I will be right here waiting when you have caught them!"

Thelergramor nods at the creator, subsequently ordering his golem to follow him and sets off in what he believe to be the direction of the gops. With the mushrooms. Starts to look at them with a bit of interest... Hasn't eaten today... WEll, he has, but, ate his 'emergancy tater' already. So, has no food with him besides the shrooms. And is hungry. This won't end well. "Lets go get some gops then..."

Rokarion takes the bag of mushrooms from the Creator. He might not have understood the word, but it was obvious from the context that this is not something to be taken by the more logically inclined. Hmmm, might have to ask the creator about it later. It can work as a pain duller if prepared correctely, maybe. The plant, stores the bag of mushrooms, and decides to follow after the wolf.

Cirra takes her own bag. She's pretty sure someone else in the pack will find the gops first, but she tries anyways. At least the mushrooms should help. She definitely is NOT going to eat them, given that she understood the Creator.

Lilly gives Creator Lewis a nod. "Right!" She takes a mushroom out and sniffs at it, then slings the bag over her shoulder and starts casting about the immediate area with the others, looking for... well, not footprints, of coutse, but residue or signs of passage.

As the group splits off, it looks like Thelergramor and Rokarion have chosen to follow the forest path for now, Cirra has plunged into the undergrowth nearest the empty gop pen, and Lilly has gone off in another direction, striding with purpose.

"Wait up, Lilly!" Millicent calls out, trotting to catch up, "Shipmates should stick together!"

Millicent rubs her chin as she moves along after Lilly. "So... What do you think we should look for, exactly? I've never exactly had to go gop hunting. And we don't really have gops in the sea. ... That I know of. maybe somewhere we do?"

Thelergramor seems to have taken the wrong direction. Some tracker he is! "Hmm... Yeah, this might be the right way." It isn't. Pulls his mask down to hang it around his neck. Takes out one of the mushrooms. "So, what'd he say about the mushrooms? They make you strong, right?" He... Isn't good with creator language. And was only half listening. The wolf starts eating the shroom...

Rokarion follows Thelergramor, as lost as he is. On the brightside, the stench of the swamp is lessened by the jasmine's scent. Rokarion shrugs, and answers serenity hiding his secret frustration, "I think we are lost, Mister Thelergramor, and........." The youthful plant's words are cut short as they stare at the wolf eating a mushroom. Still remaining as clam as ever from the outside they add quite quickly, "Mister Thelergramor. I am pretty sure that the Creator meant that those mushrooms have an adverse effect on beings. most likely as some kind of drug, or even a poison.

Cirra gets a bit of an idea, slipping a mushroom out of her pack and generation a gust to spread the scent of the mushrooms, careful not to inhale it herself. She's hoping she can get the gops to come to her following the scent of their food.

The big shark girl pokes around a bit, then motions for Millicent to look at something. "We're looking for something like that," Lilly says. "Where it kinda looks like a whole patch of grass was smooshed over and..." she leans in closer. "Yea. A little bit of gop slime. They went this way. Hey, C-" she starts to call out, then blinks; after catching herself, Lilly blows a puff of wind at the other shark to snag her attention, then motions with her fingers. <Over this way, I found something.>

Both sharks have done their jobs well! At least, if the sudden rustling in the bushes is any indication! Two gops lunge from the bushes near Lilly and Millicent, one of them slamming hard into the big shark girl and releasing a spray of yellowish spores in its excitement over the prospect of food! The second rolls precariously close to Millicent, glomping about with squishy noises, trying to get at her bag of mushrooms.

Meanwhile, another gop has leapt from the foliage near Cirra, her air magic having done it's job! Now the gops have been found, only thing to do is get them back in their corral!

On the other side of the camp, Rokarion and Thelergramor can just hear the shouts of surprise, though they see no signs of any gops on their own.

Millicent startles a little, grimacing as Lilly is sprayed with the liquid and recoiling back, narrowly avoiding the gop as it goes by. "Ick. Gross," she grumbles as she maneuvers to get the gop to come towards her, pulling open the bag and largely just inviting it in, so that she can hopefully bag it.

Thelergramor starts to trip out rather quickly... The mushroom a bit sweet tasting as it goes down. Smells like... Power. The wolfs pupils dilate and he grins; vision swirling into a bit of psychedelia momentarily. Then, starts waving to his constituents. The parading army should bow before his mighty hippo physique! He silences his advisor, Rokarion, with a look and the words: "Silence, Biddamin. Don't know why I brought you to a parade! I need no advice to smile and wave!" Hallucinogens~ The wolf shakes his golems hand; fortunately, not the sharp one. Then, draws his hood back and lays his amask atop his head as some kind of crown...

It is a fine evening, and the forest buzzes with the chrping of birds and bugs and the clandestine, every day business of little forest animals. A small camp has been set up here at the edge of the forest a few low tents scattered around a fire pit. Standing in the middle of the camp is what seems to be a Creator! Albeit one dressed simply in a scholar's robe and with no sign of any of the strange technology and magic devices that most Creators seem to have. Off to one side of the camp is a high corral, the inside hidden from view by the tight, wooden slats.

Dressed in her typical plain-clothes of black shorts and her yellow jacket, Millicent makes her way onto the scene, tail swaying behind her. "Well this is different. H'lo there! You were the one that asked for help with the gops, yeah? Are you a researcher of some kind?"

Lo and behold as Thelergramor stalks through the forest alongside his golem! In his red hooded gambeson, plague mask, pants <those are important> and armed with his golem grasper, dagger, two pistols held on his chest, and his delusions of grandeur. The wolf stops when he sees a creator. Without creator tech. Interesting. Tries to determine their gender; always has a hard time telling that. Does the, according to Rainer, proper greeting to the creator: Gently running a hand down their face. Seems to be in a -really- good mood if he's showing respect to one of them creators.

