[Update] Nuku says, "When making a new character via the web, a random password will be set on the character for direct connections. You will receive a notice with this random password to use (and change as quickly as possible). Existing characters will not be affected."

[Update] Nuku says, "Since it came up, credit card information is not, and never has been, stored on this server. An external party with far superior security handles the numbers and information and our server doesn't even memorize it for an instant. All payment information is extremely secure, and always has been. Paypal has your information, as does your credit card company (if working with that). We don't."
