The windows are barred, and the door has a heavy bolt on it, locked in place by a large plank of wood. Inside is the Ferret that was captured out in the woods where the cabin, occupied by Ictus and Mirana, was set a blaze. He is unbound, for now, and looks solom. He sits in a chair, awaiting those who would question him. Outside, standing guard are two Solacious house guards. A very plan looking wolf walks up to them, and presents papers, "Angel Longsnout, I'm here by special request to assist in questioning this suspect." he says. Looking over the papers, they seem in order, "Please wait here sir, others will be joining you shortly." The bear standing to the left of the door says.

Having been resting in his room this entire time from his injuries sustained from the cabin fire, Ictus is finally able to interrogate the prisoner. He walks over to the guards and nods, "Has he said anything yet?" he looks to the wolf curiously and hmms, "An interrogation specialist?" he questions

Rest was a good idea at this point, as his ribs still hadn't fully healed just yet. But of course Angus wouldn't do the sensible thing, and instead came to help with the interrogation. "Has anyone else talked to him yet?" The wolf recieved a curious glance before he turned back to the guard.

The guard stands at attention and salutes Angus and Ictus before continuing, "No sirs, no one has talked to him besides to answer for his rights. Would you two care to begin sirs?" he asks. Angel looks over to Ictus and Angus and smiles, "You could say that, though I'm sure a pair of Kitsune hardly need any help." he says, looking about. "Nice little place you all have here though..." he checks out his own daggers, then slides them back into this belt sheaths.

Ictus nods to Angus and then hmms at the guards, "Alright... I assume he has a name?" he looks at the wolf and nods, "True, but a little help never hurts..." he blinks at that last and hmms, "I'll ask you to observe, at least for now." he looks to the daggers and chuckles, "I don't think those'll be nesscery." he shrugs though

Angus glances down at those daggers. "Three voices are better then one. Especially questioning someone. Now, mister Longsnout was it? Who was it that requested you to be here?" He inquired, turning to face the wolf fully as he smiled. He didn't check, but he could feel the handle of his dagger digging into his back, the blade attached to his belt near his rump.

Angel nods to Ictus and then, to Angus, "I was requested to be here by the Blackbacks, under some suspictions that this person was also involved with the attacks on Shanty Town a few moons back." he says very eliquently. "And of course my lord, as you request." he says about only observing for now. Johnathan, the bear, removes the plank holding the door shut. "No one has talked to him sir, even to find out his name, and he says nothing other then to ask for food and water." Johnathan says as he opens the door for Angus and the rest.

Ictus nods to Angus and hmms at Angel, "I see. Well, we'll see about that." he nods in acceptence at the next and chuckles at Johnathan, "Well, that's unfortunate..." his gaze sharpens a bit as the plank is removed, "I'm sure he'll talk." before he steps into the room after the door opens. He looks to the ferret and ponders a bit, but stays silent as he waits for Angus and Angel to come in

"Oh, so this is the one that tried to frame the blackbacks?" Angus still had his suspicions about this wolf, but for now he quieted them as the door opened. "Oh, I believe that we could easily pursuade him to chat Ictus." He smirked at his cousin before he turned to the other guard. "Do you mind fetching some water, enough for the prisoner and us? And I wouldn't mind a chair if you could find one." He smiled at the guard, and didn't wait for an answer as he walked into the room and looked around at its interior.

Angel walks in after Ictus does and takes a seat on the very uncomfortable bed. Just there to watch. He slides his daggers in and out of the holders a few times, and the Ferret gulps audibly, then stares at the two foxes. John salutes and goes to get the water.

Ictus looks at Angus and chuckles at the comment before his eyes lock onto the ferret, "So, lets start with something simple shall we?" he smiles a bit, though it is cold, as he continues, "What is your name?" he does look genuinely curious though

Angus looks around the room before his eyes fall on the Ferret." Hello again, how is your head?" He was actually concerened, or at least acted like it considering he gave him a concussion. "I'm rather sorry about that, but you did leave me no choice." He gave Angel a glare, already working through reading their emotions, both Angel and the Ferret.

