Newly Gifted
Surabhi was not born Gifted, but the raid on her homestead seems to have awoken something within her. Still, she's not altogether comfortable with this new "gift."
Growing Clan
As a farmer, Surabhi knows the miracle of raising something from nothing and the joy of watching it flourish--as well as the pain of loss and the strength it takes to carry on. This tends to give her a very accepting, go-with-the-flow attitude on the big things in life (though, paradoxically, fits of motherly meddling in relationships).
