Bellamy stands looking at the gushing water pouring from a large pipe in the Purification Center, down in the Waste Pipes under Firmament. The stout old fox is safely out of the way of the water, standing on a cement walkway along the edge of the greater pipe, waiting for his requested help to arrive.

Cara walks her up behind the stout old fox. This time, she is equipped with only a rapier and her own clothes. As she gets close enough to her, she stands patiently on the cement walkway as well. It wouldn't do to get her wet at all.

Zuri strolls along in the center of the group of approaching beings. The small salamander has once again eschewed the protection of armor for much lighter wear, and armed with but a staff that the agile being certainly does not need to walk with. He moves up to and stands in front of Bellamy, giving him a quick salute in greeting.

Bazalt follows after Zuri a small grin on his face and Bow in his left hand. After his talks witht eh fox yesterday there was no way he wasnt comming And as part of the parthfinders he sorta had to go. He nods to everyone gathered so far and sighs.

Reginald , arriving form the direction of the city and armed for an expedition out into the wilderness of Promise, silently joins the group. Moving to the edge of the precipice, he crouches a little and leans forward for a few moments, trying to take a look at his surroundings and the pipe without getting wet. Quickly pulling back, he turns to the fox. "What are we looking for, exactly?" Whilst waiting on a reply, the lynx comes across Zuri, who he nods in greeting to, and Bazalt, to who he offers up a loving smile.

Rokarion arrived later by himself. The plant being was clad in his usual humble attire minus his cloak as he approached the group. Rokarion nodded his head and joined up with Zuri.

"Why would records be all the way down here?" Cassidy asks as she makes her way through the undertunnels, keeping herself close to Natska. "Seems like an awfully strange and convenient place, don't you think? 'Hey, we've got these important things that just so happen to be located deep underground in a dangerous adventure location!' Why is it never in a library?"

Natska quietly snickers at Cassidy's qeuestion. The jaguar finishes getting her gauntlets locked in place and flexes her fingers, then nods. "Maybe there was a library down here, when Beings lived in the tunnels and before we all moved up to Firmament?" she offers, then shrugs. "And maybe they figured it was useless information, since there were no dragons left, so they left it behind?" Her ear flicks. She looks over the rest of the gathering adventurers, then nods at Bellamy. "I didn't expect to see you out of the city! I am here and ready, however."

"Excellent," Bellamy says, looking over the gathered beings, "Very punctual. I expect this shall be an excellent bit of adventure." The sturdy fox strokes his mustache and nods toward the large, gushing pipe in front of him. "After watching a dedication the other day, I find that my fancy has turned toward learning more about our Elemental Dragons. Imagine my surprise when my studies turned up the fact that these very beings are largly responsible for the installation of these tunnels and waterways! Unfortunately, most of the information on the Dragons themselves is in the central part of this facility, which makes it rather difficult to access. That is where you all come in." He steps to one side and waves a hand at the gushing pipe. "Here is the front door," he says then holds up a strange Creator device shaped like an egg, "And this is what you will need to get the records I hope to find. You need only place this on the main information terminal. Once you are past this watery barrier, I should imagine it is a straight shot." He smiles at the group, egg still held out. "Well?" he prompts, "Hop to it!"

Cara quickly turns around and looks to everyone else, "Okay, is anyone here an expert in operating creator tech? Also, do we have anyone who happens to be good at water magic? I'm thinking that we could have them help us move through water." She sends a pleasant smile out, hopeful that someone in the group can fit the criteria mentioned.

Bazalt Blinks "Why is it Always bloody water?" He sighs and then Smiles to REginald. "I swear....please-SOMEONE Be able to do water magic.. Please..." he begs. "this..will get worse for me.. wont it?" He rubs his head, frowning.

Zuri smiles up at Cara.. no, practically grins as she asks for water magic. "I maaaay know a thing or two about water magic, maybe... " He raises his staff in a rather over-acted and dramatic fashion. "Worry not, friends. I will keep you safe through these treacherous waters! Step one... let's make sure noone drowns." And with that he starts weaving a quick mathemagical equation, something to help his friends overcome the watery obstacle.

