The hampster continues to look up to Arimia, then over to Selena and Angus. "So.. how can I be a' trusting any of you!? For all I know the lot of you were part of the ploting to the attacks on us!" And she tries to call out, "Lord Eldric! They're here! Lord Eldric!" Rain starts to fall soft and slowly as more thunder claps overhead, a flash of lighting jumping between the clouds. As Rogna starts to approch though, two of them look to him and pull weapons, one looking back to the offical looking wolf, "Lord, we have a visitor." Their ears wiggling at the sounds of the hampster's yelling, "And more up there Lord it would seem Lord, what do you want done?" Lord Eldric turns sharp and looks to Rogna, "Ah, better late then never I suppose. Part of the royal family even, they do mean business. Now, what do you hope to accoplish here?" He asks walking up a bit closer to Rogna, but still well behind his guards.

Angus sighs, shaking his head as he grumbles. "Well, aren't we childish.." His ears twitch as the storm rolls in and he pulls up his hood. "Snapping at everyone isn't going to prevent this war Arimia." He comments, turning to catch up with Rogna as he eyes the guards.

Arimia turns her gaze to Angus when he speaks, scowl still on her features and says quite calmly, considering her previous outburst, "You wanna shut up." When the hamster starts yelling one of her hands moves in a quick, short motion, a punch. She looks down at the hamster and says, "Shut up. You're still on the bloody ground because you could be one of the imposters we're looking for. Which nobody else here seems to be thinkin' of." Those words are rather obviously directed not at the hamster, though the 'coon's focus remains on her. "They were all impersonatin' Cliffsiders too. An' pretty well. Until I see some proof that you really are a Cliffsider, an' not someone with forged seals an' all, you're stayin' right where you are. Sorry. That's the way it's gonna be."

Rogna says "I suppose that one is one of yours? She was caught scouting our party in the midst of town before our departure, we intercepted her for questioning when I spotted you. We hope to find those who would fly your flag and incite war between our two proud countries. May I ask what your combing of the beach has turned up, and what you expect to find, Lord Eldric is it? I am Rogna, it is a pleasure to meet you."

Selena folds her ears back and looks to the side. "Right, Ari. I'll... I'll make it up to you when we're back in firmament." She murmers, taking a quiet few breaths and collecting herself, though she still looks a little upset, nodding to acknowledge the noble from the long grass.

Mitchell and Astrid are arriving on the scene. The newcomers are likely out on a wander, exploring the land, when they come upon the group that's already here. Mitchell, in his usual sorta-country clueless way, waves to the group and looks on to see what's going on.

Astrid is just walking along, as Mitchell described! "Wave to everyone you see? Not so good when they're looking to beat us up like in slums," she playfully chides her traveling companion, nudging him with her meaty paw. Upon further examination, she adds, "Is that hippo from earlier?":is just walking along, as Mitchell described! "Wave to everyone you see? Not so good when they want to beat us up like in slums," she playfully chides her traveling companion, nudging him with her meaty paw. Upon further examination, she adds, "Is that hippo from few days back?"

The hampster eeps out as she is attacked, "LORD ELDRIC!" And the wolf looks up to the party, drawing his own blade, "What exactly is going on up there Mister Rogna? If you have one of my scouts, then I'm sure that no harm is coming of her? I just got out of your 'high court' and I'd hate to have to go back there to get an explination as to why this 'misunderstanding' you claim it to be only escilated." As more come in, Eldric gives a loud whistle, more of his scouts now coming out of the tall grasses, "Mister Rogna.. do you intend to have us surrounded?" He says as he glances around, another guard draws a sword, and other levels their pike toward the newcommers, the scouts being quick to prepare crossbows. Eldric holds up his hand, "Hold.. give him time to explain." He says looking Rogna dead in the eyes. Overhead, the storm only gets worse, rain starting to fall steadily.