Angel sits back and waits, yawning a bit, but just watches. He takes out a dagger and wholds the tip against his finger while examining it. The ferret looks up to Angus and Ictus and mumbles, "Ashton.." he says, "And my head is just fine." he glances around again though, and he's eyes fall on Angel, who continues to stare at his own dagger.

Ictus hmms at the ferret and nods, "Ashton, alright. Nice name." he nods at that and smiles, "Good, wouldn't want you be hurt now would we." he still has burns from the fire as he looks at Angel he hmms and shakes his head, "Put that away would you? Wouldn't want our guest to be uncomfortable now would we?" he looks to Ashton again, "So, what brought you to the cabin that night?" he questions as he starts reading the ferret

Angus nods. "Well it is nice to meet you Ashton. And I must admit that you did have me at a disadvantage when we fought, as I am still suffering from broken ribs." He leaned back against the door, taking note of his reaction to Angels dagger and Ictus comment. "Your a rather skilled fighter really, and I'm curious as to who trained you. Where you military, if I may be so bold as to ask?" Angus smiled, trying to be polite to try and calm the Ferret a little as he kept tabs on their emotions and Angels still.

Cedric had been approached by a messenger at the guild asking him to show up at the guild if he could spare some time. The badger had nothing on his schedule, so he made some simple preparations in his room before having the messenger lead him to the Solacious Manor. He was led inside to the room used for the interrogation and allowed inside without much hassle, stepping inside with his mathemagical robes billowing slightly behind him. He nods to the Solacious foxes politely, "Good evening." he greets the two, "A messenger asked me if I would drop by, is everything alright?" he asks with a curious raise of his eyebrow before looking towards the others in the room. "Hello, nice to meet you... I think." he greets the wolf and ferret, having not met the others yet. The messenger wasn't very specific with the reason for the invitation. "I'm Cedric, freelance mathemagician. How's it going?"

Angel looks to Ictus and puts the dagger away, contenting himself to stare at a wall for now, "Just let me know if you change your minds about just... 'watching'." he says, seeming utterly bored. Ashton looks to Angel, then back to both of the foxes, "I was just out for a stroll, when that.. husky dragon girl shot at me." he says. Looking up again when Cedric enters. "Mathemagician..." he says, and Angel shoots a look to Cedric, "Is this really nessicary? I mean, four beings to question just this one?" he asks. Ashton looks to the floor as he answers Angus, "No, no time, in the military, just some learning while I was back home." he says.

Ictus hmms? at Angel and nods, "We will." he fixes his gaze to the ferret and nods, "A stroll huh... Why did you run and attack Angus then?" he looks curious, "I know Wulf shot you, but all you had to do was surrender." Before he nods to Cedric without looking, "Perhaps not nessecery... But it helps to have a trained Mathemagician on hand." he comments to Angel

"A stroll, armed with a pike and shield? How intresting." Angus didn't move from his spot, other then stepping away from the door to allow Cedric entrance into the room, but he was tempted as soon as the Ferret started to lie to them. "People who go for a stroll don't shout that their lord is a dragon, now do they?" Standing up he clasped his hands behind his back and smirked at the Ferret. "Must be hard, being so far away from home." He commented, noticing Ashton's accent. "Have any family Ashton?"

"Seems like a fun party so far." Cedric says dryly as he casts a glance around the room. He listens to the others conduct their interrogation, keeping to himself for the moment until he's sure of what's going on. He raises an eyebrow at the ferret and shakes his head. "Necessary? Probably not..." he admits, finding it a little strange to have so many people question a single being, himself. He rolls up his sleeves and eyes the detainee with a serious look, "Just answer the questions and you won't need to concern yourself with my profession." the badger adds, very casually but highlighting his own Cliffside accent very noticably.