Reginald offers a sympathetic smile to Bazalt, as he waits patiently to see what Zuri can pull off. Although he does not show it, he really does wish that the salamander is successful in removing the water obstacle in front of them, as this lynx has a dislike of water just as great as the shadow's.

Rokarion nods his head the Bellamy before he looked down on the salamander as he began casting his magic. The plant being decided to wait as he quickly went over some of the basic creator tech facts in his head

"Maybe, Natska. Maybe." Cassidy looks incredulously at the water before sighing. "At least I'm wearing my leathers today and not my suit. At least THESE are mostly waterproofed. I still can't say I fancy this. And I roughly know creator objects. In that I've read the texts and manuals, at least."

As Zuri's magic settles over everyone, a new sense of vitality spreads through the limbs of the party along with a sense of confidence. At least as far as the water is concerned.

"Fine work, young man," Bellamy says gruffly, "A fine water breathing spell. Best of luck to you all. I shall be here, waiting with baited breath." The veteran fox takes Cassidy's hand and plops the little egg-thing into it. "Simple as can be," he reiterates, "Just set it on the terminal, this will do the rest. Don't worry. It is completely water proof."

Cara jumps into the water without much care in the world upon being enchanted with the water magic. As she lands in the water, there is a large splash that occurs as a result of her mass landing in the water. Her head goes under for a moment, and then comes back up, "Well, let's get going."

Zuri smiles at Bellamy. "Thank you Sir! I do try!" He begins to walk forward towards the gushing pipe, raising his staff in both hands. He knows some of the group are... somewhat hydrophobic, so he channels his water magic to try and split the water spout in two, to at least allow the other beings to step trough without getting thoroughly drenched or getting knocked on their feet. He walks into the water as such, confidently.

The water does not quite split at Zuri's command, but it does slow significantly, the top of the pipe becoming clear, just a little bit. Swimming through just got much more manageable, especially since there seems to be a bit of air at the top now!

Bazalt Blinks "oh.. Great swimming...." He shakes slightly and Blinks. "T-thank you Zuri.." He mentally notes that water magic might been a good option at some point to learn before he frowns. "do.. I have to swim?" he Frowns and hops over, hopeing he MANAGES to swim and not Almost drown like his last attempt.....

Following after Bazalt, Reginald joins him in the water. Just as uneasy about being in the drink as the shadow, the lynx at least has his military training he can turn too. Although a little rusty and hesitant, the feline starts to swim against the flow, staying behind the wolf, ready to offer him any assistance should he get into difficulty.

Rokarion looks up at the pipe as he feels reinvigorated by the water spell. "Great job Zuri. You have come a long way since you first started practicing magic." the jasmine says as he gives the salamander's head a gentle pet before he moves to begin swimming up the pipe.

Cassidy closes her eyes, shaking her head as she pats Natksa on the shoulder. "This is awful. I was not wanting to get wet today," she says before moving into the pipe after the others. She just has to get to the other side, then she can steam herself dry.

Natska quietly grunts, then nods her head. "I know. Always a possbility when we are down here though." She eyes the pipe for a moment, waiting for Zuri to finish. "Impressive," she offers, then climbs right in and begins powering her way through the current, towards the source.

With a bit of help, everyone manages to swim (Or in poor Bazalt's case, flail and scream) their way through the pipe. It is a little far to be comfortable without the security of Zuri's magic, but what would you expect from a tunnel built by dragons, for dragons? Before too long, the dark pipe is lit from above, revealing the exit that Bellamy predicted. Once everyone drags themselves from the water, it seems that this place is well lit and well maintained. A tunnel of steel with the strange, crystaline lighting common to Creator ships lies ahead, a lone door at the end. There is some sort of pad or terminal by the door.

Cara walks out of the water happily and turns to face everyone else with a rather cheerful smile across her feline face, "Well, does anyone want to make a bet that a guardian will show up right after Cassidy places the egg in that terminal?"