Angus is rather unhappy when a pike is leveled at him and scowls, he says nothing about it, but does pull his hands out of his cloak to show that he wasn't holding a weapon. "We have no intention of surrounding you Lord Eldric." His gaze turns to Rogna as he speaks, hoping that the hippo could salvage things before they got out of control.

Mitchell looks to Astrid and grins, "Well, you'll never make friends if you aren't friendly. I waved to you, and it's gotten me a good friend ever since," he jokes, playfully nudging back, then he spots where Astrid points, "Yeah, I think it is." He eyes what's going on and ahhhs, "And it looks like there's some kind of trouble," he says, having pause for a moment as he figures out if they should flee or not.

Arimia rolls her eyes and reaches out to grab the hamster's muzzle and hold it shut, saying, "I said, shut up." She looks up then, and calls out, "If we were plannin' on hostile action toward you we would have adopted a much stealthier approach. As you likely would have realized if you an' your city were willin' to look past their bloody noses on occasion. Do some actual work an' investigate things, rather than jus' accept everythin' at face value to save yourself effort. But I digress. Until I see some bloody proof you aren't these instigators your scout stays here, so we ain't got a possible enemy in the middle of us." She still hasn't seen the wolf, with the high grasses blocking her view. And as she talks her Cliffside accent would be growing stronger.

Rogna shakes his head. "Of course not Lord Eldric, and it is likely one of your scouts actions was viewed as aggressive or violent, and they are being subdued for the groups safety." he says, adding a bit more loudly "You have my word they will not die by our hands, we do not need more senseless bloodshed." before returning to his normal volume. "Now I shall ask you to stand down, you are guests in our country investigating fraudulant activity, are you not? Acting as aggressors in such a posotion is hardly becoming of a nobleman such as yourself. Now might I ask you again, what you have determined from your search so far, and what you have uncovered that might resolve this issue?"

Selena sighs quietly as the troops approach, keeping herself visible. She glances back to Arimia worriedly for a moment, swallowing and taking a deep breath before adressing Eldric, managing to keep her tone even though her own accent is apparrent. "Rogna is correct. We came here expecting dissidents as well as your cohort, but a scout skulking in the brush was not comforting... Please understand that there has been more than enough tension, more than enough suspicion around this for us to meet such a thing with skepticism. For that you have my apologies. But we're here to investigate, not to fight." She addresses the noble.

This seems a tense situation indeed.

Astrid shifts her lower jaw to the side slightly as she ponders fleeing as well. "Trouble? But not more slum bandits. Maybe we should keep out," she suggests. "Don't want to jump in blind. Don't know who is good and bad." She wipes back some of her hair from her forehead, wet from the rain.

The scout tries to mumble though Arimia's grasp on them, and the Lord Eldric looks over toward, just out of his eyesight, "I doubt that Yashi, would do anything beyond what I told her to do, which was watch for people coming this way. As for proof.. you could ask your own Rogna here, as I said, I just came from your own courts, but, if you want more," He reaches inside his own coat and pulls out a parchment which quickly starts to get wet, "By order of the council, you are hearby requested to sail to Sweetwater and discover their intintions with assulting our lands, be this a decliration of war or an unfortunate series of events, take whatever messures are needed to ensure the safty of our boarders." he reads then hands the copy to Rogna. "I'll have Yashi back now, and an explination if she is hurt in anyway." Then he gestures toward Mitchell and Astrid, "And an explination as to these two as well." The storm continues.

Arimia flicks he ears, sending drops of water flying, then pushes herself up off the hamster, standing and starting over toward Rogna and the noble. She starts to sheathe her sword, before pausing, catching sight of something. She stares at whatever it was and says, "Tell me. Any of yours catch rides via a gryffon? Because something just landed over there, and one of ours mentioned seeing someone fly out on a gryffon. We need to hurry before they have a chance to get anywhere." She starts to set off in that direction before pausing at the gesture toward Mitchell and Astrid. She looks at them a moment before saying, "I don't know who they are. Could be some of the ones we're looking for. I'd say kill them. Unless you feel comfortable leaving some folk behind to guard them when we're facing unknown numbers." After that she resumes headed in the direction she'd been staring.