Angel gives a sharp look to Ashton who nods and looks back "I was.. frightened and.. hurt, I didn't know what to do, so I.. I thought to defend myself." however when Angus remarks to him his eyes dart around, "I.. I said that? Was.. this before or.. or after I was clocked over the head?" he asks. Then comes the question about home and family. He looks to Angel again, how is now looking firmly at the wall once more, "I.. I have an older sister. Ma and pa are long gone, they were very old when they were blessed with me." he says. Then he looks to Cedric with a bit of shock, "But... why would." and he looks to Angel again, still looking at the wall he is.

Ictus looks to the ferret and hmms, "Yes, you did say that before you were clocked." he ponders that and hmms, "So... Why did you set fire to the cabin? Or did you have an accomplice who got away?" he doubts the second though he looks curious at the looks that are given to Angel

Angus nods lightly as he glances at both Ictus and Cedric, quirking his eyebrow. "Ah I see, I do not mean to pry but. Where is your sister now?" At the moment he was just fishing for details, his hands near the blade in his belt as he took a step closer to Ashton. "You did look hurt, frigtened is another matter." He frowned as he looked down at the Ferret. "A soldier is trained to ignore pain, and I'm betting the pike and shield were military grade as well. Weren't they." Through out this he was still scanning emotions, but the Ferret wasn't the target. Angel was.

Cedric stands against the wall near the door, nodding quietly and listening to the proceedings. He watches the Ferret closely, studying his reactions to the questions as he answers them, but he's no kitsune so he probably doesn't notice anything that the others wouldn't have picked up already. He starts to grow just a little bit restless and holds out his hand in front, stretching his fingers while his lips start to move quietly whispering some basic math. A large, adequately shaped ball of flames with wisps of smoke surrounding it sparks up just above his palm briefly, spinning and glowing brightly, before he circles his palm around it, causing it to orbit his hand for a little while. After he tires of the meaningless display, he snuffs it out with sheer will, sighing slightly. Nothing but light trails of smoke is left behind, drifting to the ceiling.

A knock at the door frame gets Angel's attention as John comes back with water and more chairs, "Sorry for the delay my lord, but, a messanger came for you. I told him you were busy and he just gave me the message. He says, there is no change in Lady Mirana's condition, she is still out cold and struggling to breathe. Doctor Jeremey is baffled by it. The priest has called upon Journeyman and Scholars alike to help him, but Jeremey is no closer to understanding what is wrong with her." he turns and is about to walk away when he stops, "I was... reluctant to tell you this Sir Ictus, but she cries out your name from time to time..." then he departs, leaving everyone to their work. Angel simply looks back to the wall again, while Ashton now lets show exactly how fearful he is. "What... what did that bear.. say? A.. a Mirana?" he asks, then gets to answering the questions again, "I.. I don't.. umm.. know anything..a.. about the fire.. I... I" he looks to Angel and gulps loudly, "And... I.. I found the weapons and armor... I.. I don't.. know where they came from.." he says, sweeting bullets at this point.

Ictus hmms at the ferret and nods at Angus' question of the sister, "Yes where is your sister?" then the guard returns and he nods at the first part at the second part... He stiffens noticably and turns his eyes to the ferret as he gives a murderious glare, "I..." he takes a few deep breaths and shakes his head, "I need some air..." he looks to Angus and shakes his head, "I'll... I will be back soon." as he goes to take a walk, his tails lashing furiously

"Thank you, but I do not believe that we will need the waters. " Angus replied as the guard walked in, frowning lightly as he hears the news. His patience was wearing thin as Ashton started to sweat, and he turned to Angel as one of his ears flicked. "Is something about that wall troubling you Angel?" He hinted, not turning his back on Ashton as he faced Angel.

Cedric bows his head slightly towards the messenger in quiet greeting as he enters, and listens intently to his message, with a rather worried expression crossing his face. The badger nods to Icus. "Alright. Take as much time as you need." he says in understanding. He reaches up to smooth his hair forward as he returns his gaze to Ashton, watching him stew in his own nervous sweat as he answers the questions. "Hmm..." he emits a quiet, thoughtful sound, "Then... where exactly did you find the weapons?" Cedric asks, keeping his hands clasped together behind his back. "Where did you just happen to find equipment like that lying around for the taking?"

