Description	By creating your gear without speed in mind you can cut down on costs and skill needed to use it, but it certainly does make you a slowpoke. Whether by drag, or just lack of ease in weilding your weapon design, your enemies will always seem a bit quicker than you, and your weapons will take a little more time to operate properly.