Rogna looks over the parchment briefly, ensuring that nothing is out of the ordinary before nodding to Eldric, handing it back. "Very well, you may have your scout returned. You appear to have forces to spare, would you like to accompany us to see what this disturbance is?" he offers, before gesturing towards where the raccoons voice had last been. "Those two accompanied me into the depths of a kindcraft claimed castle, I believe we should take them with us that we may assess them later."

Selena glances up at the figure overhead, growling quietly. "Pardon Rogna, Eldric. I'm going with her. The other two I can't account for either." She announces, quickly starting after the raccoon though she keeps a safe distance behind her, preparing some math as she goes.

Mitchell blinks when he's gestured towards. An explanation? What? Oh jeez, what did they just walk into. He grins his best grin and holds up his paws, "Ahh, just took a wrong turn it seems." Ah jeez, it gets worse -- kill them?! What did they get into! His eyes go wider, "Hey now, let's not get hasty ... I know some of you. Rogna, remember me? From the bar? And this is my friend Astrid. Look at that face, how can you not trust this face?" He gestures to Astrid's fangy face. He looks relieved when Rogna does, indeed, seem to recognize him, but looks nervous about being .... er, taken somewhere. What?

Astrid also holds up her hands. Best to show that she doesn't have any weapons in hand, at least. "We are innocent of anything," she growls. "Yes, Rogna, Angus, we know them from Freeswords. You would kill people on the street? Innocent people?" She frowns, glancing aside towards the goat. "What did we do?" she hisses towards him.

The scout Yashi gets up and walks over to Eldric who looks her over and growling a bit, "I'll also have an explination for why she was harmed!" He says before he is alerted to the fact that they are not alone. He gestures at four guards who follow him as they chase after Arimia and Selena. Over the next hill, there is a small spot of trees in the middle of the grasslands, but the figure they saw is no where to be seen. They couldn't have gone too far, in the time it took to get here. Everyone is allowed to come along, but the four guards keep an eye on everyone closely, ready to call for back up at a moments notice.

Angus gives both Mitchell and Astrid a glance, and then shrugs. "I know these two they aren't really a big threat to us, in fact they could be of some use. Never know when you need a few extra swords." He comments before following after the group, drawing his saber as he tops the hill and scans the tree line.

Arimia frowns as she looks around at the area and says, "Don't see them. I would advise spreadin' out and searchin'. But not my men that would be doing most of the work." She glances at Eldric then and says, "She was hurt because she was yelling what could have been a signal to attack. I hit her once. She hit me far more when I was pinnin' her to the ground. Somethin' I went out of my way to do without injurin' her. An' considerin' I could have killed her instead, she got off light. You should jus' be glad to be gettin' her back at all." She returns her eyes to the trees and grasses, scanning for any movement and muttering something under her breath.

Rogna enters the area weilding both of his swords, looking for anything out of the ordinary, preparing to retaliate against incoming attacks, since he cannot see his potential foes.

"This is hardly the time to discuss such actions, save it for a less trying moment."

Selena glances around the clearing, approaching tentatively behind Arimia, not taking her eyes away from the clearing and the cover around it. She keeps her voice low and gestures to the treeline and an out-of-place stone. "Probably a trap." She murmurs to the group.

Mitchell looks relieved. He's probably not going to get killed, and any day he can say that is a good day. He looks in the direction everyone else is running in, then looks to Astrid with a shrug. He's not sure what they've gotten into, but apparently they're chasing something. Something that's probably bad. "Should we help 'em out?" he asks, and follows his feline companion's lead.

Astrid sighs when attention turns from her. She's swinging from death to life too capriciously for her liking. "Would help if knew what we were helping. Dangerous to choose sides before you know the sides." She wipes the rain from her whiskers. "Can look but not excited to follow anyone who would kill me as soon as know my name."

