It's a calm, reasonably warm afternoon. Beings are milling about, and midday mass has just ended. Already, Lady Longtail is waiting with one of her cameras, besides a group of church-beings, the High Priestess being one of them. Seems everyone is waiting for a small handful of beings that have been welcomed to the actual dismantling of the Servigolem.

Rokarion was standing with the group of church-beings, the plant being already taking out a fresh notebook with a pen in hand. Clearly prepared to sketch out the servigolem to provide himself more clarity.

One other being is making his way over to the group, a rather portly hippo. No doubt here to represent the Crown and keep the king informed of the work the church does, although he does seem to be dressed for the occassion.

"I believe that is everyone, then?" the high priestess offers, before gesturing towards the doors to the back of the church. "If you would follow me, please? Lady Longtail, Lord Good. Brother Aeneanas? And of course, I needn't inform anyone that nothing is to be touched, lest we are all exposed to the Creator's Wrath?" the High Priest offers, her behavior a hint different than the day before, a little less theatrical.

All in all, the group of five is led quite a bit into the sanctum, far deeper than most, past all kinds of creator technology, whole or otherwise...

Finally, they reach a small, clean workplace, where the Servigolem lies, disabled.

Rokarion nods towards the high priestess as she addresses him. The plant being following along, glancing the Good Lord, wondering if he had any qualifications other than being born with extra kilograms. The plant being stopped in front of the servigolem. Not starting anything until the high priestess gave them the sign.

"A moment for the first few pictures, and then we can begin," the crane offers with a smile, gesturing towards Flora, who quickly sets to work setting the camera up, with some help from one of the church-beings, who is setting up the lights so she can take proper pictures of the machine, from various different angles. Multiples, in some cases. It takes a few minutes, allowing the other beings to converse.

"'tis an... Impressive monster," the rotund hippo offers, looking between the beings. "From what I understand the, ah... What do you call it? Holy mind? is still intact, and the machine functions like a halfbreed of golem and... What are they called? Servantors?" he offers, rubbing the back of his head for a moment. He seems to have -some- idea of what he's dealing with, but it's clear he's more than a little out of his league here.

Rokarion takes this as a moment to wait given that the youth has already drawn enough of the actual servigolem. The jasmine turns around to stare at the royal. The plant being rubbed his chin before answering. "The golem's 'Holy mind' remains intact, yes. It does work as a combination of a golem and a servitor, and it also uses mathemagic to actually animate instead of having a more standard golem engine. So mathemagic both controls and provides the motion." The budling was not even bothering hiding his Cliffsider accent in front of a representatives of house Good.

"Golems are varied," Flora offers. "Some are mostly magic, with little more than joints to be able to move," the tigress rumbles, her tails flicking, as she gestures to the joints of the servitor. "Others, like Flora's golems are more mechanical. Gears and other parts to be able to move, and magic to make it work," she adds, as the last picture is taken, and she offers a nod.

Finally, the High Priestess chimes in, smiling faintly. "As brother Aeneanas and Lady Longtail say. Golems are made by beings, and while impressive, most lack the refinement seen in a Servitor. A Golem functions because of the Sacred Brain, following the instructions of its handler. A servitor, on the other hand, listens only to the Machine Spirit inside, to the Creators, and to those few blessed with their visage. That said, I believe it is about time that we study our friend in detail."

"I see," is all the hippo really offers, even though he probably doesn't quite grasp everything.

Two church-beings quickly step forward, working carefully... One is taking notes, the other is unplugging wires in the 'torso' of the three-legged monster, to expose the Sacred Brain. "Please, do say so if we need to stop, or you want to inspect something in detail, brother Aeneanas," the priestess offers, while Flora sets up the camera for the next picture.

Rokarion turns his attention back towards the golem as it begins getting dismantled. The plant being quickly opens his notebook and steps closer, drawing more sketches of the now exposed inner-workings of this jury-rigged piece of machinery. "Could you stop for a moment." He says as he finishes noting down which wires went where, and he began inspecting the sacred brain in more detail, once that is done, he will step backwards and let the beings carry on with their work.

The church-beings are, of course, doing much the same. One taking the servigolem apart, tying colored strings to important wires, while the other writes down every last bit. Flora is similarly taking notes while the picturebox works its non-magical magic.

"We'll be removing the Sacred Brain soon, essentially rendering the machine inert. Both for our safety, and the safety of the machine spirit inside... It's rare we find a specimen this well-preserved," the high priestess offers, largely for the good of Lord Good, making his own scribbled notes... No doubt here to report back to the Good King.

Rokarion nods, contuining his sketching before looking down. "Could we please disassemble the entirety of the lower section when we come to it? I am interested in seeing how many servitor limbs were used."

"We plan to disassemble everything, brother Aeneanas," the high priestess offers, although she does gesture to the beings currently working on the torso. "Of course, once the most sacred parts are safe, we can give it a priority," the crane offers, as the beings continue their work.

"If the... Legs are whole, three Servitor-arms, yes.... Though Flora isn't sure they quite match," the tigress offers for a moment, pointing out the fact that there's a distinct difference between the upper and lower half of at least one of the legs. Truly an amalgamation.

"And this... Servant-golem... Is essentailly cobbled together from servant- servitor-parts, yes?" the hippo offers, leaning in close for a moment, much to the silent dismay of Flora, who now has to prepare another photo.

Soon enough, though, everything is categorized and marked, and the machine is laid on its side, with the first being slowly but surely removed...

Rokarion ponders for a moment as the disassembly continues. The plant being then carries by writing some notes now. "Yes, that is correct." He said with the same monotone voice, deciding not ot mention that that has been mentioned twice so far. The plant being then kneels down to look closer as the mostly intact leg is removed first, trying to look at tis make as well as how it was attached to the other legs.