Rixo steps up to the door and frowns a little before raising one of her hands to knock. "Hello? Is this the room?" She glances over her shoulder, taking in the rest of the area.

Angel looks to Ictus as he heads out a minute, and then to Angus. He blinks a few times and stands up, "No, the wall isn't bothering me, but this has nothing to do with Shanty Town nor with the Blackbacks!!" he says, sounding very annoyed. He turns to Ashton, "Answer these foolish questions about that fire in the forest quickly so I can get on with mine!" He says flashing his teeth and holding his twin daggers. "I don't give two shits about his being's family, weapons, or name, just what he knows about Shanty Town and the attacks there!" He says Ashton looks so frightened he may pass out, at least until Angel's line of questions starts, then he seems to find some more of his spine, "My sister is.. safe in Cliffside, she is in, trying to become a scholar, and, I.. I don't know anything about a Shanty town, nor, any.. any attacks there." he says, looking at the water, "And.. the ... the weapons, I just found out in a .. a field." He says. At Rixo's entrance Angel tenses slightly, but then rolls his eyes, "More? Five.. five for one being.. if the Blackbacks weren't paying me..." he says.

"I'm starting to wonder if they are paying you at all." Angus shot back as he went to stand between Angel and Ashton, his hands still firmly clasped behind his back as he loosened his dagger a little. "It seems that our guest gets a little clamie each time he looks his way, as if he knows you from somewhere..." He all but accused Angel of something, as he stood there smiling and acting cheerful, even if his voice had become hard.

Cedric nods to Rixo as she enters, recognizing her slightly from a while ago with the kidnapping. He grows exponentially more interested in the interrogation as Angus' accusatory tone reaches his ears, grinning as his gaze shifts from the ferret to Angel. The badger unfurls his hands from one another and lets them fall to his sides. He nods in agreement with Angus, "It does kinda seem that way, now that you mention it." he states., pondering to himself as he looks back towards the ferret. "Do you know this being?" he asks, motioning to Angel.

Rixo raises her brow, folding her arms under her half-cloak. "What did I walk in on? This sounds to be a bit more than I was expecting." She sets her eyes on Angel, occasionally giving a glance to Angus. She makes a note to distance herself from the pair, just a little, in the event something happens.

Angel looks to Angus, then back to Ashton, "Never saw him before today." he says then sits back on the bed, "Just hurry this up!" He says and looks back toward the door. He takes out a dagger again and just taps it on his boot. "If no one else is going to ask him anything then I will. Got any connections back in Cliffside other then this sister of yours?" He asks and looks back to Ashton again, who responds, "No.. no none, just my older sister." He says back, Angel starts to get up then, "Well, I think that is enough for the Blackbacks then."

Ictus finally wanders back to the room, looking much calmer, and blinks at those in the room, "What did I miss?" he starts reading Ashton again as he hears that last, "No one but you're sister huh?" he looks to the others thoughtfully and nods to Angel, "Interrogation takes time."

Angus sighed as Angel turned to leave, and he reached out the snatch at their cloak, managing to snag it before he break free. "Guards, no one is to leave this room until Ictus or myself says otherwise. That's an order." He snapped, before he glared at Angel again. "Huff and puff all you want, but that door isn't moving until we are through. Do I make myself clear?"

Cedric takes a seat in one of the chairs the guard brought previously, and turns his head to Rixo to explain. "It's some kinda questioning." he says, pointing at the ferret before continuing in a hushed voice, "...I don't really know what the questioning is about though, really." he admits with a friendly chuckle before Angus takes Angel by the cloak. He seems surprised by the movement.

Rixo nods a little at Cedric. "I don't either, to be honest. I've heard things, but not much else. I just came to see if I could lend a hand." She turns her eyes to the ferret for a moment, trying to recall if she's ever seen him before.