As the group looks about Eldric nods to Rogna, "Indeed, we will discuss that later. Fan out and check that out" he says to the guards, "But be careful, like they say, could be a trap... or one they set up themselves." Looking over, he makes sure to get close to Selena and whispers something to her before continuing himself. "And, if you are not with Sweetwater," he says back to Mitchell and Astrid, "Then maybe you'd like to think about what is happening here, this is an investigation to prevent a war, but if you have no stake in things, it does cause me wonder what braugth you out here." The guards don't seem to turn up much other then the area seems fairly safe.

Angus glares at Eldric. "You still think that we are responsible for this?" His fur bristling as he continues to scan the tree line with his sword at the ready. "Would we be here helping you if we set the trap?" With his free hand he reached into his cloak and the sharp click of the hammer on his musket can be heard. "I don't like this, it's to quiet."

Arimia continues to survey the area, saying, "While it could be a trap, I don't know that they'd have had time to set one from bein' spotted to now." She gives a small shake of her head and waits for a few others to go in first before starting to slip down toward the trees herself.

Rogna makes sure no one is in his path before attempting to grasp out in the direction Selena gestured with dark magic, his attempts finding nothing out of the ordinary he resumes his stance before moving forward. He's got heavy armor on, he should lead.

Selena perks her ears as Eldric whispers to her, hackles raising for a moment at the mention of the 'other cousin', murmering back a response and keeping her prepared spell ready, and herself ready to take a clear shot if need be.

Mitchell wows. Stop a war? That seems like a damn fine cause to him. He looks to Astrid and nods, "Well, I think at least ... ah... some of these folks aren't going to kill us. I s'pose another set of eyes can't hurt, huh?" He heads with the rest of the group, then, but doesn't seek to lead the charge. He doesn't even know what they're looking for, not for sure, and he is certainly not suicidal. He'll look for anything unusual, though, expecting something to jump out somewhere.

Astrid holds her hands up again, patiently explaining to her interlocutor, "We are just traveling." She looks at Mitchell, shifting her jaw again. "Stakes are high here? But it is why we are here. Why I am here." She pats the hammer she carries. "Yes, more watchers are good. We don't need a war."

As Rogna moves down to the trees, the storm gets worse, lighting striking the face of Promise now and the rain coming down heavy. Visibilty starts to get quiet bad and everyone is soaked by the rain. Eldric looks over to Selena and shakes his head, eventually rubbing the top of his muzzle. "Yes... another time then." He says aloud, heading down with everyone else. "Yes, Fox, I do still think you are behind all this, but evidance is starting to pile in favor of you being innocent. He walks up to the rock, nothing happening. "So, you said you saw someone come this way, I see nothing, and now have taken time away from the beach... was that your plan?"

Angus scowls. "The name is Angus Solacious." He comments, not even facing Eldric as he walks up to Rogna with his sword at the ready, he had pretty much abandoned the idea of using his musket thanks to the heavy rain coming down, and scanned the tree line. "And if you haven't found anything on the beach by now then there is obviously nothing there to find."

Arimia glances toward Rogna at the use of dark magic but doesn't keep her attention focused there. Instead she walks over and taps on the rock, to make sure it's not a hollow shell hiding something, and starting to look around for where the figure landing she saw could have gone.

Rogna tilts his head, slightly frustrated. He decides he might well clear his mind, calling upon unrestricted vision providied by his priest soul gem. He becomes more grounded, illusions of the mind cast aside, his ailments leaving him he becomes more focused on his gear and his surroundings as he proceeds.

Selena smiles slightly to Eldric. "If you do remember me, you should know I wouldn't be here if I thought Sweetwater was in any way responsible." She comments, pressing forward behind Arimia and Rogna and examining the rock with the raccoon. "Though I'm surprised you remember me at all, Eldric. I only talked with you three or four times at best."