Zuri beams with pride as he's praised by Rokarion, but his smile does fade considerably as they swim and trudge through the water. It takes a lot of out of the poor 'mander to sustain that level of control over water, and by the time they reach dry land he flops over exhausted, going belly-up on the 'shore' of this canal.

Bazalt Gaps and Pants as he gets out of the water. "I.. Hate.. just... gAH" He nods to zuri "Thank.. you.." he offers him a weak smile as he looks back at REgi too. "and.. you.. too... if you hadnt of kept...pushing me along.." HE shudders."thanks.." he says-not even paying attening to any otehr goings on, atelast right now.

Once content that Bazalt had managed to exit the water, Reginald pulls himself out too. He spends a few moments to try and flatten the water out of his fur and equipment, before giving himself a quick shake. Despite a composed look on his face, it is not hard to see the cat's discomfort. He gives a quick nod in gratitude to Zuri for his help, then leans over to the shadow. The feline rests a hand on his shoulder, before looking into his eyes. "You alright now?" The lynx gives a pause for the other being to respond, if he so chooses, before continuing. "Hopefully that'll be the last we see of water down here." This is no doubt an attempt to reassure the two of them, but it is also a statement that Reginald has little faith in.

Rokarion gets out of the water, slowly dripping, but thankfully not his pouches and bag, buying those from Harkenson and water-proofing them was a great idea! Rokarion kneels before Zuri, patting his exposed tummy and putting a small pouch there, "Here, baked them yesterday, you deserve a little snack." the plant being said before he stood up and went to the terminal next to the door, inspecting it, "I doubt that this is the place where Bellamy wanted to put the egg on. He wouldn't need a lot of beings to accomplish this little feat." Rokarion answers Cara before he once more focuses his attention on the terminal.

Once she's out of the water, Cassidy shakes herself down and tries to conjure up a nice bit of fire magic to dry herself off as she clances around. "Probably not, no."

Natska pulls herself from the water, then helps the others as they surface. Once everyone is out of the tube, she focuses her own magcis and starts drying out, then moves over to look at the terminal. "No, we're looking for the central... center," she answers, agreeing. "But this probably opens the door."

The door is blank steel and the pad beside it appears to be nothing but a black panel. Perhaps it needs to be awkened from sleep?

Cara sighs for a moment as the feline honestly has absolutely no idea on how to open this door. She shrugs and takes out her rapier for a moment. "Does anyone have any plans? I really don't want to try the stupid idea of trying to open it with brute force."

Zuri squees happily at the gift, the salamander sitting up and opening the small parcel on his lap and digging into the cookies within, grabbing three and munching a big bite out of all of them at once. Magicking is tiring, hungry business!

Bazalt Smiles to Regi and nods before walks up to the others and frowning. "Well... I'm going to probally say.. Dragon related? anyone of Dragon blood? Of course not.." HE sighs and standers there wringing himself and his gear out. "so.. Any idea what'll be in there?" He asks with worry. "this is my first time to one of these and.. I'd like to know waht to suspect.."

Reginald joins the other beings at the door blocking their path, and the terminal that stands next to it. Seeing that Cara plans to brute force the door if nothing else is successful, the lynx retrieves his firearm off of his shoulder. Shaking any excess moisture off of the outside, and popping the cover off of the muzzle, he can only hope that no water got inside of it. "Whatever's in there, I wouldn't count on it being friendly ..." Pausing for a moment, he looks at their dilemma. "I'm no expert on Creator tech, but, if I wanted to enter a closed door, I'd knock ..." A little hesitant, Reginald leans forwards and knocks on the blank panel with his knuckles, not really expecting anything to come from it.

Rokarion idly rubs his chin as he looks at the lock, "Well, if Bellamy is right, this terminal might open for dragon dedications?" he asks with a shrug before looking back at the group, "I guess I have an idea..." Rokarion says as he works some maths to conjure a hot flame near his palm before he pressed it close to the terminal. The plant being would let the flame go on for a number of seconds before removing it if it did not work.
