Ishara Swashbuckler

A reptilian sailor dressed in Ishara colours, skulking about far too close in Sweetwater for comfort. Gold earrings, bandannas, peglegs, eyepatches ... well, you get the drift. Either very brave, very stupid, or both, with bad hygiene thrown into the mix for good measure.