Mitchell rrphs at the rain. He looks pretty funny when wet' his usual fluff sort of matting down against his body. It shows more of his leanly muscled shape than usual, showing him to be more nimble than bulky despite how his fluff usually makes him look. He's vigilant, but he doesn't know for what, and finally looks to Astrid with a shrug. He goes over to the smilodon lady and takes her arm gently, "Ah... I don't know what they're lookin' for, and that makes us more danger than help. We should go." With that, he'll start leading her away from the group.

Astrid looks ambivalently towards the trees the others are heading towards. There's a war at stake. Peace! Justice! She sighs again, a gruff breath in the cold rain. "Yeah. Fuck it. Better for us in other places and other times." She lets the goat pull her away from the others to head back towards town.

Looking around, Eldric answers Selena, "I don't remember much about you, mostly heard from Lucas, but, we can talk another time, for now. Why am I here and what are we looking for? If you don't answer me soon, I'll head back to the beach in question and find whatever it is you are hiding from me!" Rogna's vision doesn't really help much, other then the rain, there is nothing obsucring things. Eldric gets a bit more impatant, "Now, what exactly are you all hiding?"

Angus grumbles to himself as he stands in the rain soaked. Being drenched was putting him in a foul mood, and Eldric's paranoia wasn't helping things. Sighing he just continues to stay at the ready, hoping that something would happen to shut the wolf up.

Arimia lets out a soft growl and says, "You're hear as bloody investigators! So stop looking down your bloody nose and look past it! If you'd bothered to do that, you'd know what was hidden here, you buffoon!" She then grips her sword tightly and swings it, the sharp, heavy blade striking the rock, making that odd noise it was making loud enough to be heard over the patter of rain. And possibly causing a bit of damage to the rock.

Rogna returns to the group in time to see Arimia strike the rock, nodding and attempting to move the rock by brute force. He mutters something to the group, saying "If this search proves fruitless, I would ask our mages to burn the forest and upheave the ground. I do not recall ever having seen these woods and I've lived here all my life."

Selena shoots Eldric a glare as he questions her allies integrity. "If you feel there's something on the beach, then by all means take a look! You're here for the reasons you read from your message - to investigate what happened, see if we want war. We don't know what exactly we're looking for other than something suspicious. It would hardly be an investigationotherwise, would it?" She returns a little sharply. "With all due respect, Eldric, if you have any further information about what we're supposedly 'hiding' from you, by all means tell us now and we can get this done faster. I want to know what's going on just as much as you." She growls, loosing some simple earth math on the boulder as it's moved aside, causing the hollow thing to crumble very quickly into useless gravel.

As the rock is moved aside and then crumbled, it is odvious to see there is a large hole in the ground, with something lighting up the inside. There is a ladder against the side that extends all the way down, and some shadows can be seen moving about down inside the open area below the hole. Eldric looks down it suspicously, "Well.. I guess you are not completely at fault after all, humm.. Someone with a bit more skill at sneaking about then me should probably be the first down..." He suggests, looking cautiously over the group. "Again, not that I had much to go with in the first place other then how suspicous you lot are as is."

Angus smiles, happy that something finally made Eldric think, and turns to walk up to the hole. His fur bristles as he watches the shadows move, and then looks back up at the group. "I'll take a look, anyone else want to come?"

Arimia examines her sword to make sure the odd metal held up against the hollow rock well enough. As she does this she says, "I'll stay up here for now. Make sure they aren't gonna try an' sneak out through a back tunnel. Give a shout if you run into trouble." She then glances between Selena and Eldric before saying, almost conversationally, "You know, hiding behind nobility, relying on the attitude and title to keep others cowed, isn't as good a shield as you'd think. I'd say you should ask Cassandra about that sort of thing, but..."

