chair back. "After we eat, I am afraid that I must beg your leave to call it a night," she says, "I will probably need Sal's help cleaning up. Want to look good for a fitting, right?"

Cassidy chuckles softly and nods along. "Water it is," she says, moving back into the kitchen to fetch it. "And that is fine, Fenris. It'll be a day or two til we can get the clothes made and here, anyway. Remember! You two have free run of the place. You live here for now, for as long as you need it. The library is open to you if you want to use it, the pool, the garden, wherever. Excepting, of course, our master bedroom!"

Natska nods her head. She gives Jera a small bow, then helps set the table, taking her seat. "Yes. Our home is yours, dear friends. And if you need help finding something, or there is anything we can do to make your stay here better, just let us know. You are our guests."

Jera finds her seat as well. Adjusting her robe to keep decent, picking up her utensils and trying very hard and failing not to drool.

Fenris dishes up a small portion for herself and finishes quickly before slipping away. A good wash and a bit of personal meditation time would be welcome tonight.
