Not wanting to be stuck in bed the entire time his injuries were healing up the stubborn fox Angus had decided to drag himself to his study to try and take care of a few things. He was huddled over his desk, trying hard not to aggravate his injuries as he writes.

Two voices can be heard down the hallway. One from an annoyed-sounding Jeeves, the other a more feminine voice. "No. This time, I'm announcing your entrance before you enter the study. If that mean I have to lock the door, so be it," he mutters, clearly sounding displeased.

"Lord Angus? Sir... Ah, erm... High Lady Flora Longtail is here to see you. Shall I let her in, or send her off?"

Another few sounds, and Jeeves almost seems to breathe a sigh of relief as Flora doesn't appear to try and force her way inside.

Angus sits up and blinks, sighing a little as he nods. "As long as she keeps her golem outside, it nearly broke the door frame trying to get in last time." He closes his book and places his quill away as he waits to see what Flora seeming needed now.

A mumble, a nod from Flora behind the door. "Introducing High Lady Flor- She's already inside, isn't she?" Jeeves mutters as the door slips from his grasp, and Flora pushes inside. Even so, the golem does stay outside, although this smaller, sleeker one wouldn't have had any troubles entering the door.

Jeeves seems... Almost infuriated, before he brushes off his clothing and mutters. "Right. I'll be off, then."

Angus gives Flora a smile and nods to Jeeves. "Thank you Jeeves, while your at it can you get me a dulling potion please?" He asks before he turns to Flora and gives her a nod in greeting. "Good morning Flora, I hope you have been well recently?"

A mumble, another nod, a flick of Flora's tails. "Flora talked with Miss Doctor Sinclair yesterday, yes. Flora talked about some things, and Flora learned something new," she mumbles, pulling out a scorcher and... Pointing it at the desk? Even so, when she pulls the trigger, the only thing that happens is a small, red dot appearing on the paper Angus was writing on.

"Flora had... Two things to talk about, yes..."

Angus nods slowly as he listens, curious as to what she had talked about with Sinclair before she pulls out a scorcher! He flinches when she pulls the tringer, pushing his chair back rather violently and grunting a little in pain as he does. Before he realizes it doesn't burn through his desk. "I....what?" He asks as he eyes the red dot, then looks back up to Flora.

"Flora... Didn't mean to scare friend angus... But Miss Doctor Sinclair showed Flora how to turn her scorcher down to... Dot-mode, yes. Flora can also turn it back up, yes yes," she murrs with a grin, before removing her finger from the trigger. "Flora can use this for Flora's research, yes... But that's not why Flora is here, no," she mumbles, rummaging through her bag and pulling out a... Non-disclosure-agreement?"

Angus nods slowly as he scoots a little back, flinching a little in pain. "I....see, sounds like an intresting thing to do with one of the scorchers. Didn't know they could do anything but burn through whatever they are pointed at." He eyes what she is pulling out, turning his gaze back up to her and giving her a curious look.

A mumble, and Flora places the non-disclosure agreement on the desk, gesturing towards it, before placing a LongTech Industries pen besides it. "Before Flora continues, Flora would like friend Angus to sign... Flora has her reasons, yes," she mumbles.

The contract seems to be pertaining to both LongTech Industries and personal discussions held.

Angus eyes the agreement then Flora, before he rolls his eyes and picks up the pen to sign. "Okay then, but this is honestly a rather curious thing. So what is it you want to talk about?" He asks as he slides the agreement over to Flora.

Flora mumbles and flicks her ears lightly, before taking a seat. "Flora has... Two things. Three things... Yes. Four things, depending on how a being looks at it, yes... First two things are easy, yes yes," she mumbles. "For one, LongTech Industries needs customers, and was hoping friend Angus could do a good word with the Lightbringers and the military, so Flora can sell some cameras. Friend Angus has seen how they work, that they're easy to work. That's question one, if friend Angus can do that. Flora's second question is similar, regarding pens. Flora hopes to sell them to the academy, though if anyone friend Angus knows could use one, Flora would... Appreciate a good word, yes."

"Flora's third... And fourth... Things are more... Personal, yes," she mumbles, ears folded back.

Angus flicks his ears as he thinks it over. "I'll see what I can do, probably talk to Sally and some of the other higher ranking officers about the camera. As for the pens, Selena would probably be the best one to talk to about that since she teaches there." He taps his chin as he thinks of who would be best to try and impliment the pens as useful items in the academy, before he turns his gaze to Flora again. "Wait, what are the third and fourth then..."

"Friend Selena will be getting one, free of charge, yes," the cat mumbles in confirmation. "Flora," she begins, before looking down and away, mumbling something under her breath. "Flora... Yes," she mumbles, placing her paws on her abdomen, mumbling softly and concluding that should probably be enough explaination.

Angus watches Flora curiously, staying silent for a few minutes before it clicks. "You're....with child?" He asks her quietly, taken a little by surprise with that thought alone.

A mumble, a shy nod. "Two, yes... Two kittens," she mumbles, before gesturing at the contract, as if saying 'nobody can be told'. "Flora has asked friends Selena, Sveta and Fenris to be their guardian, but would like to ask friend Angus, too. Friend Sveta can teach them crafts, friend Selena can teach them magic, Flora can teach them math, and so on... If they want to learn, of course, yes..."

"Just... Just don't tell anyone, no... Flora... Flora is still arranging the lifebond, yes," she mutters, whining a little as she trails off... The last thing she and the longtails needed now is a scandal, after all.

"So you want me to become their gaurdians in case they wish to learn military tactics and combat?" Angus asks curiously as he glances at the contract again, before nodding. "I will not speak of this to anyone, you have my word."

Flora nods and mumbles. "That... That would be the idea, yes. That, and Flora wants to make sure that if Flora can't be around to protect her kittens for whatever reason, there are enough people around to do it until Flora is back, yes. Matthews can also teach them some things about combat, but... Flora has the idea Matthews' style of combat is... Different, yes," she mumbles, looking away for a a moment.

Angus chuckles a little as he nods. "Let me guess, Matthews is a fan of sticking a dagger in someones ribs while they aren't looking?" He teases, before nodding again. "Flora, I can not vouch for my house, but if your children ever need asylum I will always be here to help."

Flora murmurs and mods a tad. "Flora could... Somewhat imagine that, yes," she mutters, before nodding a second time. "Flora... Flora appreciates it, yes. As for the camera... Flora can prepare one or two so friend Angus can show them to those in charge, yes yes."

Angus leans back in his seat and nods. "that might be a good idea, would allow me to demonstrate how they work. But I can't make any promises that they will instantly accept it." He didn't mean to sound like a pesimist, but he didn't want to get her hopes up and possibly dash them.

A nod, a mumble. "Flora understands. Flora doesn't expect it to go through in one go, no, but having someone on the inside to vouch for Flora helps, yes yes," she mumbles, before standing up. "Flora has more business to attend to, yes... Flora will see herself out, yes."

Angus gives her a smile as she goes to leave. "Ah, well it was nice seeing you again Flora and I will see what I can do. Thank you for coming to see me." He moves to stand up to see her to the door, grunting a little as he gets to his feet.