Rogna looks to Angus and says "While I am not suited for a stealthy approach, I will follow you in given the word." before turning to Selena and adding "Might I suggest, as I believe you are a mage, you summon an elemental down there before he slips inside?" he says, uneasy about leaving the job to Angugs alone.

Selena chuckles quietly at Arimia's comment, nodding to Angus. "I'll join you down there, Angus." She nods, hesitating for a moment before giving Arimia a friendly hug. "I'll be back soon." The wolfess sighs, striding over the hole and, working a bit of math at Rogna's suggestion to conjuring a flowing thing of alcohol at the bottom of the hole. "I can keep it there or move it around, but I won't leave it there. If we're sneaking, it'll give us away." She states.

As Angus looks down the shadows continue to move, the elemental going unnoticed for now. The rain continues to fall, lightning and thunder going on. A crack of lighting falls far behind Eldric and his eyes seem to glow in the sudden light. He approaches Arimia, "You'd do well not to mention her around me. We are still investigating things, and I know, full well you were there. A pink racoon is hard thing to miss." He makes no mention of any evidance of his family's crimes. Meanwhile, some voices can barely be heard down below. Not enought to make out, but someone is talking.

The argument is ignored by the fox as he leans in to try and pick up something from the conversation. When that doesn't work he sighs and stands up. He then removes his musket and unbuckles his sword, making himself lighter and faster just in case something happened, and walked back up to the Hole as he pulls out a dagger. "Okay Selena, ready when you are."

Arimia simply continues to examine her sword and carries on in that conversational tone. "Then you should also know the gate guards cleared me on the way out. No way I could have been responsible. I just offered that as an example. You know. What with how recent it is an' all. Jus' somethin' to keep in mind. Bein' a noble don' make you invincible. So you should be wary who you piss off." That said she turns and takes a few steps away, looking into the hole, while still giving Angus and Selena room to slip into it.

Rogna listens to the conversation for now, but focuses on he two decending. "If you require aid just call, I will help you as soon as is possible."

Selena glances back to Eldric and Arimia, ambiguously commenting, "And may the investigation continue." She says simply before she descends into the hole, keeping her movements as quiet as possible, hiding herself from view as she dismisses the elemental to keep her movements quiet and unimpeded by the burden of controlling an elemental.

As Selena and Angus decend, and keep to the shadows, they would be able to tell the voices are coming from a cut out area off to the left. To attempt to get inside would be almost suicide, as they would have to cross a well lit open area, but, getting closer might be able to be done. Meanwhile above, "IS THAT A THREAT!" Eldric bellows and three of his four guards raise pikes and swords at Arimia while the third quickly calls down to the beach, where, the remainig 3 guards and a number of scouts start to shuffle their way up to their leader. "So help me, 'coon, I'll turn your hide into a hat, if the next words out of you are not 'I appologise Lord Eldric.' and nothing else."

Angus winces as he hears Eldric's yell, and makes a mental note to kill him if they manage to survive, as he stops in his tracks. "Beat you 100 crowns that they heard that as well." Sighing he readies his dagger, and reaches into his pocket and retrieves his sigil. "Shall I call for Rogna now or later?"

Arimia sighs softly and says, "No, it was a statement. If past experience is anythin' to judge by you'll know a threat from me by your mad scrambling to kill yourself before I can go through with it." She turns to face the Wirefur and says, "I really hate your kind. Nobility. Hidin' behind a title they didn't earn an' don't deserve. An' when that fails tryin' to hide behind all those who actually work for a livin' like your guards there. All while lacking the bloody balls to do a thing themselves. But since you seem to be lackin', I'll step up an' do what's... Proper in these situations. I, Arimia Ringtail, do hereby challenge you, Eldric Wirefur, to single combat. And if you deny may you be cast out as a craven."

Rogna stops moving to step between Arimia and the Wirefur. "Please, I understand the tension, but there is a threat beneath our feet and you are bellowing out loud. THey have likely heard us, and we have two inside. Now is not the time to put them in danger by dividing our forces, save this duel for later." he says, ensuring they don't proceed to fight, motioning to the hole.

