The cold tunnels seem to embrace the beings wandering through them, lifeless as it would seem. There's a quiet few more moments when the only sounds that can be heard are the taps of being's footsteps against the metal, until the quiet whistle of wind can be heard from one of the side-tunnels. Selena hazards a glance down it, several cables sparking across the floor and terminating in large tear where the tunnel had fallen through. The other path appears significantly less treacherous, though the end cannot be seen.

Bringing up the middle in the group, Sveta considers both of the tunnels. After a few moments peering down their length and considering, she flaps a little and points down the one with sparking wires. "Don't know about you fellows, but I'm for going down that path. At least we know it probably doesn't end in a dead end."

Ictus hmms as he eyes the treacherous

Ictus hmms as he eyes the treacherous terrain of the tunnel and ponders as he looks it over, "Well, a dead end may be better than being dead... These wires..." he shakes his head and hmms more, "They look like they will be dangerous as they are..."

Allistar glances around, the whistling wind catching his attention as he glances down that way. He kicked a pebble, waiting to see if anything decided to give way under it's weight. "Well....anyone up for the other tunnel?"

Selena glances back at the sparking cables, the pebble resulting in resounding clangs and a zap as electricity arcs off of the steel. Selena's immeiate reaction is to flinch back, though it's momentarily replaced with a grumble. "I could try to freeze the cables over - if that'd help at all?" She asks, looking back to the others. "Sounds like there's something down there, either w-" Cut off as that rock makes a fail splash below.

Sveta that, too.

Sveta takes a step back as the splash echoes through the tunnels. "From what I recall, I don't think freezing the wires will help, not with the sort of tamed lightning the Creators used. I'll admit I'm having second thoughts about chancing making it through - it'll be even more hazardous if it mixes with water. We can always return this way of the other path turns up fruitless."

Ictus winces at the sparks as the pebble dances around and shakes his head at the sound of water, "Yeah... It isn't safe, we'll come back if we have to..." he looks down the other path and ponders, "Goes without saying, but stay on guard down here."as he waits for the others

Allistar leans over to try and get a better look down the tunnel, chuckling at the splash. "Well...at least we won't go thirsty if we check down there." He smiled faintly as he stood back up and glanced around. "Well....since we are all in agreement." He muttered, drawing the cheap looking sword at his side before he started walking towards the other tunnel.

As the others start making their way towards the tunnel, a soft chirp is made as the beings past some kind of threshold unseen by the being's eyes. Selena curses quietly as they do, pulling herself up to the side of the tunnel and glancing around. "What was that..?" She asks cautiously, peering into the depths of the tunnel ahead - shortly superseded by the soft skirring of servitors in service tunnels ringing the room, and the sound of an agitation from what almost sounds like a being.

Sveta steps forward, fingers already reaching for a bolt from her belt. "Doesn't sound too urgent to me, more angered than pained. Can't hurt to check it out, since we're already heading that way, but do tread softly. Don't want to get caught up in anything that's not rightfully our business."

Ictus hmms? at the chirp and shakes his head as he moves to the side with Selena, "Wonder what that is..." he looks to Seveta in agreement at that as he moves towards it carefully

Allistar takes a step to the side as he hears that noise, blade at the ready as he gives everyone a clear view of the rest of the tunnel. "Well, we probably tripped something or another." He muttered, his gaze staying on the move as they travel farther down the tunnel.

Selena takes her time moving, her ears tilting back a little. "I still don't like the sound of it." She murmurs, wreckage of a torn-apart servitor flung against the wall ahead of the group, followed by another cry, prompting another chirp. The wolfess mutters something to herself looking further ahead. "I'm not sure I want to interfere with that."

"Perhaps. But if we're going to be going any further down the tunnel, we're likely to bump into it eventually. Just a look can't hurt, and we can figure out if we can sneak around it or something on those lines."

Ictus looks to Allistar and nods in agreement, "Probably..." he speaks quietly as he looks ahead, "I'm going to see what it is, stay here..." as he sneaks towards whatever threw the servitor

"Either way it sounds pissed off, and possibly hungry." Allistar muttered as he leaned against the wall, his gaze still locked on the servitor's wreakage as the grip on his sword tightened. "Just...be careful Ictus, would rather not have to save your behind."

Selena nods to Allistar, shaking her head. "I agree with you there." She murmurs. While Ictus does make headway towards the room, there's not a good deal past it - beyond a towering troglodyte that seems larger than the others seen to that point, though there's certainly not a lack of servitors attempting to subdue it - occasionally one of the small droids is thrown off of the large thing as it attempts to crush the others.

Sveta does her best to creep by and peer into the room for a better look. "Oh aye, that certainly looks like something we'd rather not get caught up in, although I still think this is a better chance than what we had with those wires. Anyone who feels like they can't sneak past this thing, speak up now."

Ictus shakes his head at the trog and blinks as Sveta follows him, he shakes his head and gives a disapproving look before quietly heading back to relay what he saw, "Well, we can sneak by while it is distracted... But it doesn't look like much is there."

Allistar sighs as he sheaths his sword and nods. "Sneak right past em, let the little guys take em on." He adjusted the sleeves of his coat, making sure the daggers he had slipped up there were still in place. Just in case there was an...incident.

Selena looks back at Allister a little awkwardly, looking back at the troglodyte warily. "Well, we could try to take a look, I just don't think I want to be anywhere near that thing if it flings a servitor again." She replies, flinching as it does manage to wrench another of the little drones off and throws it off to the side, a loud clatter as it impacts the wall followed by a louder crash and more clattering. "...Wait, did you two hear that?" She asks, trying to peer around the corner and hoping she isn't noticed too quickly.

Sveta rubs her eyes as her vision adjusts better to the room's particular lighting. "So maybe it is a dead end after all, but what purpose does such a room ser-" her train of thought is cut clean by Selena's exclaimation. "Hear what? Where? All I hear is the ruckus this monster is making."

Ictus hmms? at Allistar and nods in agreement, "Exactly." he speaks quietly, though it's probably un-needed, and then looks to Selena curiously as he listens a bit before peeking around the corner himself.

Allistar poked his head around the corner to regard the thing, watching and waiting as he timed it's movments. He tensed, ready to spring as soon a he thought he was in the clear, before Selena's comment dragged him back. Causing him to close his eyes to better focus on what she was talking about.