Angel looks to Angus as his clock is pulled, "Hey!" He shrugs the arm off of him, and steps back, "We're friends here, he is the one who is our enemy." he reminds pointing to Ashton, "And as for this, I'll let the Blackbacks know just how their messanger was treated by the Solacious house!" he exclaims, then looks to Ictus, "Only takes as much time as you let it take." he says, pulling a dagger out and moving to jamming it to Ashton's throat, "You will answer my questions, and these foxes' questions, then, you will be tossed into a deep hole, never to see the light of day again." he says, then turns to Cedric and Rixo, "We are here to see what this one knows about the Blackbacks and Shanty Town. Now, help me get my information so I may go, I'm not being paid to wait around." he says.

Ictus looks at Angus curiously and then to Angel, "Now, if we are all friends here... Why are you jabbing a dagger to our prisoners throat? I suggest you release him now... As it is our house who caught him and our house who will judge him. If he is indeed guilty of anything to do with the Blackbacks he will be charged with that as well." he now reads Angel instead of Ashton

Angus shrugs at Angel's comment. "Friends don't get angry at friends because they are questioning someone. Now, if you would be so kind as to take your blade away from his throat." He shook his head, and eased his hand off his blade as he brought them both in front of him. "Hey, The Solacious house might even decide that you should be payed for waiting around. But only if you sit down."

Cedric would appear to be rather amused by the situation, but is keeping his thoughts to himself for the most part. He smirks a little in response to Angel's statement. "I'm not being paid by the blackbacks for this." he replies cooly, lifting up one leg to rest it on the knee of the other and stetching out into a hunched forward position with a big, tired yawn before sitting up straight again. He nods in reply to the foxes. "Yeah... what they said. Let's all play nice, et cetera..." he says, yawning again, in mid-sentence.

Rixo glances around and shrugs. "I have no clue if I'm getting paid for this. I'm mostly here to help." Because it helps her extend her reputation. "What I can agree with, though, is the lack of violence! No need to go stabbing anyone, yet, I think!"

Angel sits down and looks to Angus, "Alright, lets talk pay then." he says and looks over to Ashton. Now Ashton looks very very worried, "You.. You want to talk, let.. lets talk about...." And all it takes is Angel's ear to flick and Ashton is quiet, "about.. the fire some more, I think I might... have saw something... or someone running off." he says. Angel looks back to Cedric and Rixo, "If you two have any questions, I'd recommend asking them." he says as he looks back to Angus. A knock on the door, which has been closed since Angus ordered it closed.

Ictus hmms at Angus and nods, "You will be paid..." he looks at Angel as he says this, then eyes Ashton and nods, "Well, what do you think you saw?" at the knock he glances over before looking back to Ashton, "Everything is fine for the moment." he's reading Ashton again

Angus sighs, and rubs at his eyes. "Who's there?" He commented at the door, already regretting his decision about making him stay. "Double what the Blackbacks offer, Now. May I see the papers that the Blackbacks had drawn up, to see how much we will be paying you?" He asked with a smile, before he turned to Cedric and Rixo. "We are interrogating Ashton here because he was almost responsible for killing Mirana."

The badger looks towards the door curiously after the rapping of the knock sounds through the interrogation room. He ignores it for now, after Angus answers it, and looks to the fox. "Ah... I see." Cedric nods, getting the gist of the situation. He'd heard rumors, but wasn't personally there. He shakes his head quietly.

Rixo tilts her head. "Almost killing...?" Her gaze on the ferret hardens considerably. "What have you found out so far?"

The door is opened and John stands there, "Sirs, another message for you, a pair of Wirefur wolves have come and are requesting to come in." he says then looks about, "I... is everything alright sirs?" he asks. Angel takes out some papers and passes them to Angus, "All there in black and white oh rune covered one" he says then gets up, "Wirefurs!? What the blast do they want!" he says, looking about a moment. Ashton looks to Ictus and starts stammering a lot, "I saw the noble lady walk into the cabin, I.. I s.. saw the fox here.. uhh.. noble fox here walk in after, a bit later he came out for some reason and.. and then.. I saw.. a.. a feline.. yeah... she walked up and did some odd things, and the whole thing went up in flames." he says, eyes so wide and stammer more then slightly.