"No need for a bet." Selena replies to Angus, visibly flinching as she hears Eldric's outburst. "There's a hole in the cave on the seaside! Send some guards that way unless you want these people to escape!" She calls back up the hole. "Unless you want me to try and bring this whole damn cave down, and that isn't going to happen!" The wolfess readies herself for combat, glancing back to the entrance and readies a fire spell for any dissident moving for an exit or for her.

Looking at Arimia, Eldric smiles, "You are a lot more then you seem Arimia Ringtail, and for that I find some respect for you. I have no choice but to accept, here and now." he hears Selena and Angus below, and turns to his guards and scouts, "I can handle myself here! To the beach, quickly! Look for some entrance we may have missed, find it and find it now! I'll join you shortly..." He looks over to Arimia, "Not many get to be blessed as I have been... though I know of a few.." And as he talks his form shifts become draconic as he growns in mass and proportion, "And I think you will regret it." Meanwhile down below an alarm is sounded, those talking stop as many, MANY people come pouring out of the various passageways. It isn't long till they find Selena and Angus.

The first person to come through the tunnel didn't know what hit them, as Angus throws his shoulder into him and sent him crashing into a wall before he was taken out of the fight by a heavy blow from his Tanto's handle. Snarling he moves back, giving Selena a clear line of fire, as his eyes flash in the near darkness. "Stupid Eldric just couldn't keep his crowbegotten mouth shut could he!"

Arimia must be an amusing sight, a three foot tall raccoon fighting a much larger dragon. But she seems to be doing quite well, throwing out punches and kicks, and swinging a blade. And before long the victor is apparent, as the tiny 'coon brings down the dragon with a simple strike to the gut. Once the dragon is on the ground she holds her blade at his neck, the dark math on it almost seeming hungry, like it's anticipating his life-blood. She doesn't start swinging though, instead speaking. "I think we can both agree who won this. An' I want you to remember it. It wasn't another dragon what beat you. Wasn't a griffon, or even another noble. It was a three foot tall, pink, Apostate raccoon who brought you to your knees and held your life in her hands. And I want you to remember that the next time you let your arrogance, and supposed nobility get out of hand... Let it disrupt situations... I want you to remember, I only give one chance. Next time, I'll have your head." That said she turns and walks to the tunnel, looking down to see if she's needed before she heads off to the beach.

Rogna muscles past the two smaller beings, his armor much better suited for taking blows. He forces his way forward until the tunnel widens enough for the mage to fight openly, drawing blood with his swords in practicied motions to weaken his foes enough that they can easily be downed and captured. At one point he draws a dagger, a strange marvel covered in dark ruins and attempts to cripple one of them, intead they fall over and croak, their vitals drained and their body lit with pain. He quickly stows it again, opting to hit a thug with his sword hilt in the face for a nice clean takeout.

Selena pants quietly from behind Angus. "...Not... His fault he..." The wolfess puts a hand over her muzzle for a moment and shakes her head. "...Creators. You fought well, Angus, Rogna." She smiles, leaning against the wall to catch her breath. "Try round up th e ones that aren't dead... Need to get them questioned, incarcerated." She sighs, conjuring her alcohol elemental and cooling herself with portions of the tiny thing, silently grateful she didn't have to move much for her spells to be used for full effect, though they seem to have taken a lot more than usual out of her.

As the bandits below are quickly handled and the fight above dealt with, many more make for the way to the opening that leads out to the ocean. From the room that the pair talking were in flys, very rapidly and without looking back, a very familar looking griffen! On his back is a pig, shouting out, "BLUE! Go BLUE!" They fly quickly out the way that leads to the hidden beach entrance. Meanwhile, the crew that was readying the ships, two of them, switches up the flags, and they quickly take sail, air mages and water mages making sure they speed along, flags of Sweetwater hanging from the masts.