A young jasmine being walks towards the camp, wearing their usual bodycovering heavy cloak. Upon closing in on the group, and the Creator in particular the plant being stops, wafting their sweet jasmine all around them. Rokarion then sarts speaking to the Creator in their calm and polite tone, "Greetings.....Mister Lawrence Parker I presume? I find it interesting that one of the Creators is here wearing our attire and not using your people's advanced technology, I assume you are here independently? And if I may ask do you want the gops to research their nature? Or is there another purpose for them? Perhaps an attempt to domesticate them?"

Clad in the flowing robes of the Aranian order over her typical wetsuit, the nurse shark makes her muted way into the camp. She crackles with earth, air and water magic, though none of them currently active. She takes out her chalkboard. She marks it up: <Gops? Strange request. And a Creator? Odd...>

Lilly makes her way through the forest, approaching the camp in the woods as well; the big, burly shark grins as she spots a few familiar faces, and her ears twitch. "Hey, Milli, Cir- oh woa, yer the one that put up the notice?" Lilly asks the Creator, pulling a flier from inside of her scaled vest. "So what are we doing?"

"Hello!" the Creator says, returning Thelergramor's petted greeting, "Yes, I am Lawrence. Please, have a seat and I will explain what I need." The Creator's speech is flawless, though it sounds as though he grew up in an academy. He watches as the beings sit on the wooden logs around the fire pit, or remain standing. "I am working here under the supervision of Mister Parson," he says, "Documenting some of the more unusual fauna in the area." He waves a small journal at the group, apparently his research. "I fear that I am permitted only very basic technology, as I share all of my findings with your academy and they must be able to reproduce my findings," he explains, "Lately, I have been studying the creatures you call gops."

"Unfortunately," he continues, "The gops that I had managed to capture before seem to have escaped." He points to the gate of the corral. "I would just round up more," he says, "except I have been studying the effects of an altered diet on these green forest gops and I would hate to start over!"

Millicent gives a polite nod to Lilly, smiling. "Hello there! Nice to see you again," she says, turning back towards the Creator. "How long ago? Isn't it possible that the escaped gops might have eaten something already to skew the data? I'm no researcher, but... I think that's called tainted data or something? I don't know. But if you think it's fine, I will help, yes!"

Thelergramor adjusts his mask after the returned pat. Is one of the one who remain standing. Leans on his golem. "So, want us to wrangle 'em up, then? I don't exactly know how to get them back here without... er, harming them significantly." Gops. All gooey and... well, gooey about covers it.

Rokarion thinks for a moment, mulling on what the Creator have said, before fiddling with something, unknown since his hands are hidden by the cloak. Rokarion then says, "May I ask what is that diet that you are giving to the gobs? And what is the reason for it? I mean you will have to repeat the whole process again to ensure that the gops escape did not affect their diet. So you might as well get some new specimens? Unless, of course your specimens have a special trait or such that we might don't know of or that can help us identify them."

Cirra walks over to the enclosure, sniffing it a bit to determine if these gops had a different scent from normal. If they did, she would try to use air magic to write a spell to track down the escaped gops. After all, if air magic can guide a strike or improve aid, surely it could be used to track.

Lilly listents quietly to Creator Lawrence's story as she sits on one of the logs, nodding her head. She thinks for a minute or so after he finishes, then looks over at the corall. "Were they let out? How'd you catch them the first time?"

Lawrence perks up noticably as the beings ask questions about his research and his gops. "It should be no trouble to tell my gops from the others in the forest," he says, "You see, my theory is that all gops are really just one species and that the diet available in their environment determines the secondary characteristics we see." He becomes very animated as he flips through some pages of his little journal. "I found that, though the green forest gops were reticent about trying a new diet, once they began to feed on the fungi from the deep quarry, they began to take on characteristics of the mycogops!" he says, "Including the yellow coloration and the fungal protuberances!" He then looks a little confused and ashamed at Lilly's question. "Honestly," he says, "I don't know how they escaped. And catching them before was easy enough, I just baited some traps." The Creator holds out a pair of sacks. "The gops don't like to change their diets," he explains, "And will be attracted to these mushrooms. You can probably catch them or herd them this way once they get close. They probably have not gone far. They are quite lazy."

Millicent nods along slowly and scratches the side of her muzzle. "I see, I see. Well... Ah, I'm no expert tracker! But I'll certainly help in the chasing, or grabbing, or... Well, whatever you happen to need me for," she says to the group as she settles her hands on her hips. "Any of you GOOD at tracking?"

Thelergramor squints. "Protuberances?" A shrug. "So, catch the gops... With mushrooms and sacks..." Innuendo is not lost on the wolf. "Shouldn't be too hard. Assuming you have enough mushrooms." To Millicent: "I've done my share of tracking, aye..." Bandit~ And bounty hunting. "Can't say if I'm good at it... But I've done it before."

Finding the gops isn't going to be Cirra's job, it seems, since she can neither track nor trap the gops. She hopes she can be more useful later in the job to help corral the gops once they are recovered.

"Huh," Lilly replies, arms crossed, as she listens. Then she nods her head and takes one of the bags of shrooms and nods her head. "Great. Sounds easy enough. You all ready to hit the search, then?"

"I don't recommend eating those," he says, "I understand that they are quite powerful and tend to be -" he says a long, complicated word in what must be Creator speak, "Good luck! Thelergramor nods at the creator, subsequently ordering his golem to follow him and sets off in what he believe to be the direction of the gops. With the mushrooms.