Ictus looks to John and blinks at that, "Wirefurs...?" he shakes his head and hmms, "What do they have to do with this..." he looks at Angel curiously a moment and looks back to Ashton, "Alright, what about this feline? Any characteristics?" he looks to Angus and nods, "Please take care of our new guests would you cousin?" before looking back to the ferret

Angus Looked to John, then Angel, then Ictus before he gives a nod. "Alright then, mind accompanying me Angel. So that we may discuss your payment after I read this?" He smiled, tapping the papers in hand. "Not to mention I'm rather curious as to why the Wirefurs have anything at all do to with this." Walking over to the door he leans close to Ictus to whisper something, before he slips past him and pats both Cedric and Rixo on the shoulders as he headed out the door.

"Wirefurs..." Cedric repeats after the others, giving an audible groan. He nods to Angus as he leaves to attend to those wolves, and then looks at Ashton, glaring mostly due to his newly acquired sour mood. The badger's stare is practically a dare for the ferret to try something funny, just to give him some excuse to knock someone around. After a moment his expression appears to soften and he shakes his head. "I'm sorta curious about why those dogs would be sniffing around here..." he says, biting his lip a little bit, and looking at the door. "I've almost never had a pleasant time with one of them..."

Rixo tilts her head. "Wirefurs? Doesn't ring a bell to me." She watches Angus for a moment before looking back to Ashton, listening for any further information.

Angel gets up and walks out with Angus, looking back to Ashton as he goes. As they walk down the hallway, quietly, and quickly, Angel removes his twin daggers, looking over Angus a few times. This is what he was usually really paid for. Without making a noise, and with blinding speed he jabs his daggers first both into Angus' kidnes, then, with lightning speed and deadly precision, both into the sides of his throat! As the blades draw back, the dark power hiding inside pulls at Angus' very life force, drawing it into the weapons. The deed done, Angel slips into the shadows, drawing is cloak about him. Soon, the Wirefurs, being escorted by Amy, a tigress, find ANgus, "What is this!" one of the Wirefurs says, as Amy leans down, "Sir Angus!" she calls out. Meanwhile, back in the room, "I have to tell you, they will kill me... Lord Cedric, he paid me to cause that fire, I.. I didn't know anyone was inside, and I didn't know the parchment was laced with.. some... odd math when I used it, you have to believe me..." Says Ashton as soon as he is sure Angel is out of ear shot.

Ictus hmms at Ashton and nods, "I see, if you can provide us with details... I think we can protect you." he ponders a bit and then the cry is heard, he blinks and shakes his head at that before looking to the badger, "Cedric! Go see if he's ok." he then looks at Ashton and hmms, "What about Angel? Why were you afraid of him?"

Angus was not expecting the double cross as they walked into the hallway. "I wonder what the Wirefurs really want, do you think the-" His words are cut off by the sharp pain of Angels daggers as they pierce his back, before that same sharp pain is rekindled in his throat. He blinked, choking on his own blood before he felt his very life force flee his body. His form dropped to the ground, before a dark essence settled itself over him just as he was about to fade, his wounds become less lethal as he sat up and hacked up his own blood. "Dammit...I didn't think I would ever have to use that..." He coughed, glancing up at Amy. "Call the guards....Stop him!"

was about to give the panda an earful of vitriol to serve as an explanation of the noble Wirefur family of Cliffside before all the commotion. He rises to his feet at the sound of Amy's cry from beyond the door, his chair falling over with the force. "Idiot! Four beings and you wait until he leaves with one of them!" he spits at the ferret before quickly proceeding through the door and slamming it behind him. If he'd stayed a moment longer, that ferret would probably be finding himself quite unable to breathe or do very much talking right now. Fortunately for him, the badger is running down the hall at a swift pace until he reaches the scene of the crime, where he sees.... the darkness! The darkness flowing through Angus! Well, whatever... like he's going to say anything about that... it'd be extremely hypocritial. "Hey, don't move around too much." he says, cautiously making his approach as he looks the fox over. "There's... a lot of blood. Wow. It was that wolf, right?"

