A shadowy combatant, the Rogue specializes in waiting to strike where their moves will hurt the most, often leaving crippling wounds on their opponents. Those that survive the initial strike may find themselves succumbing to deadly venom not long after. Rogues are lightly equipped fighters who trust their luck, wit, and agility more than sheer brute force.

Rogues are exceptional with bows and light melee weaponry, and can tolerate medium weaponry even though their power might not always compensate for the loss in mobility. Some rogues will grudgingly carry a shield, if only to save their lives.

A Rogue has a nice balance of abilities to round up the party. Primarily a damage dealer, the rogue can strike faster than most of their less deft counterparts, with precise attacks that can penetrate armor and leave bleeds that tick for damage over time, including a nasty stacking backstab. The Rogue supplements this by making opponents more vulnerable to debuffs, and is able to throw out a few debuffs as well. Naturally gifted in oration, the Rogue can also inspire allies. Should the need arise, Rogues have access to medicinal kits that can keep the party alive.

Rogues also have their own bag of tricks to improve their survivability. Apart from naturally low aggro, they have improved defense capabilities to increase the chances of not taking the full damage from a blow. They also find a little bit more reward after a fight compared to others, and can absorb a part of a debuff into a buff for themselves.
