| In-Game Desc | This nifty Creator artifact allows the bearer a chance to discover if a kitsune is present in the immediate vicinity (20 meters). When this item is in one's possession, the bearer may make an empathy check to see if there are actively dedicated kitsune about, disguised or not. The opposing player may make a deceit roll to remain hidden; if the checker's roll exceeds 60% of the checkee's roll, they will know if a kitsune is present or not. Exceed the checkee's roll, and the bearer will be able to pinpoint the kitsune's identity. If multiple kitsune are present in the vicinity, each will have to make their own defending roll, while the checker only gets one roll. This device has a long recharge time and may be deployed once every 30 minutes IC. |