Rixo scowls and takes up position infront of the door, keeping her back to Ictus and Ashton. "I'll remain here, with you two. Just in case someone tries to come in here to keep him from talking."

Ashton starts to talk, "Why the hell do you think I wouldn't speak up! You saw his weapons, and he just probably executed one of your own in your own bloody house! I mean, there is no," and a soft twang and the shoos of an arrow silences him as it goes direclty through his skull, eyes wide, then he slumps over. The arrow came from between the bars of the window! The hole in his head insures that he will not be talking anymore. Meanwhile out in the hall there is much trampling around as the guards try to hunt down the offending wolf, quickly reporting, "No sir, we can't seem to find him, no idea where he could be.." says a rhino in heavy heavy plate. The Wirefurs make past Angus and the commotion to the room where Ashton is being kept, and see him dead, "Sharia Wirefur, and, this is... unfortunate... what.. what happened here?" she asks looking around. Her escorts look around but she raises a hand and they go silent. "I'm here because, after much inquary, me and the rest of the Wirefurs decided we needed to get to the bottom of Lord Eldric, my uncle's, activities. First we heard one of his most paid retainers moved here perminately, him and his whole family. Then, about our... friend here." she says gesturing to the body of Ashton. "And now I have no proof again.... I can't even make him step down without something..." she says, banging a fist against the wall, not hard enough to remotely damage it, "Come." she says to her two guards, "But... Lords and Ladies of this house.... .if you come up with anything solid, anything at all... please... try to get word to me. I know my uncle is up to something... but I can't tell what." she says. "If you need me.... I'll be staying at the Noble's Lodging here in town for a few months." And with that she goes to depart.

Ictus sighs at Cedric's outburst and frowns before looking to Ashton as he speaks, then is killed! He blinks and fumes a bit before the Wirefur comes in, he sighs before he speaks "Yes, sadly... He was involved setting a fire to a cabin in the forest... On that myself and another were staying in." he nods to that about the retainer and hmms, "I see... That must be..." he shakes his head, "Yes, we must find proof... If we find anything, you'll be kept in the loop if possible." he looks at the corpse and sighs sadly, "Now if you excuse me... I have to help my cousin." he nods to Rixo and smiles sadly, "I wish this were under better circumstances. Farewell Rixo." as he heads off to find Angus and help with the search

"Yes, it was Angel. Damn bastard stabbed me in the back!" Angus fumed, already ignoring everyone's protests as he stood back up, and stared down at the pool of his own blood. "I swear....If I get my hands on that bastard I'll make sure he pays for this!" The fox was definitly mad, but even if he could stand up he was still rather badly injured. He took a step, and almost went crashing back down to the ground as he swore he could actually hear whispering. "Dammit...didn't expect to have to use that." He grumbled underneath his breath, hoping no one had heard as he turned to look at Cedric and wonder if he saw what he did.

watches the wirefur canids as they walk past, heading towards the interrogation room. He somehow manages to keep from glaring at the nobles, keeping a passive expression as they move on. He's fairly certain he's never met these Wirefurs before. Anyhow, he returns to the business he left the room in a huff for, and tries to tend to Angus' severe wounds as best he can with what little he has on him in terms of first aid. "Prob'ly shouldn't move around too much right now... we'll get someone to help you to a real medic." he says, lifting up the sleeve of his mathemagically enhanced robes and tearing off a strip to use as makeshift bandages for now.

Rixo slowly shakes her head and glances back into the room before she makes her way out of the building, grumbling under her breath all the way there, including some not-so-nice things about the assailant.