All in all, the leg is a curious case. On the one hand, it is indeed mostly intact. On the other hand, there are clear welding-signs along the creator-steel. Nothing a current-day being would be able to do without the church's help, that much is certain. And nothing like what a being would be able to do with normal metal nowadays, either. The entire thing is also -covered- in welded, rusted runes, many of them golem-math closer to the torso, and earth-math closer to the hand-like appendages that now serve as feet... Additionally, there are small, horribly complex bits of fire-math here and there, barely recognizable as such.

Rokarion stepped closer again as the legs began being removed, the flower focusing his efforts on drawing each single piece now with care given to the runes themselves, making sure to later on copy the runes themselves seperately. The plant being rubs his chin as he observes the appendages closer. "Hmmm, some of the runs carved on the golem seem to be something that I personally have not seen before, they are still based on earth mathemagic, just more complex."

"A lot more complex, yes," Flora offers, her ears flicking lightly. "Flora... Can't quite read them, and Flora certainly can't -use- them, but they're very refined, yes. Flora will want to make some pictures," the tigress offers, smiling faintly.

"Then it must be, ah... Recent, right? Someone who's testing out a new toy, perhaps?" the hippo offers. "Unless you are suggesting our understanding of magic worsened, over time?"

Still, the leg is only slowly being disassembled, and as the first plate, reluctantly comes loose, it becomes more than a little clear that reconstructing it won't be an easy task... There are all kinds of rusted-through struts on the inside, with wires woven between them... No doubt meant to hold that plate right where it was.

Rokarion takes a step backward as he finishes noting down the runes for the second time, letting the slow work continue. "It is not recent. I could not give an exact age the last time I examined it, but I can tell you that it is decades old, at least. It is not necessarily that our understanding has woresened. It could be a case of this being a new method of using the same runes."

"But, ah, wouldn't that be a discovery to share with the world? Why haven't we heard of this yet?" the Good offers, looking at the runes from a distance, while letting the others do their work. Slowly but surey, a small, black-and-silver cylinder is removed from the leg, the wires disconnected, as one of the priests sniffs at it. "The spirit refuses to work," they offer after a short moment, carefully setting the part aside, before setting to work on the lower leg... Like the upper, the plate releases in a way that suggests it won't go back on, revealing yet more wires, many of them not even connected, and yet more struts...

With the hiccup happening, the plant being focuses his gaze again on the particular piece being dismantled. "Hmmm, I do question why exactly did the creator did not bother with forming proper connections in the first place, even just for the sake of keeping the machine better held together." With that said, he kneels down and looks at the cylinder on the floor, preparing another sketch for it.

All in all, it's a relatively simple thing, at least from the outset. A cylinder, a light, black casing around it made of an unknown creator-material, meant to keep it in place, and a small, creator-steel axle pointing out of it. To those in the know, a machine meant to rotate, if coaxed by the right instructions from a sacred brain, or some other devices. The spirit refusing to work would, of course, mean that the axle won't move.

Work on the leg continues, of course, with the hand relatively easily taken apart, itself not supported by struts and actually proving to be largely intact on the inside...

Rokarion stops examining the cylinder after he is done drawing it and focuses his eyes on the 'hand', detailing how it is set up in his notes.

"I still wonder who made this golem." The flower being asked the priestess. "Do we know anything about thos ruins that you explored? I am surprised that you only sent a single person to explore it."

"We sent two to scope the place out. The second is currently making a recovery, albeit slowly, even with the aid of the Sacred Doctor. They were, however, supposed to only scout the creator ruins while waiting for reinforcements, not fully explore. From what I understand, that proved impossible after these... Servigolems started acting on their own," the high priestess offers, shaking her head for a moment. "From what we can tell, it's a sunken creator ruin."

Rokarion rubs his chin. "That is an unusually low number of beings to scout a ruin." The plant being said before deciding to focus back on the dismantling as there seemed to be no useful information about the ruins themselves. "Pity that we do not know what were the ruins used for."

"Like miss Jendayi said, the place is set up like a laboratory. However, we plan to explore more fully, so that we can ascertain its true purpose," the crane offers with a faint smile. Soon enough, though, the servigolem is turned over, and the mismatched leg is ready to be sketched, photographed, and taken apart. Unlike the other one, though, this one proves much easier to disassemble, and is far, far less covered in runes and spells...

Rokarion nods at the high priestess and flips a page to continue with the sketching as the mismatched leg is exposed in preperation to be disassembled. "Looks like this leg either obeyed the comands on the other legs runes, or it is actually properly connected to the rest of the body." The flower theorized as he waited for the leg to be taken apart.

Soon enough, another of those cylinders comes out, carefully set aside. "The spirit might still be willing to work in this one," he offers. "We'll have to commune with it later... Lack of earth runes suggests the same," they add, before the lower, clean plate is removed, revealing another relatively clean servitor-leg on the inside... No extra cables, everything connected. If one didn't know any better, one'd almost assume it was supposed to look like this.

Rokarion flips another page before sketching out the clean servitor-leg. Making sure to get the details of the 'correct' set up for such a limb. The jasmine just nods idly as the two priests confirm his suspicion.

"Of course, it takes a good while to take everything apart. The third leg is much like the first, and the torso proves a mess of wiring and plates, although it isn't quite as littered with runes as the legs are. Eventually, though, everything has been disassembled, everything's been taken apart, and everything's been categorized such that the beings should, in theory, be able to put the monster back together... If they wanted to and have all the right parts, of course...

Rokarion continues his sketches as the disassembly continues, the plant being going through page after page until almost half of his book is filled with various sketches and note. Once everything is done, the jasmine would go over the individual parts one more time before finally thanking the high priestess and excusing himself.
